I can't believe I haven't left a review yet for this Biggby Coffee!! The staff is phenomenal, they always greet me with a smile and check-in how I'm doing vs just a number..their customer service is top notch. The seasonal drinks are always drawing me in too..today I got the s'mores cold brew and loved every sip of it. Very grateful for this coffee shop here in Goose Creek. They have a rewards program and I sign up for their emails to hear about the latest updates and coupons. Keep up the stellar work!! read more

I've overlooked this coffee shop for far too long. I live not far from it, but usually go to Dunkin. It's nice to switch it up sometimes tho. Biggby has several sandwich options, on top of their coffee and juice menu. They have this bragel sandwich called the Turkey Havarti. So good. It's made on a thin bagel, I get Asiago but they also have plain and everything bagels. They even have muffins and donut holes! They have energy drinks that contain Red Bull. Never have I tried one, I'm a hot latte type gal. Their cold foams look good too. I'll have to try it one day. Tips for this place: - Check the wall to the left of the register for some yummy drink specials not on the regular menu - Check signage around store for special food options not on the regular menu - Weekday specials: I took a picture of this for your convenience I like this place. This is my favorite coffee shop! It's close to home and I live their combinations of syrups. I always order a sugar bear and a turkey harvarti with an egg! The service is always impeccable and I enjoy speaking with the baristas. The line moves very quickly and I've never waited more than 5-10 mind for my order. They have indoor seating and it's very spacious. Definitely check out their "secret" not that secret menu!!!! read more

Came in for coffee left with a sandwich. The advertisement for this new waffle maple sandwhich really caught my attention so of course i had to try it. It was very very underwhelming. It wasn't bad, but good, Just very mid. Some might like it, I just don't see it as something i would order again over the same sandwich on a bagel instead. Also for my drink i ordered a Nutty Buddy Latte, and it was good, i just feel like the coffee taste could be a little stronger. read more

I've visited this location a few times because the quality of the drinks and customer service are much better than the one on old trolley rd. Each time my drink was well made and according to my instructions, even the temperature was correct. They offer a wide selection of both hot, iced and frozen drinks to include smoothies. They offer 3 NSA flavors which include Caramel, Hazelnut and Mocha. One of my favorites is the Nutty Mocha Caramel which includes all 3 NSA flavors, this drink allows me to cut calories while Indulging. If you like your drinks a bit stronger like I do (growing up in the north west) you will want to add 1-2 extra shots to ensure the right amount of espresso flavor FYI. read more

the staff always knows who i am before i even say my name (A+ for consistency), they know my go to order, and even remember that i always take a straw in my hot drinks. i adore this shop and the people in it, i've never had a bad cup of coffee here! even today my drink was accidentally made iced instead of hot and while they offered to remake it, i said iced was okay. now it might be my new fave way to drink the "spotted owl" ! i hope management knows what a group rockstars they have. there is also one woman that works here (long black hair) that runs it better than chick fil a - and that is saying something! i don't even go to starbucks anymore read more

Biggby Coffee is alright. It kind of reminds me of a dunkin donuts. The coffee here was on the sweeter side and it didn't have a very memorable flavor. I didn't hate it, but It just wasn't that memorable. The interior is very clean and all the workers are very nice. If you're looking for a place to get some quick coffee or just hang out a bit, Biggby should work. I did see a bunch of boba plushies on the wall and got tricked into thinking that this store sold milk tea haha. They even had some bubble tea artwork that further tricked me lol. If they did have any kind of bubble/boba milk tea I'd probably be here everyday! read more

This morning we journeyed to Biggby Coffee, a local spot with a few locations in Charleston. When you come here you can count on a warm reception and a fantastic atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. They offer artisan level coffee as well as other refreshments, and they have delicious food options to pair with your beverage. I had the sweet cream caramel cold brew and I'm delighted to say the flavor was top-notch! Plus it was "Free shot Friday" so I added a complimentary espresso shot to liven things up. The staff were helpful and friendly through the whole visit ensuring I'll be back. The most amazing part of this is that the company stands behind their product and believes in top tier customer service. I posted them on my social media simply because I enjoyed the coffee and they reached out to me directly thanking me for the exposure and offered me a voucher to use on my return. Price gouging here! Their prices are higher than Starbucks and that's high imo. I asked to order the smaller size (10 oz) as I had already had a few cups at home. I guess it was a manager that said I could and she was helping the cashier ring it up. Now this is a small breve cappuccino made with half and half of which is free in a container at some Starbucks locations btw, but she still charged me $1.00 additional for this small cup - wow price gouging at it's best here! She said 'we charge a dollar more for half and half' ... well I could justify the $1.00 if it was for the 20oz size but not for 10 oz size!!! Going back to Starbucks (and they are not my fav) but at least their prices are reasonable. You'll be overpaying here - find another coffee spot. p.s. the Bald Monkey has GREAT cappuccinos at a very reasonable price and just a bit further in Goose Creek - try them! read more

Goose Creek definitely needed coffee shop. Bigby fixed that. This is a no frills coffee shop. It's not one of those kitschy, trendy shops like you see downtown. And it doesn't have that Starbucks vibe either. They DO have good coffee though, and their prices are competitive. I had a meeting there recently and it was the perfect place for my boss and me to sit with our laptops. They also have a rewards card that you can swipe to receive points. 12pts = a free drink, and you get a point for every visit. You can also register your card online and receive coupons and a birthday special. I always get a large Americano, hot. I'm taking a star because I don't think the baristas are on the same page in knowing how many shots of espresso go into the Americano. The first time I went, I was charged for the extra 4th shot. And then the next time I went, they said that it always comes with 4 shots. So now I always just ask to make sure. Like I said, it's no frills, but it's what Goose Creek desperately needs. read more

I tried the choco mint, madagascar vanilla bean and the oreo cookies and cream nitrogen ice creams in succession, hoping each time for something good, but was thrice disappointed. The choco mint had a little flavor and the other two had none, and with a weird after taste. The cookies and cream was a gray blob of blandness. Worst ice cream ever and $4.50 - 5.50 for each. I guess you could try the coffee, but don't bother with the nitrogen "ice cream." read more

This was my first visit to a Biggby location and I think I will definitely be back. I really enjoyed the shot of espresso with some drip coffee (red-eye). The service was so so and I am not a huge fan of having to pour my own coffee from a pump carafe, reminds me of a gas station. read more

Whenever I go to Starbucks every(EVERY) drink I order, I always have to go the the condiments area to tweek my coffee. Either not enough sugar, or not enough flavor. It almost always just tastes like crap. I've gone to Bigsby over a dozen times and not once have I had this problem. Every drink I order, I never have to add a thing. They are always made perfect. I'm more than happy to go out of my way, and drive further to Bigsby and get a very good cup of coffee, rather than go to a much closer Starbucks. Bigsby wins on both quality and customer service. My wife and I love Bigsby coffee... super convenient right in the center Goose Creek will sometimes stop there on our way to work the staff is always super friendly and fast they get your coffee right the first time and always take the time to speak to you if you go there on a regular basis they start to even remember your name and what you drink! Bigsby coffee definitely gives you that small town feel in a world where everything is rush rush hurry hurry. My only complaint is they now put in a milkster nitrogen Creamery in the Bigsby. Lack of planning has made it take up lots of room where there used to be plenty of places to sit you're now jockeying for a position with the people that got there before you...... the inside used to be pretty roomy and you could always find a seat to sit with your kids if they were with you or by yourself if you were on your way to work now we pretty much just pop in and get a cup of coffee and hit the road because it's crowded most the time..... it's sad to say but I kind of hope that the milkster portion of it doesn't work out maybe actually take it out of there I liked the place way better when it wasn't in there.. read more

The thing I love most about this location is, how personable the staff is. Every time we go in we feel we're among friends. The environment is so positive between the amazing staff, the aroma, the art. Since I've visited and moved to South Carolina, Biggby has been my favorite. Specifically this location. I love the wide variety they have on their menu. They have so many fun flavors and blends to try! You can literally just go in and try something different every time you go in and be able to for a while. The new Milkster is also fun and worth checking out. We've seen a few baristas we've grown to love, move on in life and no longer there, but they keep a positive flow in their staff always! Love you guys! read more

I took a year hiatus from Bigby after all of my loyalty points disappeared from their app and no one offered any assistance in helping resolve their "technical issue". I gave them a second chance a couple of months ago. This time I used the traditional loyalty card and stayed clear of the app. What happens? THE SAME EXACT THING!!! The kid at this location says, "oh yeah, sorry, we haven't worked all of the kinks out of our new system". I ask him what does that mean for me and my lost points, to which he replies, "sir we don't do anything with points here. All we do is swipe your card" ..... Great service Bigby. I'm done with your alleged "system issues" that robs customers and I'm also done with the ridiculous attitudes of your subpar employees. read more

Ah, Goose Creek...when will we get something decent? Wish for a Starbucks and we have Dunkin Donuts and Biggby. This place reminds me of a great place to hang out at...if you're a teenager. Music is loud, employees are loud (shouting coffee drink orders to one another when they're maybe five feet away), uncomfortable furniture, just a downright crappy atmosphere. They do have a couple tables outside so maybe in the warmer months it won't be so bad sitting outside. Coffee is rather expensive and not that great. Better than DD, I'll give it that.
