Fast casual Neapolitan pizza?! UMM, BRILLIANT! Get here early or at a non prime lunch/dinner time. Service is fast, but if you're looking to dine in it may be difficult to snag a table since this place tends to get very busy. My husband and I dined in for dinner around 5pm. Within 15 minutes of being there it was full of customers dining in and carrying out. Staff members were on top of their game. Even with the influx of customers the quality of their food was A+++ and service remained consistent. Billy Bricks offers appetizers, soups, salads, pizza, pastas, and desserts. It is a great spot for something casual and quick. I tried the betty white arugula (prosciutto on the side) and asked them to cook the dough crispy. It was absolutely perfect. All the ingredients went well together and the pizza dough was fluffy and crisp. Very flavorful and yummy! This is definitely a spot where I will be coming back to.

We swung in for a quick lunch. The team took our ordered at the counter and we grabbed a table. The pizza was out pretty quick. It was cooked a little more than I like, so the crust was pretty crunchy. The cheese blend was good and the large pizza filled a few of us up. It was pretty solid and is a great choice for the area. Good pizza, good service!

Great pizza: nice toppings options / good sauce / ok crust. Ordered delivery so pizzas were a bit cold when I got them, guessing it would even be better hot! Pricing was reasonable A good place to check out for pizza!

What a nice spot to have a great pizza feast with a group. Billy Bricks is decorated nicely with plenty of tables for dine-in though it seems that the majority of the orders are for carryout. Parking can be difficult here at times as the shopping center is quite busy, though you generally can get a spot reasonably close if you circle around the lot as many people also leave quickly after their pickup. For what you're getting, the prices are quite reasonable as the pizzas are quite large. I found the pizzas here to be pretty good, though not as refined as some of the other Neapolitan style pizzas I've had. The flavors are a bit light for me but it could also be a result of the type of pizzas I ordered. Textures were also a bit more distinct on the pepperoni with crispness though not so much on other ingredients. This was also how I felt about the dough, which wasn't exactly crisp nor soft, not super chewy but not super firm either. But still overall, the pizzas were enjoyable and I'd like to eat here again. Overall, a good choice for Neapolitan style pizzas with a variety of toppings available. For a premium casual experience, this is pretty good though with a bit more refinement on the flavors and textures, it could be excellent.

Team dinner night and I had to choose the place to go. Because the area has so many good options I leaned into convenience. I selected Billy Bricks because I looooove pizza and because it was walking distance from our hotel. We arrived at 6:15 just ahead of a very large party (anywhere between 25-30 people). I was glad we ordered before them because they kind of took the place over (they were unbearably loud). My team and I snagged a table right next to the door. We pressed two large pizzas, a large salad and meatballs. We opted for the Bricks and Hot Honey because of size they're served New Haven Style. I was kind of bummed that both had to be New Haven style but not a deal breaker. The hot honey pepperoni was my absolute fave although I depot like the cheese was lacking and it needed a touch of oregano. The bricks wasn't exactly what I expected there were waaaaaay too many red onions that were in clumps all over the pizza I picked many of them off. The salad was a basic Caesar nothing too special and I opted out of the meatballs. I would likely come here again because it's convenient. I also like the casual vibe of walking in and ordering and deciding to sit or take it to go. They also have ice cream which definitely makes this place even better!

Give me Neapolitan pizza any day! Nothing like a wood-fired, brick oven pizza with all the toppings you could want! It's located off Freedom Drive in the plaza with all the other restaurants close to the 88 ramp. I love their 2 FOR $22 Thursday deal where you can get 12" pizzas. I do pickup, and my order is always ready at this location. There's a dining room with lots of seating, but I just prefer to eat my pizza at home most of the time. The margherita and sausage are my favorites. Billy has appetizers, pasta, salads, and even sandwiches so there's something for everyone whether it's lunch or dinner. Very happy to have a pizza spot like this around!

Came in late from a flight and grabbed a single pepperoni with a beer to go. It was just a great late night bite and I would love to some of their other pies on another trip. This DEFINITELY worked for me and the service was stellar. They made it fairly fast and when I walked next door to my hotel room it was still warm and tasty. In fact, it was perfectly cooled to immediately gorge myself before going to sleep.

Classic margarita pizza gluten free was da bomb! My picture doesn't so it justice. The tomato sauce was Italy in a bottle. Great crust. Good service. It's a casual atmosphere. They could have served this at a high end restaurant.

My husband and I went to Billy Bricks with friends for dinner. This is set up as a fast casual pizza restaurant. You order at the counter, and once your pizza is ready, it is delivered to your table. We ordered the BBQ chicken and smoked gouda pizza. It was very standard and had a good flavor to it. We got a complimentary bread bites appetizer by checking in on the Yelp app. This restaurant was crowded the entire time we were there. It is obviously popular with the community. Their payment system was confusing and caused some issues trying to pay at the end of the night. I recommend Billy Bricks pizza and would go there again.

When we walked in the restaurant smelled so good and was clean inside. The staff were really nice and made all the changes we requested on our order. The food from order to table was fast. The turkey sandwich was really good and the bread was fresh. Will return

Service was great! Everyone was friendly and prompt and wanted to make sure we had a great meal. This is what we ordered: * Nonna's Meatballs * Pear & Fennel Salad (walnuts on the side) * Focaccia di Recco (requested with prosciutto & arugula) * Linguine alle vongole I also ordered an Almafi Spritz (zero proof) which was wonderful and bright a slice of Italy to Chicago's suburbia. The food was fresh and delicious. I recalled a Davanti location in Chicago but never had the chance to check it out, so this was my first time and it was great! The atmosphere is chic and the food was excellent, but not in a flashy, overdone, complicated way, just real good, made in house, hearty Italian fare. The Focaccia Di Recco was AMAZING. Yes, all caps. We packed up half of it to take home and it was still great the next day (reheated and then toasted in our mini counter oven/fryer). If you order just one thing here, let it be this focaccia dish. I understand why it's popular and I blurted out loud several times while eating this in restaurant: "on my god" it was truly divine. As my husband said, "this food might be better than what we had in Italy..." and I don't disagree. The kitchen does not do split portions for pasta but they were able to bring out 2 plates for us to split ourselves. This is a great spot for date night, a ladies night out, or a solo wine & dine at the bar. I can't believe I didn't come sooner. Plus, it's located right next to a parking garage which made our night out really convenient! We can't wait to come back! Five shining stars.

I've had some really great arancini before, and these were alright. The sauce was the highlight, with a nice flavor and a slight kick to it. We were told the pizzas were personal-sized, so everyone in our group ordered their own. When they arrived, they were huge. I went with the Fredo, a more traditional-style pizza, and it was pretty solid with good toppings and flavor. Others at the table ordered the Detroit-style pizzas, and they looked incredible, I wish I had taken some photos. The general consensus was that the pizzas were a bit too bready, but they had good flavor, great presentation, and a nice crispy crust. Service was okay. It took a while for our server to take our order, and I wish we had been advised to share a few pizzas instead of ordering individually. We all ended up taking most of our pizzas to go, but with dinners planned throughout the rest of the trip, they unfortunately didn't get eaten later. Overall, a decent spot with solid pizza and generous portions.

Its very hard to find spots that can accommodate our very particular palates, and even more hard to find good vegan options outside of the city. Thats why I was excited to find this lovely Italian restaurant. The parking lot is small but there's a good amount of sidestreet parking. The inside is warm, cozy and super clean (including the restrooms ). The hospitality stood out right away. The owners and wait staff were very welcoming, and our server was fantastic; honest (which I appreciate), knew the menu well, and once she realized our situation, gave us some wonderful direction on what to order. I wouldn't say that the menu is overwhelming, but I rarely go to a restaurant where it takes me that long to decide what I want. There are lots of interesting options, from braised short rib ravioli to baked ziti, and several tasty appetizers (highly recommend the calamari). But we had come for the PIZZA. My daughter got the kids cheese pizza. It was surprisingly bigger than we thought, and at a great price. The kid only ate half before she said, "I like it...this might be better than [insert famous Chicago pizza brand]." (you MUST KNOW that this is high praise from a 3rd grader). My wife ordered the "They Don't Have Beef With Me" vegan Detroit-style pizza, and I have to admit, it was very good. Somehow they pulled off a buttery (but not butter) crust with melty vegan cheese (but NOT cheese ). Absolutely nailed it. I would have eaten more of hers if I hadn't ordered the Butcher pizza from the wood-fired menu. It was OUTSTANDING. Great flavor, perfect texture. Easily one of thee best wood-fired pizzas I've ever had. We're not drinkers, but they do have a good wine list and some nice zero-proof options, including the Amber Apple and The Drip. We didn't make it to dessert, mostly because the portions are generous, so our bellies (and our to-go boxes) were full. We will definitely be back to try other menu options and for dessert. If your family or friend group includes picky palates or dietary restrictions (the pizzas can be made gluten-free as well), then run...don't walk...to Fiammé. 100/10 recommend.

It's a Chicago-Italian dish that you won't find anywhere else in the country unless it's a Chicago style Italian restaurant and, since DH isn't from Chicago, my version is the only one he's ever had. It totally lived up to his expectations. We started with the Italian sausage and peppers appetizer. It was a very generous and delicious portion, completely shareable or large enough for a meal. The fresh bread was perfect for mopping up the extra white wine and garlic sauce. After the appetizer, I wasn't as hungry as I was going in so I had to change my choice of entree. I kept it lighter and went with the "fish salad"- a mix of shrimp, octopus, calamari, scungilli, pepper strips, thinly sliced celery, a few olives, all tossed in a fresh lemony vinaigrette. I've been craving this dish ever since! Seafood is my favorite protein and I can usually eat a LOT of it, but this salad won that challenge. As much as I wanted to finish it, I couldn't. It looks smaller in the photo because the seafood was in large pieces, but it was a big dish. I'm already planning to get it again the next time we go to Naperville! Our bellies were very full and happy, but we had to skip dessert because of that. The desserts we observed at surrounding tables looked incredible and, again, very large, so you could probably share a piece of gorgeous cake between 2-4 people depending on how much room you have! We were told that the restaurant had been closed for a long while for remodeling and, although we can't compare it to its previous version, we found it to be very clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. They even have a nice little patio out front, but we dined inside. Although I don't remember the name of the gentleman who served us, he provided exceptional service. He was helpful and knowledgeable with his suggestions, and he was very timely and attentive. We were never left waiting for anything we needed. Many Italian restaurants these days have moved towards offering more modern and innovative dishes, Rosebud has stuck to the classics and the execute them superbly! Can't wait to go back!
