Initially they seemed like they'd be a good company and were going to be who I gave my business to because I liked that they didn't soak the inside of the property with pesticide and they were reasonably priced. However, in the process of interviewing companies through Yelp they stopped responding and never got back to me. I needed a company within the week because I'm in the middle of a renovation and wanted the voids at the base of the walls which are usually hidden by baseboards treated before I put the baseboards back up. They never got back to me so I went with another company which was more responsive. I imagine they're a good company but might be a bit busy to respond right away. I like their idea of not coating the inside of the house in chemicals. Perhaps when my contract with the other company is up I'll give Bill's another try. read more

After 7 (yes 7) quotes to re-do my bird control after having my house roof redone, repainted... (3 companies just didnt even bid...odd??) I went with one last estimate, and so glad I did. I reached out to Bills Pest and Termite. Bob came out for the estimate. Explained everything that needed to be redone and also, many existing/old netting could not be re-used. This was something I thought the companies could use and just bolt the net back down, but to get any warranty, thus, had to do new. Work was just completed by Travis and Evan. They were stellar. Work took two days. They not only redid what was done 4 years ago, they actually improved, widened some of the spikes, etc. They cought things the previous company didnt do.
