Almost $80k Lexus GX550, they said they fixed some scratches.

Terrible vehicle reconditioning standards. Vehicles look like they were touched up with spray paint and nail polish. Went to look at two higher-end vehicles and this dealer literally ruined them right before they hiked the resale price up. This is just a continuation of a previous experience with Bill Luke years ago. I did one transaction with Bill Luke back in 2013 and told myself I'd never go through that experience again. Here I am 13 years later giving them the benefit of the doubt and they are still doing the worst work for the highest price. Not to mention that I called ahead to have one vehicle ready for a test drive and it wasn't ready an hour and a half later when I got there at the time I said I would. Interior was a mess, gunk on the seats and I didn't even end up test driving. The other two dealers I actually test drove cars at had the cars filled with gas, washed and ready by the front door with a similar lead time provided. Check your vehicles! If anyone has to buy a vehicle from any Bill Luke dealer, ask about ANY vehicle reconditioning. Ask them to point out EXACTLY what was done and make sure it is up to your standards. The person touch-up painting these cars shouldn't be allowed to touch ANYTHING. The Lexus GX550 had dotted paint touch ups and a gash in the sidewall of one of the tires. The hood had scratches all overs like two cats were going at it. The BMW M2 had a bottom tier repaint of the front bumper. Color looked off from the rest of the car and paint was on the grill inserts and headlights. So disappointing to see a dealer sell you the world over the phone and brag about their standards to arrive to potentially spend $150k between two vehicles to find that they don't have any standards. Even the sales guy thought the things I pointed out looked awful. No price negotiations either, just setting a price and hoping some idiot walks in there without asking too many questions. BE CAUTIOUS HERE. Ask all of the questions and do your due diligence.

Parked in the shade cooling off so we could inspect it in comfort.

I had a great experience today when my husband and I came in to "look" at a used car. Our salesman Todd was friendly and helpful from our first interaction. I told him what we wanted to look at. He quickly located it and had it brought up front under the shade canopy and cooled off. He let us inspect it, answered all our many questions and let us go at our speed. We didn't feel rushed at all. Long story short..... we traded in my truck and went forward with the purchase of my new beautiful Mustang GT. Everything was fully upfront and explained on every level. It was a very easy process. Very smooth! If you're looking for a car I'd fully recommend calling Todd to help you!

GUY PLEASE DONT DO WHAT I DID I bought Santa Cruz with low mile from the dealership, they didn't really tell me much about the cars title and I just recently got out of an accident so I had to get into a car very quick. I bought this car not knowing that it was a branded title until now that I'm selling it they should've told me that when I bought the car isn't that illegal anyways I'm dealing with a truck that I paid $26,000 for worth half the value now and they won't even want to buy it back from me guys. Please do not buy a car here or trust all of the low reviews.PLEASE PLEASE LIKE I LOOK HAPPY IN THIS PHOTO. I AM NOT HAPPY FINDING OUT THAT THEY STOLE MONEY FROM ME! Please spread this if you can and I would give them a negative review if I could

Bait-and-Switch Experience I received an official written offer from Bill Luke Santan for $35,025 on my vehicle. After following up, they suddenly dropped the number to $26,000 and tried to justify it. That's not a small difference -- that's almost $10,000 lower than what they lured me in with. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic to get people into the dealership. Extremely disappointing and dishonest business practice in my experience. I would strongly caution others to be careful with their "offers."

A worn out edge on the rotor.

BUYER BEWARE, it is not always what it appears to be! Purchased a 2022 GMC AT4. Pointed out some obvious concerns and was told there would be addressed and taken care of, Neither was true. For instance, I was told this air filter was fine and did not need to be replaced. In addition, the brake rotor had visible wear on it, and they said that too was fine. However, I don't believe a pre-certified vehicle typically has those defects unless they're not falling in the guidelines of the manufacturer of the vehicle.

Both of these recalls were not done before the vehicle was sold not cool

When you buy a vehicle, make sure that you ask the dealership have they done all recalls? this could turn into a humongous nightmare please look at another review for superstition Honda trying to fix Bill Luke Santan mistakes i've included photos all these things should be done by a dealership before you buy it when they take the car through emissions testing they get notices about recalls a good dealership. Will do this for you so be aware also, if you have good credit or even decent credit. You should never go to a big dealership like these two go to your bank ask for a vehicle broker they will get you a 7 to 9% interest even if you have OK credit check with your bank first do your research. Don't get screwed by these sharks.

The vehicle we decided to purchase. Thanks Tristen!

There was no back-and-forth negotiation, and the entire purchase process was remarkably streamlined compared to traditional dealerships. From start to finish, it took a little over an hour to complete the paperwork and drive off the lot. Llyah was excellent to work with and made the buying experience smooth and stress-free. After purchasing the vehicle, I took it to a local BMW dealership for an independent inspection. They identified a few concerns, including tread depth that was below acceptable standards on three of the four tires and an overdue cooling system flush. The BMW service department suggested I contact CarMax to see whether they would address the issues. A few days after reaching back out to CarMax, I was contacted by Alexandria from the service department. She explained that CarMax generally does not perform preventative maintenance based on age and instead follows mileage-based maintenance guidelines. Because the vehicle had not reached the mileage threshold for a cooling system flush, they declined to perform that service, even though it had been more than four years since the last one. However, CarMax did inspect the tires and ultimately determined that three of the four did not meet their sales standards. They replaced all three tires at no cost, including mounting and balancing. I was surprised they did not feel an alignment was necessary, as I've typically had one performed whenever new tires are installed, but I appreciated their willingness to correct the tire issue without any pushback. Another issue surfaced a few days after purchase when a sour odor began coming through the vents. While trying to locate the source, I discovered a decomposing rat in the vehicle. Combined with the tire situation, this left me with the impression that the pre-sale inspection may have been more cursory than thorough. Despite those concerns, I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the efficiency of the buying process, and CarMax's willingness to resolve significant quality issues after the sale. The customer service was excellent throughout. That said, their vehicle inspection and preparation process before putting cars on the lot could use some improvement. If those areas were addressed, this would easily be a five-star experience.

It's now been nearly 3 weeks and I think my money is gone for good. This has been a horrible experience. Do NOT purchase from CarMax.

Unless you just have to have a new car it makes a good amount of financial sense to buy a used car. However, if you go to a general used car place, they may not have a strong desire to build an ongoing relationship with you, they may want to make as much money as they can make off you, in a one off economic exchange. What you want is a place that sells used cars that sees the benefit of an ongoing customer relationship, a place that doesn't want you just to buy a car but to use them every time you need to rent a car - enter Enterprise Car Sales. For a place like Enterprise a used car is a commodity, one where they see the need to make a reasonable amount of profit relative to the recognized value of the car but not a situation where they want to leverage you for all the money they can make on a one off exchange. My own experience was quite pleasant. I looked at the sorts of cars they had available online and then sent in a request for a contact. I immediately received a callback from Phil Biehl, one of their car salespersons and we set up a time for me to come in the following week. He was even nice enough to call me the day before to better dial in on what time a car I was considering buying. When I came in he let me know that the car I was considering had the price dropped on by about a $1K - it seem Enterprise tracks the recognized values of their cars and if they drop they adjust the price downwards - this makes sense in a business model where the company is seeking a defined profit percentage - think Wal-Mart and their roll-back of prices when they work out a better deal with a supplier. I then sat with Evan Chelini, the Assistant Sales Manager, who provided me with a list of options for the purchase, including tinting the windows and a 4 year warranty plan (which I bought) and other options that I decided I didn't want - it was no pressure, and the warranty plan included a free rental car if my own vehicle had to go into the shop and as per their rental practice they would even pick me up at my house and take me to the nearest spot to pick up the rental car. Now, here is the final thing, when you buy a car from Enterprise, you have, I believe, 7 days or a 1K miles to decide you don't want to buy the car and they only charge a $200 restocking fee - similar to when you return something at Amazon - once again, a clear indication that their business model is about maintaining and building an ongoing relationship versus a one-off economic exchange. Well, that was my experience and I would happily buy my next car from Enterprise - that will not be, hopefully, for at least a decade and in the meantime, when I need to rent a car for a road trip (don't use your own car for a road trip people, rent a car so your own vehicle lasts longer) I'll gladly continue to do it through Enterprise. :-)

Not quite a year later, we are again experiencing engine issues and the passive idol system through which the car shuts off went out of traffic. Light is completely disabled, and the car won't turn over. Today I had to have it towed to my mechanic. Considering I put about $7000 down and financed another approximately $24,000. I should not be having these problems within about 18 months of the purchase. The warranty is expired and it is on me, but I do not want others to make the same mistake I did. I have learned that there was information about the condition of the vehicle that was not shared with me and now because of its condition, I am underwater on my loan. I would never, and I emphasize never buy a car through enterprise car sales again. They make the stereotype jokes about used car salesmen seem very appealing. I feel that I was duped and got stuck with a lemon.
