Snyder's Tire was closest for a service facility on the USAA map, so my vehicle was left there after hours. The following morning the awesome team at Snyder's looked at my vehicle and determined the issue was an improperly installed air filter which had been done earlier in the day at an quick oil change service center that has a name starting with a 'V'. The issue was quickly fixed and I was on my way! It was explained that I couldn't be charged legally by Snyder's because it was determined the oil change service center was the cause and I went to have them do their job correctly later. Again, nothing but praise for Snyder's! They rock! They're trustworthy and super helpful! I'd give 6 stars if I could!!

I went back a week and a half later and I spoke to him he even confirmed my tires did not need to be replaced so I cannot recommend this place. I've spoken to many many other people up on the Mountain community day as well confirmed that this place is extremely expensive. Stay away from this place. We paid $600 for a new set of MasterCraft tires. I inquired since I'd…read morenever heard of the brand. But they assured me, "We put these on every car on the mountain and no one has ever complained. They're made by Cooper." So, in an effort to keep business on the mountain, we got the tires. So imagine my surprise when only 6 months and 8,000 miles later, all four were totally and completely bald. They looked like Nascar racing slicks! When I called the owner, he said they don't warranty their tires but I could take the tires off of my car, myself, and drive down to his distributor in San Bernardino and see if they would give me any sort of a pro-rated credit. I couldn't believe that the onus was completely on me, the customer, to follow up with Tony's wholesale distributor! So much for keeping my business on the hill. I ended up going to Costco to replace the tires. They fully warranty the tires. I was able to get Goodyear tires for less than I had paid for MasterCrafts at Tony's. Don't give this guy your business. He also owns Action Auto in Running Springs.
