Been coming here since they opened. Coffee is always good. Staff very friendly. They don't have much of a turnover which makes it wonderful to see all same faces everytime I come in. Music selection can be fun too. Definitely try the Butter Bear

Came in for coffee left with a sandwich. The advertisement for this new waffle maple sandwhich really caught my attention so of course i had to try it. It was very very underwhelming. It wasn't bad, but good, Just very mid. Some might like it, I just don't see it as something i would order again over the same sandwich on a bagel instead. Also for my drink i ordered a Nutty Buddy Latte, and it was good, i just feel like the coffee taste could be a little stronger.

I've visited this location a few times because the quality of the drinks and customer service are much better than the one on old trolley rd. Each time my drink was well made and according to my instructions, even the temperature was correct. They offer a wide selection of both hot, iced and frozen drinks to include smoothies. They offer 3 NSA flavors which include Caramel, Hazelnut and Mocha. One of my favorites is the Nutty Mocha Caramel which includes all 3 NSA flavors, this drink allows me to cut calories while Indulging. If you like your drinks a bit stronger like I do (growing up in the north west) you will want to add 1-2 extra shots to ensure the right amount of espresso flavor FYI.

Spotted Owl Latte i already stirred the whip cream in it, oops! but it was tasted as good as it looks!

the staff always knows who i am before i even say my name (A+ for consistency), they know my go to order, and even remember that i always take a straw in my hot drinks. i adore this shop and the people in it, i've never had a bad cup of coffee here! even today my drink was accidentally made iced instead of hot and while they offered to remake it, i said iced was okay. now it might be my new fave way to drink the "spotted owl" ! i hope management knows what a group rockstars they have. there is also one woman that works here (long black hair) that runs it better than chick fil a - and that is saying something! i don't even go to starbucks anymore

Biggby Coffee is alright. It kind of reminds me of a dunkin donuts. The coffee here was on the sweeter side and it didn't have a very memorable flavor. I didn't hate it, but It just wasn't that memorable. The interior is very clean and all the workers are very nice. If you're looking for a place to get some quick coffee or just hang out a bit, Biggby should work. I did see a bunch of boba plushies on the wall and got tricked into thinking that this store sold milk tea haha. They even had some bubble tea artwork that further tricked me lol. If they did have any kind of bubble/boba milk tea I'd probably be here everyday!

When we are in Goose Creek & need a caffeine fix, this is one of our go-to places. #1, we like Biggby's coffee because it tastes good. #2, the staff at Biggby is usually pretty nice. They always get our order right & as stated with #1, the drinks taste good. I wish they had a drive-thru at this location, because that would pump it up to a 5-star, but I know they can't really help the building structure, etc.

This morning we journeyed to Biggby Coffee, a local spot with a few locations in Charleston. When you come here you can count on a warm reception and a fantastic atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. They offer artisan level coffee as well as other refreshments, and they have delicious food options to pair with your beverage. I had the sweet cream caramel cold brew and I'm delighted to say the flavor was top-notch! Plus it was "Free shot Friday" so I added a complimentary espresso shot to liven things up. The staff were helpful and friendly through the whole visit ensuring I'll be back. The most amazing part of this is that the company stands behind their product and believes in top tier customer service. I posted them on my social media simply because I enjoyed the coffee and they reached out to me directly thanking me for the exposure and offered me a voucher to use on my return. I love this place and will certainly be back soon!

This is a great little coffee shop. The service is always polite and friendly. They are never slow and move quickly to get you your caffeine hook-up and back on the road. If you have time to sit back and enjoy your fresh brew they have WiFi available also.

No frills coffee shop but man they do make some good Coffee. Which is the point right?

Goose Creek definitely needed coffee shop. Bigby fixed that. This is a no frills coffee shop. It's not one of those kitschy, trendy shops like you see downtown. And it doesn't have that Starbucks vibe either. They DO have good coffee though, and their prices are competitive. I had a meeting there recently and it was the perfect place for my boss and me to sit with our laptops. They also have a rewards card that you can swipe to receive points. 12pts = a free drink, and you get a point for every visit. You can also register your card online and receive coupons and a birthday special. I always get a large Americano, hot. I'm taking a star because I don't think the baristas are on the same page in knowing how many shots of espresso go into the Americano. The first time I went, I was charged for the extra 4th shot. And then the next time I went, they said that it always comes with 4 shots. So now I always just ask to make sure. Like I said, it's no frills, but it's what Goose Creek desperately needs.

One…read morething I always appreciate right off the bat is that they offer an outdoor patio that's pet-friendly -- huge bonus for anyone who likes to bring their pup along for coffee runs. This visit was a drive-thru order for us. They did let us know they were pretty busy, which is totally understandable, but I will say the wait was a bit on the longer side before we got our drinks. As for the coffee itself -- my husband ordered a decaf latte with tiramisu syrup, and unfortunately the flavor fell a little flat. He mentioned it tasted very weak overall, and the tiramisu didn't really come through at all. I ordered a decaf latte with cookie dough syrup. Mine was decent -- the coffee itself tasted good -- but similar to his, the syrup flavor didn't quite match what I expected. It didn't really give that cookie-dough taste, just a light sweetness. Price-wise, it came to just under $15 for one medium decaf latte and one large decaf latte with syrups, which feels pretty fair for specialty coffee drinks. Overall, not a bad stop -- especially if you're looking for a pet-friendly coffee spot with a patio -- but I do wish the flavored syrups had been a bit stronger and more true to taste. I'd be open to trying them again and exploring other flavors on the menu.

They also have delicious pastries, and I recommend their red velvet cinnamon roll. I liked their indoor seating area, where I got some work done; the noise level was decent and not distracting. My only feedback is that the drive thru could be managed better. A barista was attending to us at one point at the drive thru window and later forgot us... Another stepped in and asked if we had been helped yet, which we hadn't. Otherwise, it's a great coffee shop in Goose Creek!

You turn in at the same driveway as the bank, but then go right instead of left. You'll see it. It's hard to miss. Lately, my order has been this: * Turtle Signature Latte, Hot * 2 Pack of Ham & Swiss Pretzel Sliders * Snackin Bacon * 1 Donut Not every Dunkin will make the Turtle Signature Latte for you. It's one of those secret menu items that only certain stores have the recipe to make. This store is one of them. I think it's their butter pecan mixed with their caramel flavoring. It's so good. I have been getting the ham & swiss pretzel sliders since they came out a few months ago. They are amazing. Pretzel bun with ham and cheese and mustard. It's sweet and savory. It has meat and cheese so the protein is there! Plus, I throw a couple pieces of my snackin bacon on top to make for a little extra crunchy deliciousness for my sliders. Their snackin bacon is where it's at. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out. Especially if you like bacon. I'm very particular with my bacon. It usually has to be burnt to a crisp for me to eat it because the texture of fat grosses me out. I love the snackin bacon here. It's seriously so good, not even that crispy, seasoned just right, and not that fatty. Love it so much. I order it every time. They always have several donuts to choose from. I like it when the seasonal donuts are around, like the Easter ones I have posted. I enjoy the maple donuts a lot. I like the chocolate filled powdered donuts. I love the Bavarian Cream donuts as well, which is similar to custard filled at Krispy Kreme. Speaking on Krispy Kreme, I used to be team KK and anti DD. However, my mind has totally been changed. I never go to Krispy Kreme anymore. I realized Dunkin has way better coffee, as well as lots of other food options besides donuts. Dunkin is a better place to go to get a real meal. I prioritize protein in my diet. Where is the protein at Krispy Kreme? I literally have to get chocolate milk just to get protein there. Lame. I'm team Dunkin Donuts nowadays. I don't care if yall think I'm a traitor. Life changes. Get used to it.

Finally my curiosity has been fulfilled and the short of the matter is, it's really good! Located in a precarious location but in a safe but albeit lonely (at least how my mind sees it) place which can be a nightmare if you need to leave in a specific direction. The exterior seems well kept and I believe it's a little gem that I feel fortunate enough to have finally experienced. Typically I stick by my diet however I decided branch out and try the bacon and gouda egg bites. Wow, these are really good and low in carbs! Be careful, I made the mistake of tearing into mine and it was HOT. After letting it cool to non-volcanic temps, I was able to enjoy a simple symphony of satisfying selections snuggly stuffed in a small snack (try to put that many "S"s into first words... not easy). The egg hit, followed by the creaminess of the cheese and while I don't care for bacon, it was well balanced. Moreover, it wasn't really "eggy" in texture which is awesome. Two thumbs up. As for the coffee. Well after having coffee at another location which wasn't good (if you hunt down my reviews, you'll see it) I was ready for something epic or at least better. So this doctor Evil got to work I decided on a Latte with two shots of salted caramel, one vanilla, one hazelnut and finally one toasted marshmallow. I hate giving away my pure genius but "if you love something set it free...." There you have it, one of the best concoctions you'll ever try. The smoothness of the latte was elevated by the saltiness and sweetness of the caramel while the vanilla and hazelnut offered just that background favor to keep the tastebuds curious and the toasted mallow gave a hit of fire roasted burnt to the equation. Yes I'm complimenting myself but they have the ingredients on hand and mixed it. Kudos to them. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised how good the coffee is here. Moreover, the people are extremely friendly and the service is fast. At the window the lady was nice saying words from an ancient dialect like "please, thank you, you're welcome" and so on. It was refreshing. I highly recommend dropping by and ask them for the "Justin special" (you'll have to tell them b/c I'm more popular in my imagination than in real life. Enjoy!

Meeting up for a coffee date I got to Magnolias a little early to settle in. The place is interesting and seems authentic, not like those damn yuppy and pretentious coffee shops with the late 90s liberal sitting in the corner writing the next "great American novel." No, this is a place pregnant ladies come with their family to get some coffee and what appears to be really good food. The place has nice wood tones on the floors and tables with simple seating and fake plants, which I can appreciate b/c I too have fake plants at my house b/c I kill live ones! As for the staff, they're prompt and receptive of what you want to drink as well as giving suggestions. I got there when a much younger late 20 something was working so I tried to spark up a conversation. The young lady looked American, blonde and cute but when she spoke pure Latino! Oddly enough I was meeting a 33-year-old Latino for our first date here (yes, I brushed up on my Spanish, but I just moved from Austin so np here). She was a nice lady but she did forget about my drink order so not as good of a barista as one might desire. But honestly, I was superficial at the moment and she was cute so I overlooked the imperfection. The case had some tasty looking treats like croissants but I refrained. My advice is try one! While I'm a medium roast coffee kind of guy and I like my coffee like the women I date; hot, sweet and blonde. I vary my selection by what I'm in the mood for, sometimes latte, sometimes hot or iced, sometimes mocha, you get the drift; and yes I'm talking about coffee (get your mind out of the gutter). But what I do appreciate is creativity in a beverage and a joint with the courage to put a creation on their menu, Magnolias doesn't have that as they're more straight forward. Instead I opted for the latte with 2 shots caramel, 1 vanilla and one toasted marshmello; try it you'll thank me later. I just wish they had more options like almond. Oh to add, I ordered my date a latte and she acted as if it was water and downed it in 5 minutes, so much for sipping and enjoying. In summary, Magnolia's coffee is really good with what looks as great food. Add to that they create an environment where one can feel safe while sitting inside or just stopping by for a quick interaction with nice employees while waiting for food and it's a recipe for success. While I didn't sample their "edibles" (how's my parking?) they looked wonderful. To finish, the employees are great people, the ambiance is fun and the coffee is great. Stop by if you want something good to pick yourself up or rub elbows with a future leader of America.
