We there around 11:20 am on Jan 2nd and it was okay. Busy for sure but not many places were open in Depoe Bay at that time. They make mini donuts to order but were running low on batter but were able to fill the 1/3 dozen we ordered. Used a lot of powdered sugar in them, which my daughter happy. They didn't have berries so they couldn't fill the yogurt bowl request and we didn't try for anything else. The Bigfoot breve coffee was a hit! Not a ton of seating indoors or out but we managed to snag a spot to eat the donuts.

Hungry in Depoe Bay? Look no further than this coffee shop with great sandos, croissants, homemade donuts and really tasty bagels with speciality cream cheeses. We got the Asiago bagel with honey jalapeño smear, yogurt parfait with coconut, fruit and granola, and a savory ham and cheese croissant. All great. The staff is kind and the view of the waves crashing into the wall on the ocean side of the town are epic! Come at high tide and enjoy a great bite.

Nice place, came here 4 times on our 10 day stay. Coffee dark and rich, food is good, fair prices. Baristas all so friendly, looking forward to coming back next year trip. You guys ROCK!

New Coffee house for Bigfoot's hang outs. COFFEE is excellent strong yet not bitter, so rich & smooth. We have been here twice & will be back. Service is fast & with a smile, nice music in the background & young baristas singing to it, nice. Various kinds of croissants, I have only tried 2 & I am sold, the quality of the various croissants make me want to come back for the sandwiches. The place is clean & nice outside sitting area & beautiful view of the bay with whale watching boats. Dog walkers---Paradise.

It's pretty small inside and definitely has an antique shop feel. There's lots of different styles and things around. There are a few small tables scattered throughout. The lady at the front was very kind and happy to walk us through their options. They have one small case that's mostly savory and one small case that's sweets with a tiny truffle case on the counter. I think the move here is the cinnamon roll, but when we arrived they were still baking, which meant it smelled delightful, but were weren't able to try one. We ended up trying the breakfast muffin, which was really unique. It's a muffin with cheese and spinach baked in, along with an entire strip of bacon just under the surface, and an entire egg baked in the middle. It was good, but I'm not sure I would order it again. I'm not usually a scone fan, I prefer a muffin, but their scones looked good. We tried the blueberry lemon and the cranberry orange. They were both really flavorful with a good texture, not super dry. The blueberry edged out the cranberry for me because the blueberries were fresh, whereas the cranberry were dried. This is a cute small shop, clearly making everything from scratch with passion. I'd stop back in for a cinnamon roll for sure!

Small but with a unique classical charm. Great drinks and tasty pastries. Central location. Good pricing. Couldn't hope for better.

If you're from the Portland metro area and visit the coast, this is a nice place to try out. The portions were generous. The pancake order comes with four, and they are BIG. The potatoes were cooked with onion, which gives them a nice taste. The bacon also had a great texture; usually, when you try new diners, the bacon tends to be more squishy. If you're not a fan of that, then this bacon is for you!The biggest surprise was their sourdough toast. It had a crunchy crust, a fluffy inside, and great taste--you can definitely tell it's made from scratch every day! Overall, the staff was great. One thing to keep in mind is that there isn't much room; I'd say it holds about 40 to 50 people. Most dishes are around the $15-$20 mark, but for the generous portions and great taste, Hilltop Cafe Bistro is a 9.1/10!

Service was friendly and we got our food pretty quickly. I liked my spinach salad. It was huge so I grabbed a to go box for the rest. This is right on the main road and it can be a little tricky to leave the parking lot and when it is busy I suspect it is hard to get a parking spot here. They have a lot of tasty sounding menu items so I would definitely consider trying this place again when I'm next in the area.
