**vegetarian review** Pretty average. I got the mattar kulcha - which I expected to be stuffed with peas kulcha and it was more like kulcha on the side of usar. The chole bhatura was also average. The bhatura was good but the chole was not that great. All in all - it's kinda average not really worth going to.

Unusual setup for seating and ordering. The process was quick and as single person I was able to find a small table quickly. This place gets large groups and families. I ordered the Sami vada and it was good. The Pani Puri was just ok. This place also has a large selection of Indian sweets. I tried the milk cake and was pleasantly surprised

Wanted to try this newly opened Noth Indian restaurant. Had heard from friends that it is quite busy at dinner, so went for early week-day lunch. There was only one other table at 11.30, so no issues getting a table. It feels very clean, bright and has good energy as you enter. It is order-at-the-counter type of place. The cashier was welcoming and greeted us with smiles. We ordered chhole bhature (single), cauliflower paratha and samosas. Food was freshly made and the spice level was perfect for us. It came out in a very reasonable time. Taste and quantity of food was good but not exceptional. The display of traditional Indian sweets and desserts was very tempting, we will just have to back another time to try those out :)

Everything was amazing, from their top notch cholle bhature to the flavorful masala chai. The service was excellent and truly exceptional. The staff (Abraham and counter staff) were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. I asked to swap my Coke for chai at the last minute and they made it happen right away. I was visiting the city and relied on reviews to choose a spot and I am so glad I did. This place was the perfect choice for dining in. Abraham, mucho gracias!

The best North Indian food. Reminds me of Delhi. Their Rajkachori is amazing along with Paneer Tikka and mattar kulcha! Great service as well- friendly staff.

We went into today and we were told that the pizza oven had been down for more than a month. They did know when it would be fixed. That was a bummer because I loved their pizza. We ordered sandwiches and soups. They had tasted much better in the past. We also asked for water. On the way to our table, I just added a splash of lemonade to my water. After sitting down, the cashier awkwardly came to our table and asked that I return to the register and pay for the drink. I did because I was in the wrong. I also understood the cashier's predicament because the manager was eyeing everything behind the food line without any attempt at verbal communication. We were the only customers in the place. I returned to the register and paid for the drink. I probably won't return to this location. I am hoping the other locations are better run than the Irving location.

Mango lassi was also refreshing and sweet, which helped with the spice of many of the dishes. The inside is not the cleanest, but there are large and small tables for groups of all sizes. We had seen the place on Yelp and planned to grab something quick to go, but it turned into a great stop. The location is fantastic and convenient near the airport. The hostess was welcoming right away and directed us to the bar so we could place a quick to-go order. At the bar, the bartender gave excellent service and convinced us to try a couple of tacos along with the yuca fries and plantains we originally planned to order--and I'm glad he did. The Tacos Al Carbón were outstanding: grilled fajita beef with sautéed poblano and onion on flour tortillas topped with pico de gallo and guacamole. The steak was tender and full of flavor. The beans and rice were just right, and the plantains with coconut sauce were a perfect addition. The bartender also recommended a Stone Delicious IPA, which made the short wait enjoyable. We grabbed a Tamarindo agua fresca and bolitas de yuca for the road--light, flavorful, and perfect for the drive. Great food, great service, and a great find near the airport. Definitely worth stopping in.

For appetizers, we enjoyed the queso verde which was very green with roasted poblano, & corn. We chose to add short rib to it as well and it was quite tasty. I had the beef fajita for my meal and I enjoyed it and it his the Tex-mex spot for me as well don't have many Mexican restaurants in SoCal that serve fajitas. It was a nostalgic treat. My friend got the short rib enchiladas with queso oaxaca, red chile sauce, crema, radish, cilantro, queso fresco & caramelized onion. She really liked it as well even though she said the red chile sauce was spicy for her. My margarita was tasty as well.

I haven't had vada pav sliders before but the filling is kind of like fried samosa filling without the dough. It's good. The serving size of the biryani was very impressive. You can see from the photo that they fill the container and then add another mound of rice on top of that - basically 2 servings (we took one home). And they didn't skimp on the chicken either! The chicken is cooked perfectly, the sauces are a great complement and this is an excellent dish. The Lunch Thali gives you a lot of bang for your buck and mine included ~5 pieces of fish fry, about the same amount of veg pakora, yogurt dip, chicken curry with rice, 2 different soups, a naan/tortilla thing, and a carrot dessert (like a halwa). All had good flavor and the soups have a nice spicy kick to them. However, since all the dishes for the thali come off the lunch line (ie all premade), the tortilla, fish and pakoras had been sitting out for awhile and not too hot. Had they come out fresh from the fryer, I might have given this experience 5 stars. As it stands, I'll probably be back for lunch anyways - and the thali is available 7 days a week!

I got a side of lays original chips which isn't bad but I'm just not a fan of lays original. I wish they offered a choice of a side or even just a selection of other chips. Nothing too big though. My favorite was the cheese katori. It's like their version of deviled eggs and all for it. It packed so much flavor and if I could I would eat like 4 orders of them haha. The only reason I give this place a 4/5 was the cleanliness. The place was still very nice and clean but the table we sat on still had minor faint stains on it. Even checking other tables, I saw the same. There was also just some food here and there on the ground but nothing too alarming. The service was great and no other complaints. Overall great place to go and a bonus is they're opened 7 days a week and till late.
