I had a good time buying a used car from this dealership, however, when we learned there were a couple of issues with the transmission, they would not budge on the price. It was already discounted, but that appeared due to the interior being rather tattered. After going over it in detail with the service department, they offered to have it fixed by the weekend, so I felt convinced enough to buy it knowing it would be fixed soon at a good price. I made the purchase and arranged with services to have it fixed and drove off feeling taken care of. Later that afternoon, I received a notice about the service appointment for my car and noticed some details were wrong, so I called to confirm the details only to be told that I never mentioned the key issue with the transmission that I had scheduled for when that was the main thing we had discussed for roughly 15 minutes. I even had the employee's handwriting on the paper outlining the issue. I returned the next day and was offered nothing to alleviate the situation. The sales manager told me that the services department does their own thing and that the two departments hardly communicate with each other, which was already obvious, to put it mildly. I ended up leaving without being helped in any way by any of the teams and feeling like they only offered to have the transmission fixed to convince me to buy the car, and as soon as that deal was done with, they went back on their word to have my car fixed. I would still recommend this dealership, but I would caution to get everything in writing. Some of the people there were nice and helpful. I greatly appreciated Luke and would give him a 4/5 or 5/5 rating, and I feel bad that I have to give my overall impression of my visit a low rating because the team let me down repeatedly in the end. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Son took his Honda up to visit brother at Liberty.. Broke axle in town and had to leave it at dealership for repair and drive to visit us at Christmas in brother's vehicle. Dealer calls to say they can't get an axle for his car as they are on backorder.Dealer said they could put on aftermarket axle. He needed vehicle to be done over holiday as he had to return to work in Charlotte after holiday. The boys returned to Va, and our son went to pick up vehicle on a Saturday evening to drive back 3hours to NC. $700 and as he began his drive he realized steering didn't feel like it was fixed. He could not go over 50 mph home due to vibration and bump steering. Upon arrival in NC he had another mechanic look at it and they wrote determination that aftermarket axle was defective and broken. They also discovered the ball joint was torn (not found by dealer). After calling dealer they refused to refund part (stated not warranted due to aftermarket part) and refused to refund shoddy labor. You would hope a dealer would not leave a college age kid with an unsafe vehicle but they are dishonest and that is exactly what they did. read more

Took my 2005 Acura TL there to have a serpentine belt and water pump replaced , have NEVER had a problem with this car during my ownership. when I picked the car up my air conditioning wasn't workin, was working the day before. I took the car back the next day to see what was going on after an hour they say looks like a bad compressor . of course they denied all culpability for the problem. I believe in coincidence, however not willing to believe this was one.could have had the work done for much cheaper but figured yhat since this was a Honda product it'd worth paying extra to ensure the work was done right, boy was I wrong! Just updating to confirm that my mechanic looked over the tinting, and that, at least, WAS replaced instead of just monkeyed with to look replaced (even though I wanted it STRIPPED, not replaced, but at this point, whatever. I'll take the replaced tinting.) But I am still SO NOT COOL with being lied to that my headlight was being replaced, TOLD that it was replaced, and then finding that, in fact, it was not replaced but was simply polished and put back in. This dealership will sell you a used car without telling you of underlying, major mechanical issues. The used car I purchased had an extended factory warranty, but that was never disclosed to me at the time of the sales transaction. In order to resolve the cause, the vehicle needs a new or rebuilt engine. Thousands of dollars. It's now too late for me. On top of that, they sold me an extended warranty, which does not cover the problem either. Of course purchasing that was my choice, but it just adds to the questionable practices of this dealership. Stay away when you're looking for a vehicle. Deceptive and dishonest sales practices. read more

I bought my car here 2 years ago, and as part of sales contract, was promised free inspections for life. Made an appointment for an oil change and inspection and when I arrived, I was told that I could not have free inspection because it was April 4, and the inspection isn't due until May. The service manager on duty was argumentative and refused to honor the spirit of the agreement. Had I been informed of this when I made the appointment, I would have waited until May (although this is the only time off I have until June.)Took my keys and left -you've lost a good customer. read more

We bought a Honda CRV in March 2020. For the most part, the buying experience was pleasant. SERVICE, on the other hand, IS HORRIBLE. Like other customers have reported, you can not trust or depend on them. Over the past year I caught them THREE TIMES not completing what they said they did. I submitted a letter with pictures calling them out on their dishonest and unprofessional service practices. After they received my letter, their service manager, Kevin Habermas, never responded. Not even a phone call. After waiting three weeks for a response, I sent my concerns to the General Manager, Kevin Hamlet. He also never reached out once. Nothing. They had been caught with their hand in the cookie jar and they had no response. Both of these managers apparently have zero skills in customer service practices. If you plan to buy a car from Billy Craft Honda and are not planning to let them do any service, you should be OK. If you do plan on using their service department, consider yourself warned. The Billy Craft Honda service department has made it abundantly clear that they just don't care. For me to take the time to write this review should indicate just how bad it is there. read more

I've not bought a vehicle here - although we did shop here the last time we were in the market - but we consistently bring our 2003 Pilot in for oil changes and maintenance. In terms of the Service Department staff and manager, I have always been treated well, they keep the service area clean and well staffed, and the waiting area has nice work areas and free wi-fi. I just about always see the manager at work, so I believe him to be very hands-on and visible, and I feel they run a great operation. Services may be a few dollars cheaper elsewhere, but here I can work while I wait and I know the repairs are being done right. Highly recommend using the service department. read more
