I understand things happen, but that can be handled way better - by everyone. It wasn't even busy yet. She proceeded to ignore my group, she'd be at a nearby table, we'd try to get her attention and she'd just turn right back around. Inexcusable. The music is also really obnoxious, I wish they would invest in good DJ's especially for big game days.

Someone was acting very aggressive because I sat on "his" seat (it was empty). That customer also stole the bartender's tip that I left him.
