I have been to this location several times and always get great service! Both owners go out of their way to make sure your drink is exactly how you like it. The drive through is easy to navigate through and since it shares a parking lot of a Meijer store there is plenty of parking if you want to use the walk up window. Just watch for parking lot traffic when crossing! The ambiance reminds me of a ice cream stand only with coffee and a little classier. I have gotten all the kinds of mocktails that have Red Bull in them. The strawberry punch is my favorite! The ice chai is great too! read more

Customer service was terrible and unfriendly saying we are giving too much information when they kept asking what our name was on the order. "Too much information" right to our face at the window and closed the window on our face. Very unprofessional and will take our business somewhere else. read more

I was really excited to check out Bigby since they are located so close my home and would be a nice coffeeshop alternative to Starbucks. Alas, I came away disappointed. The iced caramel latte that I ordered left a weird aftertaste. The syrup and the coffee just didn't blend very well. We also got a pumpkin muffin that was just ok. The service was excellent, however. I know the place is new, and I will give them another try in a few months. I will report back here and update my review if anything improves the next time. read more

This may not be a typical coffee shop as it serve mainly via drive thru. Their little drive thru station located around the same parking lot of Meijer in Lewis Center. I love some of the naming that they have for their specialty lattes, like Teddy Bear and Butter Bear. And I ended up trying the Spotted Owl, and the flavor is mellow, vanilla and hazelnut. The flavor is bold as the coffee flavor really peeking through. And it is slightly on the sweeter side. They also offer Bragels [Bagel sandwich] and some sweet items. One additional thing that they offer that not common in a coffee shop, energy drink. read more

Okay, so I've been watching this coffee "building" be constructed on the corner of the Meijer parking lot. It's a simple, unassuming, easy to pass thing, because it looks like a plywood structure that would blow away with too-strong winds. DRIVE-THRU ONLY The highlights: super friendly staff, and a lot of unique drink options! We ordered a latte and the honey cinnamon (forgetting third word). The honey cinnamon smelled delicious, and didn't taste bad. I threw the latte away. I always joked when this one person worked at Starbucks, that their coffee tasted like "teen angst" - burned and bitter. This coffee was worse. Just beyond burnt. So... I'm not a big sugar person, so I'll probably be skipping this for a while. read more

I've been here twice and both times have had a good experience. I got the cold brew with cinnamon and honey. I got hubs the butter bear. It's not an everyday coffee (too rich & too many calories) but it's a nice treat. The employees have been super friendly and the line goes pretty quickly. read more

Was really hoping these place would be a great addition to the neighborhood. Unfortunately, this place is not for me. We ordered the hot and cold Pumpkin Spice Lattes and the a pumpkin muffin. Both were equally bad. Both of the Lattes and the muffin left a very bad after taste. I don't know if it's the artificial flavoring or what, but I couldn't finish the latte nor the muffin due to the taste. read more

This location is always good! I will say one thing about the drive thru, they need cones up to only come from one side. Almost every time I come someone comes flying through the back side near meijer and cuts me off. There's too many ways to get in the drive thru. read more

We had the sausage bagel egg sandwich and a bagel with cream cheese. The bagels are very good, nice and soft but still chewy. I had the iced spiced coffee which was very good and the girls had the matcha which was also good. We will try it again. read more

Biggby has come to Central Ohio with a new walk up and drive through location. The flavors are unique with a Vanilla cinnamon honey latte and a dark chocolate hot chocolate that both were made reasonably quickly despite the long line for both walk up and drive through orders. The staff were patient and good at going through the menu . read more

I've been here a few times and enjoy trying the flavors. Everything has been great so far and my only complaint is I wish they would ask if you want it warm or extra hot. I always ask for hot but get it warm and then have to drink it quickly because I hate cold coffee. read more

Went there for the first time recently when they had a buy one get one free promo. That was a great excuse to try them out. I got an iced teddy bear and my hubby got a caramel latte. It was a Saturday afternoon and there was only a few cars ahead of us, so it went pretty quickly. Both of our drinks were terrible. People in other reviews keep complaining of the horrible aftertaste. Yeah, it's pretty horrible! In case you're wondering what it is; it's the coffee. It tastes like a burnt dark roast. My iced drink was more palatable than my hubby's hot latte. His was like hot milk and burnt coffee. But omg the coffee flavor was so bad, the aftertaste just didn't wanna go away. We each had like 2-3 sips and when we got to our next destination, we couldn't throw them in the trash fast enough. At least one of the drinks was free! Definitely hesitant to try them again, especially since so many other people have had the same experience. read more

Bigby is my go-to coffee shop! 10/10! The service is always wonderful. My favorite drink is the iced latee with honey, cinnamon and vanilla! I love that I rack up drink points to earn a free drink. I just recently purchased the brown sugar bourbon coffee grounds for home and it's wonderful! I've been coming here since it opened and I come atleast 2-3x a week! I'll continue to be a regular!
