I'm a fan of Biggby, mostly quick service, good unique drinks, and REALLY good breakfast sandwiches. Most Biggbys (Biggbies?) would get 5 stars but this one tries to upsell me 100% of the time I go, it's getting annoying. With adding food or a drink or whatever else, it's pushy and annoying and has never happened to me at another location. Hopefully they see this and stop asking if I want to add an egg and saying "really?? No drink??". Thanks

Gonna try something new..I LOVE COFFEE

We have to make the spot every time we come here Ots the one place that we have to come to when we are here.

Drive thru for a quick bite.

I noticed Biggby Coffee while driving down 96th St. and decided to stop to try them out. I was able to drive right up to the window and get service through their drive-thru. I ordered a bagel sandwich and a coffee. The service was quick and my sandwich was made to order hot and fresh. They wrapped it in foil. The price seemed comparable to Starbucks to me but the sandwich was much bigger. Not much to say about ambience. It's a small coffee shop. When I pulled off, I noticed a sign with a discount savings, I wish they'd mentioned it during my visit but I made a note for the next time. I'll definitely give them another try.

I've been coming for the past week and they weren't open the time it says they should be open

They should be there on time of their shift and improve their service and time management

Honey Cinnamon vanilla iced latte

With Katie's guidance, since it was my first visit to Biggby, I chose Honey Cinnamon Vanilla iced latte. Delina crafted it. I thought it had a great coffee taste and it's always fun trying a new place to see what's out there. They have lots of choices for drinks and food. It's clean and there is seating for enjoying your selections inside. Also the drive up window is nice for convenient ordering. It's added to my list of favorites.

Cinn-ful Latte and sausage, cheese, waffle sandwich

Super fast drive threw experience the barista was friendly. I tried the Cinn-ful Latte and sausage, cheese waffle sandwich. Both delicious and I would get the Cinnamon-ful latte again. This location does have indoor sitting. Cheers!

The Blood Moon, an energy drink

I stumbled across this newer location for Biggby Coffee, a Lansing, Michigan-based coffeehouse with approximately 280 locations across 12 states. Originally founded in 1995, the name was changed around 2007-2008 from Beaner's Coffee to Biggby Coffee reportedly due to concerns regarding the potentially derogatory interpretation of "Beaners." This location is technically in Indy, though it's right in that neighborhood on East 96th where Indy, Fishers, and Carmel all seem to meet. This is Hamilton County-lite since there are two roundabouts within a few blocks and Biggby is actually located on the Northside of the roundabout located right by Indiana Members Credit Union. I was actually looking for something else when I came cross Biggby. This is at the end of a small strip center and has a drive-thru that starts in the back of the building and winds around to the side. When I arrived, there were three cars in line and the line seemed to move fairly well. The menu is fairly descriptive, though it does have some unique different options and doesn't really explain them. When I visit a new coffeehouse, I typically go inside but had limited time and opted for a drive-thru visit. The menu is fairly standard for a coffeehouse, though Biggby definitely puts its own spin on it. Biggby offers featured items, lattes, hot chocolate, tea lattes, Biggby Blasts (essentially energy type drinks), traditional drinks, frozen drinks, a kid's menu, and food items. It seemed like most of the coffee options could be iced or hot. There are a ton of frozen options and I like that the website explains them all well including nutritional concerns and allergen concerns. Interestingly, pricing does not seem to be on the website. I opted for a Blood Moon, one of four Biggby Blasts. They offer 16, 20, and 24-ounce options. It's a combination of mango and blood orange. The 16-ounce has 99.9 mg. of caffeine. So, this is definitely an energy option. There are no noted allergens in the drink, however, it is noted that it's manufactured on the same line as tree nuts. They also offer the Scuba, Green Lagoon, and Electric Dragon. My price was just under $6. As a fairly new establishment, there are a few bugs to work out. If you look on the website, it's clear that Biggby emphasizes connection and customer service. This, for me, was where Biggby hit a 4-star instead of a 5-star. As a first-time visitor, I was definitely trying to figure out the menu and figure out which direction I wanted to go. The young man working the drive-thru greeted me when I moved up, but spoke very quietly. I'd thought he'd said he'd be right with me, but apparently said something else and a couple minutes later gave a more abrupt request for my order. It just felt a bit off. If a first-time visitor is taking a bit long, a "Let me know if you have any questions" goes a long way toward moving along the order and building a relationship that makes them want to return. Additionally, since this place is new a first-time visitor should be introduced to the rewards program as a way, once again, to build relationship. This encounter just fell a bit short of the hospitality I would expect. As a side note, I found the beverage a little less (noticeably) of full within the cup. My sense was this was likely a learning curve kind of thing as employees learn how to make drinks. This definitely wouldn't stop me from a return and it wasn't major, but it was noticeable. Now then, the drink itself was wonderful. I'd easily order it again, though I'm also anxious to try the Electric Dragon. Biggby uses the cups that don't require a straw, though I appreciated that one was offered (as a paraplegic, straws definitely help). As a chain, Biggby emphasizes "conscious capitalism" and that vibe radiates in its decor (which I did check out despite using the drive-thru). While this visit was a notch below the 5-star standard, it was quite promising and I really liked the actual drink. There are definitely some lower cost options available at Biggby and I look forward to returning. I wouldn't be surprised if I end up forking over that 5th star and I feel like I'm much better informed having now checked out their website. Overall, a definite good experience here and a great location (especially as construction is ending) would indicate strong potential for success in this area. For going inside, there is an ADA compliant ramp for the building.

I love this coffee shop. It is a great place when I want to go somewhere else other than Starbucks. They always have deals and give out coupons. If you follow them on social media you can see some the deals that they have. I love how they give back to the community. On Veteran's Day they gave out free drinks to veterans with showing proof. Also, they give out to teachers too. The drinks and food are very reasonably priced. You can select different milk alternatives here. They have numerous locations. Definitely give them a try if you have never tried them out. You will not be disappointed.

You will not usually read that I purchased from a coffee shop. Of course, I did not order coffee. I learned that they sell lemon muffins. I signed up for their reward program and later was surprised with an emailed coupon for a discounted muffin. So I just knew it was time to try their lemon muffin. I ordered takeout of their cling wrapped lemon muffin. I wish they have a frequency pastry reward program as I enjoyed the icing on top of my muffin. Also, they had coupons on the counter that I asked about and was given about other items.

Iced Arnold Palmer with peach

I decided to stop by Biggby Coffee to get a refresher afternoon beverage, and wanted to finally get a chance to check this place out since I have heard good things about the shop. The storefront is very attractive looking and the interior was beautiful. The smell of coffee hit me as soon as I walked in the door. It was a wonderful aroma of coffee blends mixed together. The barista was very professional and kind, and gracious when she took my order. I ordered the iced Arnold Palmer with peach flavor, and it was magnificent!!! The peach flavor stood out big time and made the beverage more refreshing and enjoyable. This is one of the best Arnold Palmer 's I have ever had! Biggby Coffee is a wonderful coffee house with an excellent selection of coffee and beverages. I will definitely be back to this coffee shop to try something else new, because I cannot wait to try their other flavors. It is a wonderful place with great ambiance and wonderful service. You cannot get any better than that!

Iced coffee with mocha and cream
Lin LiAnn W.

First time trying this place. We didn't go inside but the drive through seemed like it was moving pretty fast. There were about 5 cars in line before we got to the order menu and we didn't wait long at all. The menu is really crowded and there are no descriptions of flavors so going in might be a better option for a first visit. We wound up getting iced coffees because we couldn't decide what to try. I had one with mocha syrup and cream and hubby tried straight up iced with nothing added. Mine was really good and I don't know if it was a promo or not, but it was only 1.99. Their plain iced coffee was good too. Not bitter at all. Quite conveniently located right off a roundabout in 96th street. I'll go back for sure.

I enjoyed my coffee but the rest of the experience was just awkward. When I walked in there felt to be a natural counter where one would think you order so I walked up to it and stood there. I was wrong. The man making drinks was nice and said hello and instructed me to go over to this side counter (left of the doors when you walk in) to order. "Don't worry, everyone gets it confused" he said. It didn't feel like a platitude, it felt sincere but also if everyone does it, maybe put up a sign? The drink menu was overwhelming with lots of options. When I said I needed a minute the person said okay and left. Then I stood there for at least 4-5 minutes waiting for them to return. Someone else ended up taking my order and from then on it was okay. Like I said, I enjoyed my drink but the rest of the experience left me feeling out of place. Maybe the drive thru would have been a better option.

As I do; I tend to check out places when they have offers; free, buy one get one, etc. Biggby Coffee frequently offers coupons. I went with a buy one get one coffee of my choice. I wanted to maximize my savings/value so I got two 24 Oz drinks thinking I would put one in the refrigerator for tomorrow. That turned out to be a bad plan, first 24 Oz. is too much - for me. I liked one of the drinks and didn't like the other. That was no fault of Biggby's; I just didn't like one of the drink combos I selected. I liked the other one however. I'm giving 4/5 because I wasn't greeted as I'm used to with Starbucks, I believe the staff was a little overwhelmed. When I arrived there were probably 10 or more cars in the drive through so I went inside. Inside, the line was long. I had about 8 people in front and the line moved slowly. Once I placed my order, I waited about 10 minutes to get it. The day I went was a Saturday morning, probably one of their busiest times and then the coupon was in effect; so I'm not sure how that day compares with a weekday or a non coupon Saturday.

Nice to have this chain close to my home. I've been a fan for a while. Great place to hang on the patio and watch the roundabout mania.

The menu is solid, with good variety. I ordered the A La Crossing Benedict, side of gravy, lefse, side Norwegian potato cake, and peach ginger hot tea. I was thrilled to find the hot tea was loose leaf in a pot brought to the table. It's a lovely touch. The Benedict had perfectly crispy bacon and so much asparagus. The egg yolks were perfectly runny and the hollandaise had great flavor. I picked the house salad with champagne vinaigrette for the side and enjoyed that as well. I tried the gravy on some of the sourdough bread and it had a great flavor. The biscuits and gravy will probably be something I order next time because it was so good. When I read they season their sausage in-house I knew I had to try it even though I wanted the Benedict. The Norwegian Potato Cake was a delight! I love every take on a potato pancake or latke and this one had great flavor. The Lefse was a perfect treat to end- I had the traditional with just butter, sugar, and cinnamon. (I had leftovers of this and ate it at home with extra butter and a little syrup also.) This place is a gem and I am so glad I stumbled upon it!

Large mug, excellent froth and the coffee was rich and bold ! I ordered the half order of biscuits and gravy with 2 eggs on top. I enjoyed the food, flavor and richness of the gravy. The gravy was stocked with sausage crumbles which added the full flavor. The eggs were fried a tad harder than I desire but they were tasty and topped the meal well. The price was more expensive than I anticipated but not crazy. Ruth's is a little of a distance for me which is how I base my final rating. I liked it and will go again if I am in the area during their hours of operation. But I would not pass some equally good cafes closer to me. If you are in the keystone area I recommend you stop

Over the past year or two, I've slowly faded out my visits to a certain popular coffee establishment with a name shared by a character on Battlestar Galactica. So, when a friend told me about The Haverstick, I needed to check it out! I'm so glad I did. It has become my go-to office of choice! Housed in a community center of a local church, the environment has dim lighting and soft music. A perfect place to get focused and stay focused. They have a coffee bar that also offers a few food options. The coffee is good and very affordable. The staff is always friendly. There is usually only one person staffing the coffee shop, but they get to your order quickly. You just may have to wait if there is a large group, as happened to me once. But no worries. Simply have a seat and get to work, and they will call your name when your beverage and/or food is ready to pickup. The Haverstick is less a coffee shop and more a community shared-space work environment that offers coffee. They have a lot of comfortable chairs and tables of various sizes. The room is wide open and you never feel crowded, even if there is a decent amount of people. However, it's usually only a handful of other people around, so it's a great place to get things done. They also have conference rooms for rent. I'm grateful this church has opened its doors to the public and offers such a wonderful and inviting atmosphere. I look forward to returning soon and getting some more work done.

They make them here and send them to other Tinker locations! They are the perfect blend of savory and a tad sweet and go super well with their coffee and/or London Fog tea. Yum! Or maybe a slice of toast with avocado and smoked salmon on it (they have that, too). You can get breakfast foods here that are nutritious and delicious. But I was here for lunch. And I felt like I needed to replenish my vitamin K reserves, so I got the sesame kale salad, which is kale, thinly sliced radish, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño slices, a sunflower and sesame seed crumble, and a sesame-ginger vinaigrette. It was delicious! You can add an egg or chicken or salmon, but I don't think it needs any of those. If I had to do it all again, I'd ask for light dressing, because they were a little heavy-handed with the dressing on this salad. Isn't that always the way?! Restaurants need to cool it with the dressing, in my opinion. To be honest, the booze situation at Rize is a little anemic, but I don't think Rize is really the place to order anything alcoholic beyond a mimosa or bloody Mary. I got a screwdriver: freshly squeezed orange juice and vodka, and I'm still wondering where the vodka went. It did not visit my screwdriver, I tell you what. The seating inside Rize feels like it's at a premium, because depending on when you visit, there is very little of it. When I visited, almost every table was occupied, and the place was echoing with conversation. I chose to sit outside, which I'd recommend, if you can!
