Horrible service. Horrible communication. Extremely uninformed about pretty much everything. Unorganized. Never go back! I paid cash for a Lincoln in NOV 2020 and I still do not have the license plate or the title.....I have called at least 5 times and they tried to blame it on DMV, however, that was just pure laziness and not the case at all. (I referred my son shortly after I bought my car. He has his plates from DMV just fine... NO referral fee either, thats all false advertising too, they said "i didn't refer him the right way.....?) Anyway instead of them looking into why I didn't get plates and title they just sent me a temporary paper that was good for ONE YEAR......REALLY?? Called again today to find what was gong on and they sent it to the wrong address...this was after they messed up all the paperwork with the car going into my trust. I brought all the trust docs with me at the time of purchase.... If you have endless hours to waste and enjoy chasing your tail this is the dealership for you. If you are busy and appreciate educated, professional and communicative staff you should look elsewhere. (also, I called them to ask to reset the door keyless code. They were adamant the ONLY way to reset the code was to take the car into a Lincoln dealer. I decided to look it up in the manual before I wasted more time and low and behold! directions to change keycode...they do not care about you after they have your $$ POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Without even as much as an argument, the management team stepped up and took care of the issue at their expense and zero cost to me. Thought I was getting a good deal on a used Jaguar from Bill Luke Santan. I initially went to see a specific Jaguar, but it sold a few days prior. So, the Salesman searched their system & found there was an incoming Jaguar that would be ready in a a few days. Since the other one sold so fast, I signed a tentative contract in order to hold the car sight unseen. I ended up taking a short test drive a few days later when the car came in. The car looked nice. Since I've never had a "luxury" car before I honestly didn't know exactly what to look for outside of the basics. I was told the car was in great condition & if any problems were found it was still covered under the manufactures warranty with Jaguar. It sounded good so I trusted it. As a side note, my husband had a stroke 2 months ago & was with me at the time. I didn't plan on buying that day but didn't want to miss out on the car. So, I was trying to make the process as easy/fast as possible. Despite them knowing this, we waited and waited...close to 4 hours. Week one of owning the car it started having issues (some issues were there day 1). I finally got the chance to take it to Jaguar AND... 1) the brakes are more then 50% worn & need a treatment or replacement to stop the squeaking 2) the front tires are close to needing replacement 3) the eco start/stop never worked (wasn't familiar with it at all)...battery needed to be replaced 4) there was a broken reinforcement piece in the driver's side door that had to be replaced 5) there was an issue with the steering column that had to be fixed 6) WORST OF ALL - the car shakes when idling & in reverse, which the Jaguar dealership said they could not fix. Thankfully, the issues were covered under warranty, but it's hard to believe that the car was even checked by Bill Luke before they sold it to me (since I had a tentative contract on it already). If it was checked, they didn't disclose any of these issues or attempt to fix them. The price didn't reflect a car with issues either. Now, I am stuck with a car that annoys me to drive due to the shaking & noises as if I purchased a cheap bucket. I would understand getting screwed over by a private owner, but a well known dealership such as this is unbelievable. I take responsibility in being so excited to possibly own a luxury vehicle that I probably overlooked issues during the test drive. I just expected the car to be fine. When I tried to see if I could trade the car in for something else, they offered me more than $5,000 LESS than what I paid for the car last month. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR AT 24/7 PICKUP!! I decided to leave my car at the 24/7 pickup since the vehicle was finished at 450pm. I was going to pick it up before work the next day. Well, the security guard, Tom, gave my keys to someone without checking their ID. The person that had my key somehow still managed to leave with their vehicle (maybe had a spare key in their purse). But, my key was missing for the whole day so I had to take a $25 Lyft to go to my work. The person that had my keys returned them and I got a call saying the car is ready to be picked up and that the keys are back. When I got to the 24/7 pickup, the security guard, Tom, laughed when I said I was picking up the car that had the missing key. I don't understand the unprofessionalism from the security guard service and the security guard himself. He asked for my ID and I asked if he asked for ID last night when my keys went to someone else and he said he didn't check the ID last night. HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE? How can you hand car keys over to someone without verifying it's their vehicle? I will never be leaving my vehicle at this dealership. read more

Worst car buying experience. The only reason I purchased a vehicle from Bill Luke was the rare find they had. Truck sold itself it did not need any assistance. Took alllll day to purchase. Battery was dead in the lot. Acid all over the batteries asked several times to resolve that before purchase did not get done. No negation whatsoever. Asked for second key fob they refused. The sales staff has us shoot some basketball hoops for discount dollars on finance. When we finally get to finance, he said the discount dollars you won do not even matter. Feckless. This is where they try and sell you ridiculous at best. We signed all the papers two days later I had to call and see where our copies were. Found that the truck had warranty still, so called back and dropped all extras on contract. Had it financed through our bank, the only thing they did right. Service was terrible. I dropped truck off the night before service appointment. For the battery issue and a detail. I had to call them the next day at 11 am for an update. Service advisor disappeared, after I called him on his attempt to tell me lies. Why the truck had not been looked at yet, so the sales advisor called me and managed me the rest of time. I urged them to do both batteries as a courtesy, but they refused. Only one battery got replaced. I go pick it up still not detailed. Check engine light came on and I called to see if they would handle it. But they wanted the truck there and then they would decide if they would do something. So, I took it to Riverview Nissan all covered under warranty. The people that say it is so nice not to haggle with price need to understand that you lose every time you pay what they want. So, to not negotiate at all was a huge deal, but the whole experience was hands down terrible. There was no customer experience nothing that would bring me back. I had recently purchased a BMW from North Scottsdale BMW and it was seamless. Should learn from them on selling cars. I work in this industry and our customers are always taken care of if there is an issue, we resolve it. That is how it should be. Also, I LOVE my truck!!! read more

We purchased a 2019 vehicle that had 26,500 miles on in late January 2021. Our white vehicle had a few rock chips, and I mentioned that I would like to have the front end shocks, struts, and alignment checked. As usual, the salesman told us it would totally meet our expectations but the service department could not get us in for 10 days. Based on the dealer word (wrong) we purchased the vehicle. 10 days later we brought the vehicle back for the paint touch up and front end inspection. The service agent said he did think the paint chips were bad enough to worry about and only agreed to touch up the chips after we demanded they do it. He then told us that a front end issue would be a warranty issue, and we would have to take the dealer to the manufacturer dealership. 6 hours later we picked up the vehicle and upon inspection, noticed the white paint they used for the touch up was a different white color. The service agent stated that they did not have a match for the white on our vehicle I ended up buying the matching paint from the manufacturer and completing the touch up myself. 50 days later we again brought the vehicle back and requested an alignment, based on their sales pitch of multiple inspection points of each vehicle. The same service tech told us after inspection that it was not an alignment issue but a shock or strut issue and we needed to take it to the manufacturer dealer. We then went to the manufacturer dealer and in 15 minutes he showed us the unusual wear on the tires that indicated it was an alignment problem. We had put about 1500 miles on the vehicle over those 50 days. We returned to Bill Luke and showed the service department the wear on the tires and acknowledged it probably was an alignment issue. The service agent said he needed the Sales department approval for the alignment and would contact us when he got it. He called us about an hour later and stated the Sales department declined the repair request. Not really surprising considering how many times they denied there was an alignment problem from the day we bought it. We will never deal with Bill Luke again and wish we could afford a billboard to tell everyone our story! UPDATE APRIL, 2021 I was contacted by the Sales manager regarding my review. Chris apologized for our experience and paid for our alignment and the cost of the touch up paint. I appreciate Chris reaching out to acknowledge the problems and stated that customer service training will be completed in the service department. Oil change and air filters were never done as stated. Both were black. On top of that, I purchase a car that had car mats in it at the time of purchase. When i went to pick up the car we noticed that they were gone. Our sales rep talked to his manager and his manager agreed to order us new ones. Our sales rep then verified with us that he placed the order and we would have them in 7-10 days. I was told the service department would call us. Never received a call. I reached out numerous times with no luck. Tried to speak with the manager and he wouldn't take the call. Finally got a response from my sales guy and it turns out the mats were never actually ordered. I then had to wait over a week to receive them. Will not be returning here. read more

Buyer be ware. Nothing like a little false advertising. They advertise a great price but there is some serious fine print that isn't available until your sitting down with the sale rep about to buy. In order to get the advertised rate you MUST finance with them for the points at 6-8% and you have to wait 4 months to refinance it to a normal rate. I tried to buy a vehicle at the advertised price, and mind you there was NO discloser that actually showed the stipulations for the price. They told me they wouldn't accept my check, cashier check, or own financing. I said I would be willing to pay the advertised price, and they said NO that's not the real price. They told me that they use that price to draw attention and then explain the stipulations to buyer once they come in. Its dirty, and feels dirty. Where to start? If you are selling your car, and Bill Luke contacts you to buy it, don't waste your time, because lord knows they will. I was contacted by them, made an offer, agreed, but they had to send a guy out to look at it, which makes sense and is fine. Guy comes out, does a report, I get a call saying they have to give me less, what a shocker. So we discuss the lower amount, come to an agreement, and I'm told to bring the vehicle into the dealership so they can do a final check. I let know I wasn't interested in wasting my time and having this be another way to try and shave down the price. I was told that it was just a quick inspection, plan an hour but probably twenty minutes, and we should be good. Two hours go by, then I get my vehicle back. They say the same thing they did the day before, but want to reduce the price again. In the end, they wasted my time, and I feel this dealership employs scammers to try and trick unsuspecting people into selling their cars for less than they are worth thru various shady stealership tricks. Buyer/seller beware, I would avoid. P.S. Found a car on CarGurus. Dealt with Internet Manager. They ran our credit which is excellent, offered really high rates (ridiculous). We opted to do this for the savings up front as we intended to pay-off immediately. Then they send pictures showing some damage on the car that we were not aware of. Why wouldn't you send the picture first. Really pissed that I took a ding on my credit for your stupid inquiry just to pass on the whole deal. Kept getting different stories about the out of state buying process. I will never buy a car from a "trusted dealer" out of state after this ordeal. I bought a Land Rover from out of state and based on the high review ratings, I trusted buying from this dealership. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not convenient. I would have walked away if I didn't love the vehicle and didn't have to pay their ridiculous "re-stock fee." The process started with me inquiring about the car and trying to negotiate a price I felt was fair but was told the pricing was firm. Two days later I check online and the car is listed as the exact price I asked for... so I inquire once again. This time I sent multiple emails and phone calls without a response. Finally, I spoke to another salesman who wasn't Kelvin (the original salesman), and he was absolutely fantastic. I wish I remembered his name because he was prompt, emailed info and knew what he was talking about. Kelvin only seemed to communicate with me whenever my husband called on my behalf. This alone made me want to talk away from the deal, but again I loved the car that I researched, I picked out and I paid for. It's sad that my husband had to even be involved and I wasn't taken seriously. I ended up financing through the dealership to save time as our transport of the vehicle was going to be done by our company since they were headed through Arizona at that time. Nesa was fantastic and knowledgable. However, there was a form missing in the paperwork that they overnighted to me. I was surprised that paperwork was not done electronically, it seemed a bit dated to have to mail things back and forth. Let's get to the stressful part. Since we were providing our own transfer of the vehicle we had a deadline and an exact pickup date. Everyone involved in this process knew that the car was to be picked up on that specific Friday. Kelvin couldn't even recommend a tow company in the area we could call, as we are from Michigan. They wouldn't deliver the car to meet our driver where our tow lift was. Our last dealership we bought cars from bended over backwards to make sure it was a seamless experience and delivered both of our cars to our house from across the state. I didn't feel our request was that out of the ordinary, but maybe in Arizona it is. Of course financing wasn't ready even though I made sure our cashiers check was mailed on time, along with paperwork completion. Somehow, financing wasn't going to be completed by that Friday. The manager was apologetic but offered ZERO solutions to our problems. They wouldn't split the cost of shipping through their third party company now that was the only option we had left. The wouldn't waive the restocking fee, as I was so frustrated I wanted to walk away from the deal. So, $1250 later and a week later my car was delivered. Now to the car... Don't get me wrong, I do love it but there are things that I would have noticed and probably should have been pointed out as I never got to see this car in person. 1. Basically every speaker is blown 2. Wheels are completely out of balance and tired need replacing 3. There are scratches or something that was sealed with some sort of rubber epoxy in a couple different spots on the car. Overall, not impressed with this dealership. Stay away from this dealership if you want to put more than 10% down and DON'T want to pay the OVERPRICED $369 Window Tint Fee. My wife and I went to Bill Luke San Tan on Saturday, August 24th, 2019 and test drove a nice 2016 Lexus ES 350 Stock #SG16292. Car was priced at $24,750 minus $1,000 finance bonus cash bringing the price before taxes, title etc to $23,750 (They did take an additional $250 off the price of the car. Only because they had a lower priced similar car at their Tempe location.). We were working with Tony and Norm. Who are both awesome. Couldn't have been happier with Tony and Norm. They were both friendly and personable. I thought they both were very knowledgeable about vehicles. We had a great time working and talking with Tony and Norm. After our test drive with Tony we decided to purchase the car. First problem we encountered was that we had to fight and work hard to get Bill Luke San Tan to accept our $5k down payment. We wanted to put this amount down to keep our monthly payments down. They initially wouldn't accept our $5k down payment, if they did, they wouldn't be able honor the $1000 finance bonus cash. I pretty much communicated to Tony that was unacceptable and ridiculous. I'm trying to give you cash to pay for part of the car. Tony went back to the "Desk Manager" and came back and said "We Could" put $2,500 or $3,000 (Can't remember the exact amount they said we could put down to keep the $1k Finance Bonus Cash during this trip to the "Desk Manager) down and still get the $1,000 finance bonus cash. I stated my position again and said this is getting silly that I have to fight to put down $5k to buy this car and keep the $1k bonus cash. Again, Tony went to the "Desk Manager" and came back and said they were doing us a favor and that we could put $5k down and still receive the $1k finance bonus cash. Doing us a favor to take money to pay for a car (hmmmmm). Sign are positive that we will be able to strike a deal. Then they hit us with the $369 Window Tint Fee. Full Disclosure; I did not see this on their website and also had no clue it was mandatory for the deal until the final offer sheet was presented to us. This information was not or is not clearly stated on their website unless you look for it on the very bottom of each web page. Hidden but not really hidden. They definitely don't make this additional fee clear and up-front like they do with their Finance Bonus Cash. They want to stick the consumer with a $369 window tint fee (On a used car no less. How does the consumer know that tint was not already on the car when Bill Luke received it? The cars I've traded into Bill Luke have had window tint already on them.) that probably cost them less than $100. I can go to my favorite window tint installer and have my windows tinted with a high-quality tint for a lot less than $369. I've purchased at least 3 cars from the Bill Luke dealership in Phoenix (Currently have a 2018 Jeep Wrangler leased from Bill Luke in Phoenix) in the past and NEVER had to deal with this fee or fight to put money down like this. I did not know they were now doing this add-on and it is not "Clearly Marked" anywhere. Tony tried explaining to us that the tint was a new add on for all the Bill Luke dealerships. This really soured me on the deal. I was done. After about 60-90 minutes of back and forth, my wife and I decided enough was enough and left. We were done and will not deal with Bill Luke anymore. There are way too many options for the consumer to limit ourselves to one dealership. Which is unfortunate, because we've purchased from Bill Luke at least 3 times before and have been extremely happy in the past with them. When in a market for a car I've always gone to Bill Luke's website first to see if they have what I'm looking for, but NOT anymore. BTW.......we purchased a Lexus ES 350 from a dealer in Scottsdale, and guess what, I didn't have to negotiate or fight to put $5k down nor was there any overpriced tint added to the price of the used car. read more

I went to Bill Luke Santan because of their 4+ star rating on CarGurus and was disappointed with the results. I test drove a car with Herb on Thursday and all went well, he assured me I would not be charged for tinting the windows as it already had tinted windows, but they still had to do their vehicle maint and inspection so it may take a couple days for me to obtain delivery. That was acceptable to me. Getting the loan started went smooth. I started feeling that my questions were not being answered and he was very dismissive and just got the no, no, everything would be fine response. Then during financing they were charging me like $399 for tinting. The next day I called to follow up and was told it wouldn't be available til next Thursday. I also asked Herb about the tinting charge, he said the windows had been tinted between them getting the car and me test driving. So I asked if they did no other maintenance to the vehicle but tinted the windows?? This didn't add up. With this and the day of delivery changing I cancelled the deal. I got a call from Herb the next day to try to keep my business, he offered a comparable vehicle with the same deal. I accepted this pending the vehicle was suitable. The second vehicle did not have some of the key features that drew me to the original vehicle but I considered it. Herb came back with an offer to do the same deal but the payments would be like $1 higher. Apparently they wouldn't budge over a dollar. Between this and the fact that I felt a loss of trust and Herb's dismissive attitude I took my business elsewhere. I feel as though he fit into the cliche of a used car salesman. read more

Went in last week to look at a 2016 Escalade. Truck was fairly clean and low mileage. For only having 20k miles I noticed a few things I wanted corrected. Salesman said all of our vehicles have flaws, it's just how it is. We don't fix anything. Rear quarter panel in the right light showed obvious signs of repainting, and there were a couple other things, paint wise that irked me. I know I'm super picky but looking at a 50k truck that needed a couple hundred bucks in paint correction didn't seem like a big deal to me. All in all I left. Nobody ever followed up with me, contacted me, negotiated etc. They weren't interested in my business and it was obvious. After reading the reviews here I'm beyond grateful that I didn't buy from these guys. They also "threaten" that a vehicle is headed to auction soon if not sold but won't budge on price. Yeah ok, sell to customer for 50k or send to auction for half that? Just your typical scummy used car dealership with arrogant, uninformed, salespeople and management looking to get over on the customer. No response needed Bill Luke. First impressions are key. **Update** 11/24/20 I wanted to update my review being as Daniel (I believe he's the service manager) was very helpful and was kind enough to honor my referral bonus. Thank you again for your help with this matter Daniel! I received the check by mail promptly and I'm very satisfied with this. My salesman was Gerald. He was a nice guy and the sale went very smoothly overall. The first annoyance was the fact that the price advertised on the car is not the actual price. They will only honor that price if you put $1000 down or less otherwise the car is $1000 more than advertised. Also, for some reason the car I purchased only came with one key fob (fine by me). Gerald was supposed to get me in contact with a guy that does the keys so I can have a second set. After bringing it up twice, I never heard back from Gerald. Keep in mind that I bought the car on September 12 (over 2 months ago). The most irritating part about this dealership by far is that I recommended a friend to go buy a truck that I found online that I knew he was looking for. It just so happened that the truck I recommend was at Bill Luke San Tan. Keep in mind they offer you a check equal to one free car payment if you recommend a friend and they buy a vehicle within 90 days of the original purchase. My friend purchased The truck a few weeks ago well within the 90 day mark but they Will not honor the deal because he did not work specifically with Gerald. Gerald is non responsive and only cares about the sale as he's never followed up once with the commitments he made with me. I would not recommend this place Soley because they only seem to care about getting you to buy a vehicle. Thanks for asking for the good reviews yet not following up Gerald. We bought a 2017 Nissan Armada in September and during delivery someone used a razor blade to remove the sticker and scratched their top passenger side windshield. I took the car in and was told they wouldn't replace it despite the fact that the shop and representative agreed about how the damage had happened. BEWARE! The shady, backwards sales tactics and false information, topped with terrible customer service is enough to make you want to ride a bike for the rest of your life. Bill Luke Santan is not standing behind their customer referral program. I sent my friend in and he and his son purchased a Buick last week. Bill Luke says that they do not have any records of them purchasing a car and that my name is not on record as a referral. I am a multi times customer at Bill Luke and I will not send anymore friends or customers to them for any reason ever again. They do not appreciate referrals and will not pay out as they promised when I purchased cars from them. I will not be going back! read more

Overall experience with this place is shady at best. I have bought my car from bill luke before, outstanding in service and overall professionalism. This location was seriously lacking that. I interacted with the salesman as well as the service team and the manager. I had viewed my car online for 14k. I come in for the car and the sticker is Substantially higher than the online price; which they fixed. The car itself was a Ford Fusion plugin titanium and originally came from California. Thus it was covered in several of the HOV stickers and I requested they be removed completely and that the car be cleaned before purchase. Well I come back the next day to finalize the deal and nothing had been done. I was given the run around about the lack of progress, they didn't remove it because it could leave a "ghost" mark. I still had them remove it and it was fine; but while of removing it they found a tint on the front windshield which they felt the need to remove without saying anything. Which I was fine with had I been told but that's not the issue, the issue was while removing it they had broken the windshield. Which resulted in me having to wait another day for the car. So yet again I make another trip to this place. Besides the removal of the stickers and cleaning of the car (the inside was also poorly cleaned) I requested new key fob batteries and the code to the door. I got the new key batteries but the key code for the car wasn't something they had and the salesman mentioned that I could simply call and request it from ford or have them go in and reset it at no cost to me. This was not the case however, I had to pay for such a service (16.99). The fact I was told otherwise was unprofessional. I was told about having to finance with them to receive the discount (it's hidden in fine print on the ad online.) Now here's when it gets shady. We are working the deal and the price is made higher by a lot of extra fees and such; making the monthly fee higher, but I figured my interest would fix it, as I have very high credit and such. Well once they ran it and came back they gave me a fairly high interest rate of 6.89%. Which is odd considering I had checked beforehand elsewhere and knew my interest should have been much closer to 3.8-4.9%. I had intended to place a down payment of 2k on the vehicle as well but was told the max you could was 1k due to the discount when you finance with them. I thought this was absolutely absurd to limit the down payment and when I made a comment regarding it the salesman tony disappeared and came back saying they would allow me to put more down, which made the previous rules they gave seem like they just wanted more money. I couldn't of been more right. I get to the paperwork for financing and I'm being thrown warranty packages and such which is expected. What really peeved me was he kept lowering the interest to the correct amount of 4.89% But to get me to that interest rate I had to buy a 2k insurance package with them which told me that the high interest they gave me was specifically to lure me into one, which is a very underhanded tactic. I reluctantly agree and figured it would be useful to have it due to interest rate. After all this is done; I leave with the car and head to work. Well apparently they had a separate alarm system attached to the car already and I had not paid for, so they showed up at my work and requested the keys to remove it. I get i didn't pay for it but to show up at my place of work was just shocking, especially after all the hassle. Literally 2 months after the purchase the battery on the car dies. I barely had this car and it's already causing an issue but then I remember the warranty. So I take it in and I am told that it'll cost me a "possible" 129 dollar fee to check. I receive a call later saying that no issues were found. I found it highly unusual. So they ran it again and found a issue and the service tech said the warranty would cover it. Well guess what happens next? I go in and I'm told it is actually not covered by the warranty despite being told so previously and that I would need to pay 189 for it to be replaced. I am less than thrilled at this point and fairly upset. What really didn't help was the level of professionalism that the service tech gave. She was VERY rude and condescending. We requested the manager but was told he was busy with employees. Rather than the manager come out and talk to us directly the technician went back and fourth, which left out details. I had to get to work so we said we'd come back when we could have a face to face talk with the manager. They decided to knock off labor only. After all that hassle and back and fourth and problems with the car during purchase and after it, I have to say this is probably the most unprofessional car purchase I've dealt with. I'd avoid this place in particular both in purchasing of the vehicle and it's service. I will not be buying another vehicle from here in the future. read more

Bought my first car here recently, the customer service was awesome, they bargained and made sure we had a great deal walking out. The only thing I am extremely disappointed about is the fact that they said they had (and gave paperwork saying they had) changed the air filter, done an oil change & all the maintenance prior to selling us the car. We then found out that none of that was done and has never been done to a 2012 car with 48k miles. Lies like that are one thing, but at that point it's ruining a car. I think that everyone going into this dealership needs to TRIPLE check that these services have been done before walking out with a car. read more

My visit to Bill Luke Santan was to purchase a vehicle for my brother-in-law who is currently serving on Afghanistan. Initially, I was very impressed with the lot and the vehicles present; however, that is where it ends. I had arranged to meet with a sales rep (John) who was not available, so I met with Jim Chikos. Jim was very nice; however, not very knowledgeable on the vehicle or policies and procedures. We took the vehicle for a test drive (as my brother-in-law asked me to before he committed to purchasing the vehicle). I reported that the vehicle was a very nice vehicle and I would recommend my brother-in-law purchase it. After I exclaimed that to Him, I was told that we would need to put down $1500. non-refundable to hold the vehicle. After we confirmed that, Jim came back and stated his sales manager refused to go forward with the purchase because the company can not/will not hold the vehicle for more than 7 days. I explained to Him that he is deployed and that he will purchase and I woukd even put the down payment, even with that they refused. I again explained that not only is my brother-in-law serving in the military over seas, when he is home he is a police officer, and I asked for some courtesy. They again refused. After I left the building I was abke to communicate with my brother in law and he still wanted the vehicle. I called again today and asked if the documents could be sent electronically for signature, they refuaed stating they do not do that. My frustration with this company is that as I understand their no hassle policy, I couldn't fathom their lack of empathy towards someone who is deployed. We weren't asking for a price reduction, we simply wanted the opportunity to purchase a vehicle utilizing 21st century means, in order to allow military personal to have a chance of normalcy. As a 20 year Marine Corps Retired veteran, this experience with this company had been tainted and I will never utilize or recommend their services to or for anyone. read more

We were working with one lady online and as soon as we pulled up, we were passed onto another man. The man helping us was very arrogant and they lost a sale over $300. He also bashed other dealers saying how they were the #1 dealer (clearly he is paid to say this). We found the same car with more features (nav, sunroof and lower miles) at two other dealers and we were asking them to match it ($300 less). I am pretty positive Bill Luke can afford the $300. I wouldn't go back to any place where the first person you meet was very arrogant, just not good customer service. read more

This dealership cannot be trusted! My husband and I bought a Range Rover Sport from them, we verbally agreed on the price for our trade in and the repairs that would be done. When we got to financing the guy waited until EVERYTHING was done (credit check, signing over our the title, etc.) to show us the final price including the trade-in value, and we ended up losing THOUSANDS! Not what we had agreed to, they knew we were in a rush to get the purchase completed as we had company in town visiting and played that in their favor. If we could've backed out of the sale we would have for sure! These guys are so unethical! Also, they agreed to repairs, and as many other prior customers have stated, they did not honor their commitments. They wrote all the repairs on a piece of paper (conveniently missing a few items at first, we had to point that out twice) and said they would contact us to schedule an apt for repairs but never did. We called the service department and they claim they have no record of any repairs being approved. WOW. So now we are stuck paying for the repairs, but honestly, I would not trust them doing the work anyhow after reading many other customers experiences I know they have done awful work on repairs, so maybe a blessing in disguise that they are backing out of their commitment on this too. If you can avoid this place, you should! There are many other dealers in the area and this one does not deserve your business, they do not deliver on their commitments and will likely cost you tons of money like they did for us! read more
