I booked my party online seamlessly through the Billy Beez website. After booking my party and receiving my confirmation I decided to call the location to confirm they had received my reservation. At that point I also requested my invitations so that I could email them. Needless to say I did not receive the invitations. Once we arrived at billy beez we were greeted by a party hostess Ms. Michelle who was great. She provided me with instruction and handed out bands to the party guests who had entered with me. We entered the party room at 4:55 for a 5pm party and was greeted by the party host. At 5pm the host asked if we wanted her to bring out the pizza and I requested her to bring it out at 5:15 since the kids were so distracted on the play contraptions outside. While in the facility I realized I had to make a trip back to my car because I had left some of the party bags in my car along with my wallet. When I tried to exit the facility the gate keeper was very argumentative as to why I could not leave the facility and if I left how I would have to pay a Re-entry fee! I explained I was hosting a birthday party and had left essential items in my car and after the third request I was finally let out of the gate! By 5:20 I had gathered all the kids and had them seated at the party table . At that point I asked our room hostess for the pizza we requested for 5:15 and she disappeared to collect the pizza. By 5:40 I asked another hostess to please bring out the pizza because at this point we had to be out of the room in 20 minutes. Finally at 5:45 our party room door opened and two hostesses where bringing in our pizza. The kids were all finally served and started to eat by 5:55. Now I started to freak out because we only had the room until 6! The hostesses were nice and pleasant. After they served the kids they disappeared. At about 6:10 all of the kids where finished and ready to sing happy birthday, but where were the hostesses? My sons grand mother and great grandmother had to help me with clearing the table and a spill because the hostess were no where to be found! By 6:20 thanks to all of the parents in the room the children had all finally got their cake and where seated. At 6:25 ms. Michelle who had checked us in for our party came to the room to tell us our time was up. We complied and packed up and left the room. I also explained to her how late the pizza was provided and how the hostess never returned to help clean and transition to the cake. Since the party was over my husband along with two other fathers decided to carry all of the presents and left over cupcakes to our car which was parked just In front of the mall doors. They too encountered the same issue trying to exit and re-enter the facility. Because I had already spoken to the manager, I was told the party hostesses were allowed to exit and renter I was very concerned and frustrated that we again were having the same issue so I went to the front door to attempt to talk to the Manager. When I went to the gate to exit I was then met by a new employee who told my I could not exit to which I responded that I needed to speak with the manager who was just on the other side of the gate, the employee was rude and said no she can come to you. Once she responded in this rude tone, another co-employees cackled in reaction to her condescending tone. By that point I was so frustrated I told them let me out the gate now I want to speak to the manager. I explained to the manager my issue with the delayed pizza, the missing room hostesses, we had to service and clean our own room, the rude employees and the overall experience at this location. I was not impressed by the service provided at this location. We essentially paid to sit in an air conditioned room for an hour and have to play KP for our own event. Not to mention the lack of professionalism and order displayed at this facility. I am not a happy customer after this one. read more

Today is my daughter's birthday. I entered your establishment in Albany New York ready to use my free birthday tickets that were given to me when I had her birthday here last year--they do not have an expiration date! Today we wanted to use the 2 free birthday tickets and the manager mr. Evan would not let us use the 2 free birthday passes. He was unsympathetic and claimed the company won't honor my passes that we were given after spending a large sum of money here for a birthday party previously. Since he would not honor the tickets he offered nothing else in its place. He was RUDE, he was UNSYMPATHETIC, he was not HELPFUL in ANYWAY. He would not honor the tickets because he said the company does not honor the tickets even though they have an expiration date. I am livid! You give someone a ticket with no expiration date for having an expensive party there you're supposed to honor the tickets! Workers customer service is HORRIBLE. I called to see where in Bay plaza Billy Beez was located because I was in the parking lot and they told me that they are closed when the closing time says 9:30. It was only 8:25 at the time she said that they close the doors at 8:30 I then told her that it wasn't even 8:30 yet and she was adamant that I wasn't making it on time without even knowing how far I was. It was pretty nice. Th play area was decent and clean. The only complaints I do have is that the restrooms family in particular wasn't that well maintained. No tissue for your hands or bottom were available. And my other complaint was in the area for smaller kids a lot of bigger kids were in there and it was kind of an unsafe situation due to majority of the kids swinging and running around pushing the younger kids around. Some parents were there to supervise their kids but not a lot paid attention to their kids allowing them to run around and just do whatever they wanted . Overall a good place to take your kids to burn out some energy. They have storage lockers to rent for your belongings and they do serve food as well read more

Disgusting costumer service!! We purchased an hour party room session. Host did not come into the room until 20 mins after our reservation and kicked us out 10 mins before our reservation was supposed to be completed. The host was very unprofessional; wearing a durag and eating someone else's party's cake and sitting down as he addressed us. We asked him questions about why our room was cut short and he responded "because I'm that nigga!!" We reported this rudeness to the supervisor who then refused to accommodate us in any way and told us that she is not his mother and so what is she supposed to do about his rude behavior and our short private room session. friendly welcome huge lots of slides and lots to do it was clean found some dried up juice stain on some of the mats(FYI people dont let your kids bring drinks into the playground its not allowed!!!) i like the security protocol they have in place~parent and children get wrist band and they take the parents picture they can you when you enter and scan when you exit some negatives the majority of employees are young, bewildered and straight up hood a few of them gathered in the front discussing who was posting what in facebook speaking and acting in a non professional manner(please leave the neck shaking, tongue clicking and wrist snapping at home at one point a child had injured himself and was bleeding in his nose i immediately led him to one of the employee and they immediately took him to the back ~some blood dripped on the floor and no one wiped it up I asked one of the girls in front if they could wipe it up with a paper towel and was told they already called someone to clean it~ the blood was in an area with high traffic with lots of toddlers running around in their socks. The employees made no effort to try to block off the area or at least stand there and redirect children around the spill. My kids had a great time here and i would take them back but management please exercise discretion on who you hire for this facility especially since the customers are families with young children read more

Came to this location with a toddler and a 11yo and I have to say this place unorganized with no staff around. The only staff we actually located were in the ball pit attacking each other with the balls. I couldn't go inside the ball pit due to them playing. Absolutely horrible !! The place is over capacity on the weekend and they still let people in, even if your not participating in any activities they charge you to get in. For them to not have any game and all you do is run around they over charge you ! While I was there a little girl pee'd on her self the the jungle gym. The staff did not clean it or sanitize it, the pee hit the floor and all the staff did was wipe it up with a mop. If you have a toddler do not go here. They supposedly have a toddler area but no one is around to manage the age rules, in fact there's no staff anywhere. There's wet spots all over the place and no cleaning them up. I have a 1 yr old and was on the designated toddler area and there were kids way above 5 running around and acting wild. I had to stay right over my baby to make sure he didn't get hurt by some reckless kid whose parent didn't direct towards his age section. Not worth the hassle or lack of management. I went to a birthday party here recently and it was very disappointing. The employees there do not have customer service etiquette. They were rude and nasty. When the children finished their pizza & cake the employee walked in and said it was time to go. Really?? I get they have to set up for another party but there isn't a need to be rude. I asked the manager of the cafe if he can make fresh fries and he rudely told me that the soggy fries was all they had. This was clearly a lie the place was packed with people. Booking my daughter's 5th Birthday was seamless. I was slightly frustrated with the check-in process as it could have been better. Additionally, the booked time is actually the time you have the private room to eat; I would have booked the time later so they could have eaten after playing. Outside of that, the kids had an amazing time and I would definitely recommend it for parents of children 4-10 years old; it reminded me of the Discovery Zone when I was a kid. She gives misinformation and went through efforts to argue back and forth with me over incorrect information she herself gave. We came on a weekday so we were able to leave and come back, which was a plus. The place was kept clean and we liked the size of the place. For two adults and two kids (4 and 5 yo), we paid a little less than $59. It was a little crowded even though it was a weekday. There were so many kids without socks on and none of the workers said anything....which is one of the reasons I gave 3 stars. She helped decorate our party room, despite having her small pregnant belly :), and made sure everything was on point for our party. We even got some extra time. She truly was exceptional. After 2 bad experiences before, I said I would give it one more chance. We were the 1st ones there, happy and ready for my 1 year old to run around and again found the toddler grounds filthy. Candy, hair, wrappers, just nasty wanting to leave a kid showed up with a broom ready to clean. I was so happy, this kid took his time and cleaned every corner, he said he hated how its not cleaned as much as it should. Having sons close to his age, made me proud to see someone who cared. I purchased toddler package (10 entries) on May 19th 2018 for our daughter. We used the first entry on the same day. When I tried to use the pass for the second time on March 8th 2019, front desk denied the entry. They told me that I never purchased the toddler package. I showed them the purchase receipt. Still denied entry and told me that they will contact corporate office and resolve the issue. The corporate office will call me with the solution. I waited one week for the call and no response. I came back with our daughter on March 15th to check the status and the front desk denied entry. The front desk contacted venue manager Marisol regarding the status of our complaint to corporate office. She denied our entry on the grounds that she didn't hear any update on our complaint from corporate office. This is pathetic that the corporate office couldn't track our purchase and front desk staff is rude to me about the whole issue. This is humiliating and disrespectful. Plus the disappointment of our daughter who is denied access every time we take her to billy beez for play. This is on top of paying $120 for the 10 entry pass. I complained to BBB and credit card company regarding this issue. Let's hope I get my money back. Word of advice to everyone, there are plenty of other play areas that are much more consumer friendly. Please don't waste your money here. Don't ever buy the 10 pack entry pass. My son has fun here, I think it's horrible. I can't see how anyone is managing it at all. Employees are all too young and just hang out and chat. My son was playing basketball, one of the kids working there was there the whole time shooting baskets himself while talking to his co-worker girlfriend. Then when too many other kids came in he was forced to give up the ball and the he and his young gf went and sat down on a bench. Then a small kid came in and spilled an icee on the court. I had been wanting to check out Billy Beez but really wasn't sure about this place, but this summer heat wave finally got me to give in. I have a 19 month old daughter and wanted to let her run around. So I went there with my daughter, 11 year old newphew and my two sisters. We went around noon on a Monday. My daughter had a good time. There were a few kids, not too many which was good and what I wanted. That is why I went early on a Monday. The employees were on their cell phones right at the entrance. The play area for the toddlers has seen better days. The blocks are falling apart. But overall, my daughter enjoyed herself. I could see how this place could be crazy on the weekends and later on in the day. But if you have a toddler or younger kids you should be safe if you go early on a weekday. read more
