DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLES FROM THEM!. This has been the worst nightmare of my life & a total SCAM. I was sold a Jeep Wrangler 2023 in September of 2024 & I've had nothing but issues with it since week 1. When I first reached out to Angel who sold it to me he said it was probably something minor & to take it to the Bill Luke on Camelback Rd. I've probably taken it in for a check engine light about 10 times. When Angel sold it to me he didn't disclose any of the issues or else I wouldn't have bought it. I've been in a rental well over 10 times now & I'm sick of it. I called 2 weeks ago & spoke with Daniel the manager who offered to put me in something else. Today I get a text from Angel saying....." We can definitely explore options but looking at the numbers I anticipate your payments to nearly double. I would honestly really suggest just keeping the Rubicon for a couple of years since you have the warranty that covers everything". So easy to say when it's not you having car issues. We were then working with their finance department who continued taking excellent care of us. 1 star because I liked the salesperson 1 star because I got the exact car I wanted I would not recommend Bill Luke to any friends and/or family. We had a deal in place, at 8.99%, came in 2 days later to complete the deal and the rate went up, not by much, but they did not stand by what they sold me on and also said I would need to put in $1200 more on the deposit to keep the rate they sold me on. Since the car was a perfect match, I proceeded with the transaction, only to have another bank call me after I signed and said they could do 7.45% on the loan, then had to go through signing all the paperwork again. After that, I let the finance person - who enjoys talking in a condescending tone to customers - that I had zero interest in any of there upsell. He let me know he had to go over it, once he was done I said no to everything, and he still persisted in trying to upsell me on gap insurance as if none of our previous conversations mattered. I wanted to just send the GM an email, but they guard that email with their lives. I went to receive an estimate for them to buy my car. After inspecting my vehicle, they told me "Mice or rats were evident in my engine and signs of them eating my wiring". And, "there was a leak in my coolant system". This was an obvious attempt to prepare me for offering $3000 less than what my car is worth. They held my key ransom, while they continued to press me for what number I would take to make the deal, sending out a woman salesman in the end to hopefully be able to speak to me "woman to woman". I left and made an appointment with my dealer, as my car is still under warranty. NOTHING, I REPEAT NOTHING wrong with my car whatsoever. NO RODENT evidence, no wiring damage. NO COOLANT leak. Shady practices. Went to buy a truck, they "ran my credit" from Experian and returned with a 763. I ended up not getting the truck because they refuse to compromise on a trade in price. Went to Earnhardt's Superstition the very next day and they returned an Experian credit score of 802.....hmmmmmm. Could it be that an 800 puts me in a lower interest rate?? I think so. How, the very next day, do I get a credit report from the very same credit reporter and have that huge of a difference.? I responded to an Autotrader add and dropped in after work. They asked if I had an appointment. When I said no, the salesman "Nick" got visibly annoyed with me and went to look for the car and didn't invite me inside (it was 110F outside). After about 10 minutes he came back and said the car was being detailed and not available. I asked if he would text me when it became available to test drive. He did not and didn't respond when I followed up. When he didn't respond to texting, I emailed from Autotrader. Still no response and the add is still up on Autotrader. I'm not sure if it's real or just a scam to get you in the door. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I'd give them 0 stars if that were an option. read more

After buying a $40k automobile, they are charging me $175 just to diagnose a problem that seems to be systemic with the make and model. Purchased a vehicle less than a month ago from them, including a full warranty. Today, 3.5 weeks later, the battery died. After calling to talk about reimbursement for a new $200 battery, the sales associate Todd Navarro told me that they can't help me because when I drove off the lot, the battery was working fine. In addition, Christian Harding was my Finance Manager. He sold me on the warranty plan. It was an uncomfortable discussion. He called himself retarded and autistic. He said I'd be an idiot to not finance X or do Y. He repeatedly reached across the table to gently touch my arm or shoulder, attempting to be comforting. He repeatedly went on tangents and talked about personal experiences. He didn't show or offer me the other tiers of warranty, only the highest and refused to tell me the pricing of the lower tiers. Me and my significant other tried purchasing a vehicle from here Saturday 5/31/25, a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek Edition, we came in at 11am and had four vehicles pre selected that we looked at and fit what we needed for us and our 4 kids, the was an emergency buy because my car was getting worked on and her car went down Friday 5/30/25 and the cost was $1,000 so instead of fixing her older car we decided it'd be best to just get a third row suv that can fit everyone, now we did have an awesome sale guy Taylor, he was fresh only two weeks on the jobs but a super nice funny and respectful guy, we test drove the suv and loved it, it was everything we needed plus more so we decided to go over number, once we agreed on a number and the down payment we finished up with financing which was hand by Brian who did take care of us gap insurance and a extended warranty, we signed the paperwork put the tags on the vehicle and left the lot, now Brian did say on mon we will call to finalize the bank paperwork, so the Sunday goes by and we build an attachment to the vehicle the kids love it, family loves it but Monday we get a call from Taylor which we expected to be for signing the bank loan agreement with the numbers we agreed on but he called to tell us the bank is asking for a 7% increase in interest and $2000 more down because the car was a buy back and only one bank would agree to the loan, so that rocked our world because we thought the bank had already agreed to the numbers we agreed to we just needed to sign the loan agreement, Taylor told us if we got a different vehicle that's not a buy back then we would have more bank options and a lower monthly payment and interest rate, we told Taylor we would return the vehicle today 6/3/25 and look at other options, we then spoke with rep Tanner who called me today at around 11am to tell us the same thing Taylor did, I let him know our frustration with the way the purchasing process was going so far and he this was a one off situation because the car was a buy back and that if we picked a different vehicle we would have lower payments and a lower interest rate with better bank option, so we asked to look at a 2022 Ford Explorer Timberline, we get to the dealership and test drive the suv and actually like it more than the previous suv we had, so say ok will take it but we want the same gap insurance and warranty we had previously, they can back with an interest rate of 25.99 and extra $2,000 monthly payments of over $900 no gap insurance and no warranty this was more then the previous SUV which was higher in price and a buy back, the sales kept asking for $2,000 more even though we stated over six times we didn't have it due to the situation and he proceeded to push for more money asking if we had a credit card to us, so at that point my significant other started to cried in the dealership with our two year old daughter and I couldn't take it anymore more I asked for my down payment back and order a Uber, crazy thing was even the uber driver had a bad experience with them, so people I'll leave this a bad dealership is like a bad politician they'll do whatever it takes to get what they want regardless of the situation as long as they win! read more

Dishonest practices, basically all the negatives you hear about sleazy car salesmen and car dealerships. Offered less than most dealers for a newer car we traded in. We had equity, was told we would get a check the same day. That turned into a few days, which turned into a week, which turned into months. Tried to have us take the new car home without approved financing, we declined. Shop around, almost any other dealer would be better, they can't be any worse. I'll be back to reply to any comments from dealership. First one will likely be along the lines of "we don't show you having purchased a vehicle at our dealership ". I purchased a car the salesman that helped me was really helpful. However a few things stacked up To an overall poor experience. First, we put a deposit on a car that didn't pass inspection and were eating for the refund. I can't remember the exact details but it took forever for the check to arrive which isn't always in your control but my problem was. If we are still waiting just keep us updated don't make us have to follow up. Next I had an odor treatment done on the car I ended up with. Service took forever again I try to give things that can't be controlled a pass. When my car was finished I get told it's ready and am waiting for someone to check it out, I sat in the service center for at least an hour eating for someone to just drop my car off. I was tempted to just walk over into the garage and find it. Finally. I had another very poor experience. With the service department. My car started decelerating on the road. Would go past 30mph so after hours I wasn't sure where to park ended up parking in the street. In front of the dealerships parking lot. Then I schedule the appointment for 9 I was surprised I had so much trouble communicating with the service center. Several things happened that I think are bad customer service but that's a long story. Sally seemed annoyed overall that I was interrupting her day. They couldn't find where I parked my car even though I thought my instructions were clear, I was called and asked to turn around to help them find my car. I was on the free way getting a ride to work do you really expect me to turn around? They quoted me an outrageous price and I let them know hey I'd love to work with you but I think I can find a better price elsewhere, I was told "you won't find anywhere in the valley cheaper" I checked ONE other shop and the price was $500 cheaper things they wanted to charge me for didn't even need to be fixed. She said the car was available, I tried to ask a couple of questions but she kept asking if I wanted to make an appointment to test drive the car. When I tried to explained I live a a couple hours away she asked if she could text me the purchase details, confirmed my phone number and hung up. I went to look at a car I saw online, especially after seeing they were offering an additional $1k on a trade in. After test driving the car, we couldn't get to where I wanted to be numbers-wise so I left. The next day, I was going to speak to the manager again to rerun numbers and see where we could make it work, but in the morning I received a text message from the sales associate telling me that he wanted to earn my business but I would have to purchase the car on their terms. I was completely turned off by the text that I no longer wanted to do business with them. An internet sales manager emailed me to apologize for MY frustration and continued to give me options, but her options only included me putting an additional amount of money down. I was very specific in stating how much I would be putting down (over half the price of the car) and how much I wanted to finance and she continued to present options outside of those very simple parameters. Only one manager actually apologized for my experience, but it took multiple phone calls and emails for me to even be able to speak to him. Overall horrible experience. read more

Shaky start but they stuck the landing. The purchase process: I purchased a 2016 Murano. The experience was fraught with frustration from the beginning. From a dead battery, to a filthy car for delivery, things didn't get better from there. I was paying cash so I knew that the transaction should not take long. I continued to ask the sale rep if someone was coming to pick up the car to clean it, as I did not want to be waiting there when the deal was done. He just brushed me off and said someone was coming to pick up the car, not to worry. 45 minutes later, the transaction was complete [as I was paying in cash], and sure enough the car had not been returned. I was sitting in the sales guys office, waiting for an update. He could tell that my frustration was building, and hid in another part of the building. An hour and a half later, I finally track him down, and tell him just to get my car back. He told me that he could not directly talk to service or go to the shop to find out what was going on or he would get fired. When the service department finally responded they indicated that a part had fallen off of the car, and they would have to order it. When they finally return the car and the errant part is just hanging down off of the car. They didn't even tape it up. I finally left in disgust to pick up my wife that had been waiting in the rental car dealership for the same 1.5 hours due to this fiasco. Post Sale: Be aware, there is a state mandated 500 mile or 14 day warranty. The dealership will only reluctantly tell you about this. I had researched this vehicle prior to purchasing and was aware that it was prone to transmission problems. As I drove the car, I had a sense that the transmission was slipping, so I immediately called to make an appointment prior to the expiration of the warranty. I had them check basic functionality, park brake, fluids and replace the aforementioned plastic door strip replacement. I also asked them to check the slipping transmission. After a 6 hour wait, [it is now 4pm on a Friday afternoon] I am told, in fact your transmission is going out. I am devastated as that is a $3-5k repair. [it turned out to be $6600]. I am very upset, but fortunately the service representative was proactive and was looking for options. [BTW, the service representative was the only bright spot in the entire experience]. She was the only one that seemed to care about customer satisfaction. Sales agreed to replace with a used transmission [54k miles on it], and a rental car for the weekend. The service rep. called me Monday morning to tell me, that Sales [whoever that is] had only approved the rental car until Wednesday, the day the part was coming in. She had initially told me that they would pay for a rental car until the repair was completed. Only reasonable as, I did nothing to put myself in this position. Ultimately, they did pay for the rental until the car was repaired. Fast forward; This transmission failed. Kudos, to the service technician that, determined, it was not right rather than just returning it to me. A second used transmission was ordered. It was delivered, broken. Two weeks had passed at this point, and the service rep that I had been working with had left the dealership, and I was turned over to a new person. This made me very nervous. Turned out she was great, and even more proactive than the first. Finally, it was determined, that I had gone through enough, and they approved a new transmission, with a new transmission factory warranty. I was pleased by this outcome. Too bad it took them so long to get there. So far so good. Conclusion: The sales experience, was less than satisfactory, but they made up for it with a favorable service experience. read more

On 7/24/24 I received a call from Chris the sales manager asking if I was still interested in a 23 Tahoe I inquired about 2 weeks prior. I said it depends as the last time we looked at the Tahoe online it was priced more than what we were budgeting for, he then mention that they had recently done a price reduction and asked me to reconsider. I spoke with my husband and the price did align with what we were willing to spend on that particular Tahoe due to the year and mileage. So we headed down and made the 1.5 hour drive to Bill Luke San Tan in Gilbert as we do not live in the area. I wanted to confirm with them that the trade in offer they gave us 2 weeks prior was still the same (I have the agreed upon price from the manager in text dated). At this time I am not texting with and talking with Daniel a sales guy. He notified me that the "market" changed and would not be honoring our original agreement but would do it for 500 less ! Not thrilled about but we agreed to proceed as We test drove the vehicle with Daniel (I drove it personally) and the radio was off I didn't think anything of this as we were chatting with each other during the test drive so I assumed that's why it was off. We arrive back from our short test drive and proceed to complete the transaction. We already had our own financing in place with our credit union yet that didn't seem to make the finance guy Tanner very thrilled and he mentioned in several occasions that if we change our mind we can use theirs. We told Tanner no thank you. Tanner made it difficult to communicate and effectively provide our Credit Union the proper documentation needed in order for them to send the funds to the dealership. It was several calls during the one week ownership of our vehicle that Tanner still had not given our Credit Union what they asked for, and then still said hey how about we just use our lender it will be easier..... needless to say we felt he dragged this out for that very reason hoping we would give up with our Bank being exhausted by it and just cave ... no Sir not happening. Came across as shady period. Now this is where the real issue and shadiness comes in to play with this dealership. As we leave the dealership with the Tahoe and start driving to our house 1.5 hours away we get on freeway and turn on radio to try and pair our phones and listen to music we realize the radio has ZERO sound and the blinkers are not working or making any noise!!! You can imagine the shock, disappointment and frustration we had to experience this on our way home from just buying this Tahoe!! I immediately text our sales guy Daniel to let him know of this so it's time stamped and they are notified of the timeline of what just happened. He tells me well at least it's under manufacture warranty and for me to just take it to the nearest Chevy dealer by me. Like what no I'm sorry I should not have to take a car that I just bought the next day to the dealership to be worked on! Well I had no choice so I had to take the Tahoe in to my local Chevy dealer and Chevy would not cover a rental so I had to request that Bill Luke San Tan pay for a rental. The Tahoe was at the Chevy dealership from Thursday morning to Tuesday afternoon and during the time it was there Chevy discovered many other occurrences with this Tahoe like its ventilation seats do not work, and cargo panels that were lose and separated in areas and how there looks to be that the bumper has been replaced due to a accident that was not reported on CARFAX and that it could have been a in house repair job and if that was the case then you don't have to "disclose" it because you didn't go through insurance for repairs (New fear unlocked when buying used now). They dealership also found that the alignment was very bad and off on the vehicle and that was not going to be covered under warranty so I had to pay out of pocket $150 for it I have in a text that Bill Luke would take care of it and guess what never did. So I'm out my time energy and money. I asked several times for their inspection report that they did on this Tahoe as it was advised as Bill Luke Certified ! Well if they did a more accurate analysis of this vehicle they would have know all these issues but the proof is in the pudding read more

My son bought a #hyundaindai from #BillLuke SanTan. it was a buy back with issues and they said all problems were fixed but the title states that it is a buy back. Just after about 30days owning this piece of junk, it starting having issues. Brought to the service center of #BillLuke they told him that its a warranty issues and have to bring it to the Hyundai dealer. after breaking down 4 times and multiple shop visits. they are tell my son, that since its past 30days, they cant help him on returning it. He even offered to buy another vehicle. BUT... they will be kind and offer a "Trade In" value. I called BS. Now they tell him that he has to contact Hyundai to get a buy back. So Bill Like San Tan buys a car from Hyundai, sells to me son, its not their problem. WTF happened to backing your car sales and customer service. I don't post much but this just sucks... Dry engine oil, the car I bought had dry engine oil, see pictures. I noticed here that it happened with another customer in 2019. Search "oil change" on this page to find it. My car is a 2020 Mercedes Benz. The sales manager confirmed engine oil was changed and gave me paperwork as proof. Then, I drove the car back to Tucson but the check engine oil light came on my dashboard a week later. I took it to Firestone who later said they saw smoke due to extremely low oil (see documents attached). I called the sales manager and he requested me to tow my car to the Mercedes manufacturer so they can check for a leak in the engine because the sale manager said oil was changed based on his history documents. His boss refused to reimburse me for the leak inspection later. The manufacturer confirmed there was no oil change from the beginning and recommended a "real" oil change. The paperwork I got from the dealership that says oil was changed was just a scam. The dealer only reimbursed me for oil change but not for the leak inspection that the sales manager requested me to do at the manufacturer since he claimed there could be an oil leak. This is not fair, they should have taken care of all the charges because this whole situation occurred because of their oil change scam, It would have been better if they were honest and told me that an oil change was never done. Horrible experience!!! I have bought 6 cars and did trades in the last 10 years(2 car house hold and young adult drivers). The reason I gave two stars because the financial person I worked with Brian did his best and even told me he call me Monday if he could get me a lower payment. To begin I really did not want to purchase a new car. I had to because my car was total after a car accident. I started with trying to get approved first. My credit was not the best and knowing that paired with having a small down payment I did not want to waste any one's time or mine. I called several dealers and turned down two deals because of payments. Not their fault. I talked to Helen at the Gilbert location and she sent me a preliminary offer. Told her I needed hard numbers before I could make a decision. She then had me fill out an application. They submitted it to the bank came back with an offer. I looked it over it was over the monthly payments. I figured I would cut back and make it work. I sent in all the documents the bank needed. She said I was good to go. I came all the way from Maricopa city. Was greeted told everything was a go, test drove the vehicle. Minor issues that the salesmen took care of he was not the person that messed up. Then he has me sign everything to hold the car I look everything over. I ask about Gap and other products. He brings me back the numbers and it was a 100 more then the original payment amount. I they tell me the the amount was wrong on the car not only what they showed me but also what they submitted to the bank. Sales manger came in and did nothing but talk . I fought to keep tears back as all he could say was they are sorry. Classic bait and switch to get me in the door is what most would think. I do believe it was a error on price but the emotional stress this put on me needing a vehicle and knowing my credit score which is already low is going to go lower I felt I had no choice but to take it. I should have not switched dealership my family and friends I have referred to for years had no electric vehicle only reason I called them. I always put gap and warranty on my cars. With the gap I am going to struggle and to and even more stress I can not afford the payment with a warranty. I should have walked out and said forget it but I was worried with a already low score if it would stop me if I chose some where else. SHIT SHOW: SELLS CARS WITH LIENS ON THEM & MORE. Posted this review and pictures 3 months ago but Bill Luke flagged it Lol. Pathetic. Watch the fake "Don L" ignore the selling cars with liens part. The person pretending to be him will acknowledge the window tint and friendly salesman only. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I came to this santan location to purchase a 2019 Dodge Charger RT, trade in a 2017 Ford Taurus SEL (that i bought 2 months ago), along with a $2.5K down-payment. Here were the pros and cons: Pros: 1. Decent and friendly salesman (Paul Minter) 2. Speedy Service w/Finance Manager (after declining the usual warranties) Cons: 1. Deceptive Pricing/Financing : $1,0000 OFF FINANCE PRICE??? LIES. YOU ONLY GET $1K OFF IF YOU ACCEPT AN INTEREST RATE OVER 8.99%. They told me I should take the high interest with the discount and then refinance later. I said no, I'll take the car @ $25K. Shameless. OH & For my trade-in, they tried to offer me $3K less than the LOWEST KBB value for my car (less than what i owed on it.... which would have resulted in negative equity). I said hell no. It took several manager visits before i received a respectable offer. They now have my trade-in listed for about $4k more than what they gave me.. so in essence, they tried to make a $7k profit (in addition to whatever back-end $$ they receive from the finance company when they get some schmuck to finance it for 9% interest). BEWARE: You've seen this complaint in other reviews. You pay for a MANDATORY $359 "lifetime" window tint. (Even if they receive the car from auction/trade-in with tint, they will claim they tinted the car). It's also important to note that they had my trade-in listed for sale on their website, with pics and everything, for 4+ weeks (without even paying my bank off to remove the lien). I even used an "alt account" to contact them to buy the car and they said to come in to buy it. *****BEFORE YOU BUY A CAR HERE..CHECK ARIZONA MVD TO SEE IF IT HAS AN UNSATISFIED LIEN ON IT. Box 2100, Phoenix, AZ 85001 2. DECEPTIVE Delivery: Despite several pictures being taken of the Dodge Charger, inside and out, the car was not available for immediate delivery. They told me it needed to be inspected, buffed, cleaned and that it could take up to a week. It took 10 days. I've purchased cars on both coasts and i've never been unable to drive away with a car i just bought. WHY ARE YOU LISTING/SHOWING CARS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY...And why the fuck are you allowing people to buy it? Do y'all enjoy pissed off clients? And when I went to pick it up..my credit was ran an additional 4 more times with no explanation (10 days after already being approved). 3. TERRIBLE and INCOMPETENT Service Dept: When i FINALLY received my car, i realized they fucked up the driver's side tint (it was bubbling). Had to come and spend 2 hours of my life waiting for them to re-tint that 1 window (yes..2 hours I sat in the lobby for 1 window). I also noticed that they botched my front bumper while trying fix a scratch. They re-painted the bumper terribly (it had paint runs and the paint was peeling). I had to schedule another appointment with service and leave my car with them again. I come back to pick my car up and voila...2 of the Ferrada forged bronze wheels ($600 each) that i just bought are now chipped/scratched. A service manager tried to deny it, until I showed him video that i recorded of the vehicle when i dropped it off. They had their wheel specialist repair and repaint the damaged part of the wheel Dealerships man... I swear. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get all my issues with them finally remedied. Bill Luke has basically made me come to the conclusion that i will never deal with a dealership ever again. Next time i buy a vehicle I will wait until I have cash in hand and legit just buy from a private seller (or at best..maybe enterprise car sales/carmax/etc). Edit: Get ready for them to harass you with phone calls after you leave truthful reviews. They sold the car already, they just wanted to talk. Lol. Shady, subprime lender tactics. Their "process" is set up to take advantage of financially illiterate and/or desperate buyers. They would not let us put more than 10% down on the vehicle. This was my walk away point. They force you to take their financing with atrocious interest rates if you want the advertised price because they get kickbacks. They quoted 7.2% for our 800+ credit score, while our bank gave us 2.79%. If you don't like their financing, they tell you that you can refinance after 4 months. If you refinance before 4 months is up you will be banned from buying from Bill Luke ever again, per our sales guy Patrick. Lol. The theatrics! I am guessing the loan has to stay on file with the bank for 90 days for Bill Luke to get their kickback. I'm not buying a car with terrible financing only to refinance it 4 months later so the dealership gets an extra $100 or whatever. Stop playing games. They also charge you a non-negotiable $360 "tint fee". You don't have a choice in this. They are going to "tint" your car and charge you for it, even when the car rolled in there with tint already (as evidenced by the pre-conditioned photos we have of the vehicle we were interested in). They will charge you a tint fee even when they didn't put any tint on the car, because they are shady. They will lie to your face about it without batting an eye, then have a manager chase you saying the same thing as you walk out the door. They advertise a no haggle price, and I guess it's true. They would not budge on the price, $500 doc fee, fraudulent $360 tint fee, or the atrocious terms and hoops they make customers jump through to get the price they advertise to get you in the door. What a waste of time. And before I get a response from some GM there apologizing for my experience, don't. I won't do business with people who don't value mine. read more

Todd did a great job explaining the vehicle that I purchased today, but my experience went way south when I had to meet with the finance manager, who's only function was to sell me an extended warranty since I was paying cash. I had to jump through hoops to get my Bank to raise my daily spending limit so the transaction could be completed through an ATM transfer, NO checks are allowed, I almost walked away from the sale at this point. This just shows the type of clientele this Store deals with. Then I discovered the vehicle, which is three years newer than the GMC I traded, does not have adaptive cruise control or provide an indicator of what the speed limit is where you are driving. We had Timothy as a direct salesman and Steven as our internet sales guy! First off, I called in about one of the buyback vehicles available, and Steven thoroughly explained what a buyback vehicle was, made sure we knew everything the vehicle was serviced for, and he also sent us an outdoor door price via email. This was super helpful going in! Timothy is a wonderful salesman he didn't try and sell anything at all. We knew what we wanted going in and he respected that and just let us enjoy the test drive. He even showed my wife and I some cool scenic routes and restaurants! We found out they don't haggle on prices, which was a bummer, but the prices are SUPER competitive. We had Craig for finance and he was absolutely awesome as well! What a great experience and wonderful people! If I could buy every car from Timothy Q I would. Never once did we feel like he was being shady or trying to push us. He showed us features we didn't know about on the vehicle and helped us by going back and forth on the deal until we felt comfortable. The financing person who helped us on the other hand.... I see why the reviews are bad. The numbers were almost $300 more a month when we sat down with him and he does not know how to take no for an answer. I understand he works in sales but to waste our time not listening to our requests was frustrating. Overall I think the dealership was good, just stand up for yourself and you'll get a good deal - in the end we all want the same thing but don't expect it to be a quick stop. read more

That feeling in your stomach is right....Do not buy from Bill Luke! They will cheat you and waste your time, let's see how long it takes you to figure out how. I purchased this 2017 GMC Arcadia Denali for $30k using USAA car-buying "no haggle" price. I researched for three months and knew what options/trim/color I wanted and this advertised it all. The listing (shown) was pretty clear at what was offered for the price and the car drives well. However, despite having the financing pre-arranged with USAA to move quickly, they kept us in the office for 2 hours to follow "their processes". When the car went back to be detailed, it came back missing a driver's side "Denali" floor mat, the cargo net and the cargo screen (in the ad you see it was a $310 up-charge) They assured me they would come up with something but since the shop was now closed, they would have to get back to me. Bottom line, I should have trusted my gut. It has now been 45 days (in the midst of CoVid) and the "general manager" Brian Flack is the latest to refuse to do the right thing. This young man claims the salesman is no longer employed, the advertisement by USAA setting price was USAA errors and their photos don't show that equipment was in the car at time of sale. Overall, this was a disappointment from experience to value and service. I gave three people the opportunity to make this right and was met with dead-ends each time. I would not trust the Bill Luke organization for any transaction of worth and will ensure others I influence understand that this is quintessential used car dealership with horrid ethics. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! I'd give them zero stars if I could! 2nd UPDATE: Still no check received. 9/17/24 UPDATE: Issac who says he's "part of the management team" contacted us yesterday. He said I was misinformed and they could have taken a look at the battery. (Honestly, I'm glad I was "misinformed" because Chapman BMW was fantastic!). He also said that he wished we'd given them the opportunity to take a look at the car(even though they did because it was on their lot!! So they either didn't inspect it period or they did and just didn't care. Both scenarios should concern any one planning on spending their hard earned money!). Bottom line is, they offered us $1018.00 out of the $2700.00 we spent. We're not satisfied at all. I'll update again if/when we get the check. Go read the Yelp reviews! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! We purchased a 2022 BMW from here and once I registered the VIN with the app, it immediately said that rear brakes and tires were needed. 10 days after that, I received a power source indicator. When I called this dealership, they told me to go to the BMW dealership since I had the manufacturer's warranty left. Thankfully, the battery was covered under the warranty, but the shock came when they did their inspection. In addition to the brakes, all 4 tires almost failed and I needed a rotor! It seems like Bill Luke either didn't do an inspection on this car or, if they didn't, just couldn't be bothered to invest in it or feel the need to disclose what needed to be done! I've read other reviews on Yelp that read the same as mine, so it appears it's just how they operate. Needless to say that we will never do business with them again, and I hope you steer clear too!
