We swung in for a quick lunch. The team took our ordered at the counter and we grabbed a table. The pizza was out pretty quick. It was cooked a little more than I like, so the crust was pretty crunchy. The cheese blend was good and the large pizza filled a few of us up. It was pretty solid and is a great choice for the area. Good pizza, good service!

    Gluten free pizza! Phenomenal!

Listen... home for the holidays and got their Gluten Free Pizza.... And seriously the best pizza I've ever had and it was gluten free. I seriously thought I got the wrong pizza and actually spit out the first bite.... I spent ten minutes looking up pictures to make sure my pizza was gf. It looked like my husbands and tasted phenomenal.... I seriously thought I got glutened!! I wish I could buy a case of this crust! I live in Vegas! My husband loved his pizza (non gf). Had a wedding to go the next day and no problems!

Great pizza: nice toppings options / good sauce / ok crust. Ordered delivery so pizzas were a bit cold when I got them, guessing it would even be better hot! Pricing was reasonable A good place to check out for pizza!

What a nice spot to have a great pizza feast with a group. Billy Bricks is decorated nicely with plenty of tables for dine-in though it seems that the majority of the orders are for carryout. Parking can be difficult here at times as the shopping center is quite busy, though you generally can get a spot reasonably close if you circle around the lot as many people also leave quickly after their pickup. For what you're getting, the prices are quite reasonable as the pizzas are quite large. I found the pizzas here to be pretty good, though not as refined as some of the other Neapolitan style pizzas I've had. The flavors are a bit light for me but it could also be a result of the type of pizzas I ordered. Textures were also a bit more distinct on the pepperoni with crispness though not so much on other ingredients. This was also how I felt about the dough, which wasn't exactly crisp nor soft, not super chewy but not super firm either. But still overall, the pizzas were enjoyable and I'd like to eat here again. Overall, a good choice for Neapolitan style pizzas with a variety of toppings available. For a premium casual experience, this is pretty good though with a bit more refinement on the flavors and textures, it could be excellent.

Team dinner night and I had to choose the place to go. Because the area has so many good options I leaned into convenience. I selected Billy Bricks because I looooove pizza and because it was walking distance from our hotel. We arrived at 6:15 just ahead of a very large party (anywhere between 25-30 people). I was glad we ordered before them because they kind of took the place over (they were unbearably loud). My team and I snagged a table right next to the door. We pressed two large pizzas, a large salad and meatballs. We opted for the Bricks and Hot Honey because of size they're served New Haven Style. I was kind of bummed that both had to be New Haven style but not a deal breaker. The hot honey pepperoni was my absolute fave although I depot like the cheese was lacking and it needed a touch of oregano. The bricks wasn't exactly what I expected there were waaaaaay too many red onions that were in clumps all over the pizza I picked many of them off. The salad was a basic Caesar nothing too special and I opted out of the meatballs. I would likely come here again because it's convenient. I also like the casual vibe of walking in and ordering and deciding to sit or take it to go. They also have ice cream which definitely makes this place even better!

Give me Neapolitan pizza any day! Nothing like a wood-fired, brick oven pizza with all the toppings you could want! It's located off Freedom Drive in the plaza with all the other restaurants close to the 88 ramp. I love their 2 FOR $22 Thursday deal where you can get 12" pizzas. I do pickup, and my order is always ready at this location. There's a dining room with lots of seating, but I just prefer to eat my pizza at home most of the time. The margherita and sausage are my favorites. Billy has appetizers, pasta, salads, and even sandwiches so there's something for everyone whether it's lunch or dinner. Very happy to have a pizza spot like this around!

Came in late from a flight and grabbed a single pepperoni with a beer to go. It was just a great late night bite and I would love to some of their other pies on another trip. This DEFINITELY worked for me and the service was stellar. They made it fairly fast and when I walked next door to my hotel room it was still warm and tasty. In fact, it was perfectly cooled to immediately gorge myself before going to sleep.

My husband and I went to Billy Bricks with friends for dinner. This is set up as a fast casual pizza restaurant. You order at the counter, and once your pizza is ready, it is delivered to your table. We ordered the BBQ chicken and smoked gouda pizza. It was very standard and had a good flavor to it. We got a complimentary bread bites appetizer by checking in on the Yelp app. This restaurant was crowded the entire time we were there. It is obviously popular with the community. Their payment system was confusing and caused some issues trying to pay at the end of the night. I recommend Billy Bricks pizza and would go there again.

Classic margarita pizza gluten free was da bomb! My picture doesn't so it justice. The tomato sauce was Italy in a bottle. Great crust. Good service. It's a casual atmosphere. They could have served this at a high end restaurant.

"Sips, Ribs, and VAI-ful Vibes"…read more Came to VAI for a double date with my husband's best friend, and this place was definitely buzzing. It was packed and pretty noisy, so not the best spot if you're looking for a quiet dinner, but the energy made it feel fun and lively. The drink menu had a lot to choose from--wine, handcrafted beer, cocktails, and mocktails. I ordered the "It's Pink and It's Bubbly" mocktail, which was refreshing and cute without being too sweet. My husband went with a beer and was happy with his pick. We started with the crispy arancini and whipped ricotta with honeycomb. The arancini had that golden, crunchy outside and a warm, comforting center. The whipped ricotta was probably my favorite appetizer--creamy, light, a little sweet from the honeycomb, and easy to keep going back for. For entrees, we had the short rib rigatoni fresh pasta and the prosciutto with wild mushroom white pizza. The short rib was tender and rich, and the rigatoni held up well with the sauce. The prosciutto and wild mushroom pizza had a nice savory flavor and felt a little lighter, but still filling. I can say that VAI is a solid choice for date night, a group dinner, or when you want good Italian-inspired food with drinks and a lively crowd. Just be ready for the noise if you go during a busy time.

The food was fresh and delicious. I recalled a Davanti location in Chicago but never had the chance to check it out, so this was my first time and it was great! The atmosphere is chic and the food was excellent, but not in a flashy, overdone, complicated way, just real good, made in house, hearty Italian fare. The Focaccia Di Recco was AMAZING. Yes, all caps. We packed up half of it to take home and it was still great the next day (reheated and then toasted in our mini counter oven/fryer). If you order just one thing here, let it be this focaccia dish. I understand why it's popular and I blurted out loud several times while eating this in restaurant: "on my god" it was truly divine. As my husband said, "this food might be better than what we had in Italy..." and I don't disagree. The kitchen does not do split portions for pasta but they were able to bring out 2 plates for us to split ourselves. This is a great spot for date night, a ladies night out, or a solo wine & dine at the bar. I can't believe I didn't come sooner. Plus, it's located right next to a parking garage which made our night out really convenient! We can't wait to come back! Five shining stars.

I've had some really great arancini before, and these were alright. The sauce was the highlight, with a nice flavor and a slight kick to it. We were told the pizzas were personal-sized, so everyone in our group ordered their own. When they arrived, they were huge. I went with the Fredo, a more traditional-style pizza, and it was pretty solid with good toppings and flavor. Others at the table ordered the Detroit-style pizzas, and they looked incredible, I wish I had taken some photos. The general consensus was that the pizzas were a bit too bready, but they had good flavor, great presentation, and a nice crispy crust. Service was okay. It took a while for our server to take our order, and I wish we had been advised to share a few pizzas instead of ordering individually. We all ended up taking most of our pizzas to go, but with dinners planned throughout the rest of the trip, they unfortunately didn't get eaten later. Overall, a decent spot with solid pizza and generous portions.

Its very hard to find spots that can accommodate our very particular palates, and even more hard to find good vegan options outside of the city. Thats why I was excited to find this lovely Italian restaurant. The parking lot is small but there's a good amount of sidestreet parking. The inside is warm, cozy and super clean (including the restrooms ). The hospitality stood out right away. The owners and wait staff were very welcoming, and our server was fantastic; honest (which I appreciate), knew the menu well, and once she realized our situation, gave us some wonderful direction on what to order. I wouldn't say that the menu is overwhelming, but I rarely go to a restaurant where it takes me that long to decide what I want. There are lots of interesting options, from braised short rib ravioli to baked ziti, and several tasty appetizers (highly recommend the calamari). But we had come for the PIZZA. My daughter got the kids cheese pizza. It was surprisingly bigger than we thought, and at a great price. The kid only ate half before she said, "I like it...this might be better than [insert famous Chicago pizza brand]." (you MUST KNOW that this is high praise from a 3rd grader). My wife ordered the "They Don't Have Beef With Me" vegan Detroit-style pizza, and I have to admit, it was very good. Somehow they pulled off a buttery (but not butter) crust with melty vegan cheese (but NOT cheese ). Absolutely nailed it. I would have eaten more of hers if I hadn't ordered the Butcher pizza from the wood-fired menu. It was OUTSTANDING. Great flavor, perfect texture. Easily one of thee best wood-fired pizzas I've ever had. We're not drinkers, but they do have a good wine list and some nice zero-proof options, including the Amber Apple and The Drip. We didn't make it to dessert, mostly because the portions are generous, so our bellies (and our to-go boxes) were full. We will definitely be back to try other menu options and for dessert. If your family or friend group includes picky palates or dietary restrictions (the pizzas can be made gluten-free as well), then run...don't walk...to Fiammé. 100/10 recommend.

So I thought we were all set. Our reservation was for 6:00, and we arrived at 5:54. We were told to wait until six, which was perfectly fine. Six o'clock rolls around and we're told they're still cleaning the table. Okay, we wait. Then we wait. And wait. Thirty minutes later, we find out the people who had the table STILL hadn't even left. Baby...what exactly were we reserving three weeks ago, a future dream? They offered us a complimentary appetizer, which I appreciate in theory, but when you've got a party of eight waiting 40 minutes past their reservation time, I'm not really looking for the cheapest appetizer on the menu. I'm looking for the table I reserved. Eventually, we were seated, and thank GOD for our server Alexis B, because they completely turned the experience around. Funny, knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and genuinely one of the best servers I've ever had. If I could give them five stars separately, I would. They made us feel welcome and somehow kept the whole table laughing after that rocky start. The food had some hits and misses. The crab cake was a little too spicy for my taste, although the rest of the table enjoyed it. The mini sliders, however? DELICIOUS. That buttery, well seasoned bun was doing exactly what it needed to do. Then came my Entourage burger, and baby...THAT burger understood the assignment. It was absolutely packed with flavor. So good that I practically inhaled it. My server even asked if I wanted another one because apparently I ate it fast enough to qualify for a second round. Unfortunately, the management situation left a lot to be desired. After the issues getting our table, the managers seemed to keep watching our group throughout the night. If you're going to stare, baby, at least commit to the performance! It made an already awkward situation feel even more uncomfortable. Honestly, my server Alexis B, was the ONLY reason this experience ended on a positive note. They were so charming and personable that by the end, they felt more like a friend than a server. I'm genuinely going to miss them. The food was good, and that burger was fantastic, but a three-week reservation should not turn into a 40 minute wait with a party of eight standing around wondering when they're going to eat. So unfortunately, I'm leaving with two stars. The food gave me reasons to come back, but the reservation experience and management gave me reasons to stay home. And to my server: you were the star of the night. Protect this person at all costs.
