I've been coming here for many years, even back when it was called simply,"Bricks". If you like places such as MOD Pizza or Blaze, then you should like it here. I'd say the pizza is always above average, in the 6.0 - 8.5 out of 10 range. Order up and after the pizza dough is stretched and rolled into a crust and topped, the great custom oven cooks it very quickly. Fast casual Neapolitan pizza?! UMM, BRILLIANT! Get here early or at a non prime lunch/dinner time. Service is fast, but if you're looking to dine in it may be difficult to snag a table since this place tends to get very busy. My husband and I dined in for dinner around 5pm. Within 15 minutes of being there it was full of customers dining in and carrying out. Staff members were on top of their game. Even with the influx of customers the quality of their food was A+++ and service remained consistent. Billy Bricks offers appetizers, soups, salads, pizza, pastas, and desserts. It is a great spot for something casual and quick. I tried the betty white arugula (prosciutto on the side) and asked them to cook the dough crispy. It was absolutely perfect. We swung in for a quick lunch. The team took our ordered at the counter and we grabbed a table. The pizza was out pretty quick. It was cooked a little more than I like, so the crust was pretty crunchy. The cheese blend was good and the large pizza filled a few of us up. It was pretty solid and is a great choice for the area. Billy Bricks catered my wedding and it was an incredible experience! They were so accommodating, reasonably priced, and served delicious food! We were able to choose 3 specialty pizzas on top of sausage, cheese, and pepperoni. The copper dome is adorable and adds to the ambiance. The guys that showed up were so professional and efficient! It even started raining and they were prepared with their own tent. They didn't need anything from us and finished in record time. I would recommend to anyone!!! read more

What a nice spot to have a great pizza feast with a group. Billy Bricks is decorated nicely with plenty of tables for dine-in though it seems that the majority of the orders are for carryout. Parking can be difficult here at times as the shopping center is quite busy, though you generally can get a spot reasonably close if you circle around the lot as many people also leave quickly after their pickup. For what you're getting, the prices are quite reasonable as the pizzas are quite large. I found the pizzas here to be pretty good, though not as refined as some of the other Neapolitan style pizzas I've had. The flavors are a bit light for me but it could also be a result of the type of pizzas I ordered. Textures were also a bit more distinct on the pepperoni with crispness though not so much on other ingredients. This was also how I felt about the dough, which wasn't exactly crisp nor soft, not super chewy but not super firm either. But still overall, the pizzas were enjoyable and I'd like to eat here again. Overall, a good choice for Neapolitan style pizzas with a variety of toppings available. For a premium casual experience, this is pretty good though with a bit more refinement on the flavors and textures, it could be excellent. read more

Team dinner night and I had to choose the place to go. Because the area has so many good options I leaned into convenience. I selected Billy Bricks because I looooove pizza and because it was walking distance from our hotel. We arrived at 6:15 just ahead of a very large party (anywhere between 25-30 people). I was glad we ordered before them because they kind of took the place over (they were unbearably loud). My team and I snagged a table right next to the door. We pressed two large pizzas, a large salad and meatballs. We opted for the Bricks and Hot Honey because of size they're served New Haven Style. I was kind of bummed that both had to be New Haven style but not a deal breaker. The hot honey pepperoni was my absolute fave although I depot like the cheese was lacking and it needed a touch of oregano. The bricks wasn't exactly what I expected there were waaaaaay too many red onions that were in clumps all over the pizza I picked many of them off. The salad was a basic Caesar nothing too special and I opted out of the meatballs. I would likely come here again because it's convenient. I also like the casual vibe of walking in and ordering and deciding to sit or take it to go. They also have ice cream which definitely makes this place even better! read more

The approach is the crust is hand tossed, your order is added to the crust, and then it's stuck into a large oven (which you can see), cooked and then promptly served to to you. Ambiance is pretty simple: some posters inside including "Bringing Naples to Naperville" (which is a nice play on words), and the usual stuff on the side. The menu selections are unique. You'll have to read through them to figure out what you want. This place also served sandwiches, but we went with pizza. I ordered their Pepperoni and Pepperoncini pizza, which was pretty good. We the wood fired pizza! It is our go-to for carry out on Thursdays after 4 pm for 2 (12 in) pizzas for $22! One for each of us and usually there are a few pieces of mine for left overs if they make it to the next day. It is typically ready in under 10 minutes which we love since other types of pizza take more planning and when are you hungry, who wants to wait! It's located off Freedom Drive in the plaza with all the other restaurants close to the 88 ramp. I love their 2 FOR $22 Thursday deal where you can get 12" pizzas. I do pickup, and my order is always ready at this location. There's a dining room with lots of seating, but I just prefer to eat my pizza at home most of the time. The margherita and sausage are my favorites. Billy has appetizers, pasta, salads, and even sandwiches so there's something for everyone whether it's lunch or dinner. Came in late from a flight and grabbed a single pepperoni with a beer to go. It was just a great late night bite and I would love to some of their other pies on another trip. We got a complimentary bread bites appetizer by checking in on the Yelp app. This restaurant was crowded the entire time we were there. It is obviously popular with the community. Overall very solid, though excellent if you are gluten-free because my wife swears they have the best gf pizza crust. We've been here many times because of gf options. The bruschetta was perfect! Balanced acidity with the tomato, basil and balsamic with garlicky toast slices. The meatballs were a little bit Smokey, and delicious. They are topped with cheese slices that added an extra indulgent element to it. The pizza was good, but I found the sauce too acidic. It didn't pair the best with the pepperoni. It's not the most upscale place compare to the other restaurants in the area, but for a quick service Italian place, the pizza made in a giant hot brick oven was done to perfection; the pasta was more than acceptable, and the sandwich wrap tasted great. Not sure there is anything we would complain about the food. They also had ice cream and serve alcohol as a one stop shop. I've dined at Brick's several times, carried out and used Uber Eats as well. I also ordered 10 pizzas for a party. The pizza is always perfectly grilled. Their pizzas are the Neapolitan type, which usually has a nice char, crispy and has air pockets. Tonight I ordered through Uber Eats. My order was made and delivered ahead of the scheduled delivery time. Great! However, on the Uber Eats app, I requested that the Caesar salad be split and that the Betty White pizza be crispy. Meaning extra time in the pizza oven. Even though the receipt indicated my requests, Bricks didn't fulfill either request. Not great! The Caesar salad was a typical Caesar, but the dressing was delicious. My husband enjoyed his 14" bbq pizza. My 12" Betty White pizza was very disappointing. It was soggy and limp with mozzarella prosciutto and arugula leaves not evenly distributed. Some slices were naked. The pizza was mainly crust with lots of olive oil and garlic that couldn't even hold its own and sparsely topped. I didn't receive that crisp crust that I requested. Bricks, you failed tonight. I really really liked this place UNTIL today!!! I placed an online order, and it said it would be ready at a certain time. I showed up with 3 minutes to spare, stood in line after a basketball team placed there orders and was told they are just now starting to prepare my order. I sat and waited patiently for my name to be called. 15 minutes went past, the basketball team all got their orders, and I'm still waiting. HOW? I ordered this pizza 15 minutes before even coming to pick up, and my order got pushed back for a group eating in that just walked in. I ask about my order, and the RUDE cashier says it's on the oven, we have 30 orders. I don't give a d***n how many orders you have...mine was placed over 40 min ago. I love their pizza, but I DO NOT TOLERATE BAD SERVICE. You will no longer get my patronage or my money with having to wait 30 extra minutes for an online order after the quoted time!!!! I love brick oven pizza!! My mom and stepdad have brought me here a couple times, so I suggested we come here for pizza while I was in town visiting and bring my sister and her husband. They were skeptical at first, but ended up loving it. I'm so glad. I love the thin and crispy crust but I also like that its no so crunchy that you can still fold it. Love it. The waiter was even nice enough to take a family photo of us while he came around to wipe down tables. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Billie Bricks is not only delicious, but has fantastic customer service (which goes a long way with me). My son's school hosts a teacher's spring meal which a friend and I help organize with the PTA. I decided why not. Friendly service from the young gentleman working the counter. He gave me all the recommendations under the sun!
