Overpriced, mediocre Casino food. Should've known better, but we were starving and it was one of the few options available late morning on a Sunday. Even though a handful of people had ordered before us, it took a LONG TIME to receive our food. And my fries ended up being cold, but not my wife's. My Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich just had a squirt of sauce on it, it was pretty pathetic. Needless to say, we have no desire for a 2nd try at Bill's Diner. I might be a tad generous with my 2 Star rating, but at least the food was somewhat edible and curved our hunger pain. That's all. read more

Had a coupon from the casino and came here to use it. Service was really good and food was quick. This is not full service but is worth the price. I had the chicken Caesar and it was enough for two meals. You seat yourself and get all your own condiments, silverware and napkins but it is easy. If you want to eat a little cheaper at a casino, this is a good place to do that. Be aware it is in a food court. read more

I went to the MGM Casino in Springfield to view the fireworks on the 4th of July from the rooftop of the garage. Post the fireworks, while looking to kill time, I went to see the food options. They have Bill's Diner, which was very popular among the casino goers. Here you can find a variety of sandwiches, waffles and soups. They also have a premade salad which I got. This salad comes in a large bowl, it is a Caesar salad with some additional toppings. There's avocado, chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, bacon and blue cheese on the side. This comes full to the brim. I'm sorry, but I forgot to take a picture when it was full. This is a very fresh and filling salad. It is $17, or you can pay using your gambling points. They have plenty of seats to dine there, or you can take it home. read more

Quick service spot that is fine but not great. Chicken tenders were lukewarm warm, but fries were crispy and hot. They gave us two dipping sauces with our tenders. Ketchup, mustard, mayo, salt and pepper are self service. They're open late. read more

I went to Bill's Diner at MGM in Springfield, Massachusetts for breakfast and was more than disappointed. This isn't really a diner but more of a takeout scenario where you place your order at the counter then you can take it to go or sit at one of the tables in the dining area. That is if you can get waited on. I stood at the counter for almost five ,inures and was completely ignored. I walked away pissed off and hungry. Out of desperation I did go back about a half an hour later to try again and I was actually able to place an order. Well, what a horrible breakfast it was! The toast and eggs were burned a there was some type of charred potato patty dripping with grease. If you go to Bill's Diner at MGM I hope that you fare better than I did. read more

Located in the South Market food court in the MGM Springfield Casino. It was one of the two restaurants that were open on Saturday. The other was a lobster shack. I wanted to eat a salad because I needed some greens in me and at first, I didn't think that either restaurant had salads. But then, I saw the salads in the cooler with the drinks. I grabbed one which was pretty big and the salad was actually reasonably priced. I got a couple of salad dressing from the counter. I could use my points to pay for the meal so it was free but even if I had to pay it was still cheap in my opinion. The salad was ok and the service was good. The other food looked like fast food and nothing fancy. This was one of the only food options in the casino so it was just a place for a quick food break from the gambling. read more

Only the food court was open for dinner on a Wednesday night, wow not one nice restaurant was open so we had to come to Bill's diner. Line of 6-7 people in front of us, not too bad. It took a good 15-20 minutes to even place our order and it looked like "to go orders" were being completed before ours (dine in); actually I am sure because two people in front of us got their orders right after paying, we had to wait another 15-20 minutes for our dine in order. Friend got the cheeseburger, nothing special. I got the chicken noodle soup, it was so gross, the kitchen must have used seafood or clam base instead of chicken because it tasted like seafood broth, it tasted horrible AND is was probably only 100F, who likes lukewarm soup - blah. I also had the grilled cheese, meh, Kraft singles melted on white bread....don't waste you tastebuds on this place. read more

The burger was as plain as could be and the chicken wrap had dark meat and had no flavor . They both came with an abundance of fries trying to cover up the lack of presentation. The cranberry lemonade mixture for a drink was extremely watered down before the ice melted . You would think for being in a casino it would have better quality food especially for the outrageous prices. The employees were ok not rude but were trying to close up. Nothing special about this burger, but I really like the fries. Pretty freshly fried and crispy. The soda includes free refills, which is pretty nice. Didn't expect much from a food court burger place, but I think even the white castle frozen burgers are juicier than these. The cheese didn't even melt on the beef patty, which was quite small. Might have better luck stopping by McDonald's before coming to the casino good court. read more

I like Bill's Diner however it upsets me that they are the only restaurant in MGM that stays open late. Soooo you're kind of forced to go there, if you are hungry. I had a quesadilla the other night and honestly I am not a fan of it. The quesadilla at taco bell has a better taste to it, imo. However, my friends ham club looked amazing. Worst burger I ever had. Thought for $9.00 I would get a decent burger and fries. Wrong! After ordering and a short wait they brought my food out. At first glance it looked like a decent size burger, well, the bun was decent size I found out. The burger inside was about 2/3 the size of the bun, "maybe" and Burnt (Like a hockey puck) No Flavor at all. French fries fair to poor. strongly recommend not eating inside of MGM food court. Don't order a club sandwich here. Apparently it's the only restaurant on earth that doesn't know you're supposed to include bacon on all club sandwiches! Dumbest thing I've ever seen. Last time we're going there! Long line for the first wait, just to order. Very long wait for a burger that was worse than a fast food joint. Some of the prepared food sat under the heat lamps forever while people waited. I'm not sure why? One guy told me the burgers also have gotten much smaller since opening and I believe that. Small, flat burger that was overpriced. Many others complaining. MGM might not run Bill's Diner but their reputation will be hurt by the overpriced, subpar food. Will never go again. In line for 20 minutes and they tell me at the register they are out if pancakes. Then after waiting 20 minutes for French Toast I checked on my order and they said sorry we are out of that too. Complete BS. Manager Lulu couldnt have cared less. read more

Very disappointed at MGM took 30 minutes to get a cheeseburger basket and a chicken tender basket. Not even an apology from the staff behind the counter or an explanation when other people's orders were taking about 5 minutes. This is only my second trip to MGM Springfield and probably my last.
