I found these guys to be very accommodating on a last minute lunch catering order. Food was good, no complaints here.

So the kitchen cook came out and tried to give me the same dish and walk away. I told wait one minute. You can this dish back. That is the 3rd time your serving me the orginal dish that I said was unacceptable. Your the cook he said yes. I asked if his manager thought his filthy, very wrinkled uniform was acceptable to work around food. The cook says what's wrong with it. I told him . It looks like you slept in it or just took it out laundry. Your jacket should be white not gray. We are done. We are just going to leave. We were there for 2 hours. Disappointed and unacceptable! I will never eat at any Olive Garden ever again. My advice yo public whi chooses to eat there. Ask to talk to cook. See what he and his uniform look like.

Covered with a sprinkling of lettuce, tomatoes, grated cheese, and dab sour cream. A little guacamole and a few refried beans in it, would have made it a better taco salad. A "lunch special" for $9.75. That's a little pricey for what I got. Nice restaurant. Great service. The restaurant displays several "Best of" plaques at the entrance. Not my top pick for Mexican food in Sand Springs. On to the Bixby location. Heavy competition in that area. If you are looking for other Mexican restaurants in the area, check out my reviews in my collection "Jalapeno Highway" by Spike S. on Yelp. I've probably been there.

The $ amount isn't an issue if the food was amazing... but it wasn't. My wife and I had steak fajitas for 2, at $34. Steak was tough and flavorless, apparently lacking any seasoning. and not the sizzling heaping plate you would expect. This came with a side plate for each of us with bland flavorless beans, and equally unimpressive serving of bland rice, a TEASPOON of guac, a small dollop of sour cream and a pittance of shredded/ground cheese in a disposable cup -not even 1/2 filled .....seriously? The amount of guac and cheese was insulting...this entree was Priced way too high and did not deliver in flavor, quality or quantity! Lots of better choices all over the area for less money. Prices seem to be about 25%+ higher than comparable locations...and the quality and flavors aren't there for a premium price. My wife commented that "the flavors were suitable for a nursing home...it was all so bland."

It was made properly, and I was happy about it. I was delighted to see they made the Caesar salad with real anchovies. The gentleman who made it tableside was friendly and gave us a nice show. Oh and the complimentary bread was awesome. The unfortunate thing about this evening was that they were down one waiter, and they were extremely busy tending to a large party in the back, so we had to wait almost an hour for our entree. However, the pianist informed us of the situation and nicely tamed my flame so to speak. The entree was definitely worth the wait! I had the lamb chops with risotto, which was cooked perfectly with generous portions. My wife's shrimp pasta was fantastic as well. I had low expectations for Italian food around Tulsa, but this definitely tops the list for sure. To round out our meal, we had to try the tiramisu, which did not disappoint (cue the annoying influencer voice). It's likely one of the best ones I've had outside of Italy. Highly recommend! We were sad to hear that the owner had passed away recently, but his legacy will live on, and I can't wait to go back to try the other dishes.

It was packed with patrons ordering all the same fare that we normally order at other Chili's around Tulsa. Sadly, yet expectedly, very little went right at first. The service and food were lackluster at best, all due to the newness of the staff and getting all the bugs out of the system. It was so bad that we threatened to never go to Chili's again, launching complaint after complaint to management. Well, I can safely say that after a year of operation that the Chili's in Sand Springs has fixed their problems and are now a fine establishment that we frequent from time to time. Service is always prompt and friendly. Orders are correct. Food is hot and tasty. Ambiance is pleasing with your typical Chili's crowd and sports on all the TVs in each corner of the dining room. Tonight, our server was "Kayla" who was outstanding! I ordered the Triple Dipper, consisting of Crispy Chicken Tenders drenched in BBQ, Big Bites, and mozzarella sticks. My wife had a kids Chicken Pasta. Both items came out correct, hot, and very tasty! Kayla was prompt in bringing me an extra marinara and keeping our drinks full. All in all, an excellent visit! Usually, Chili's can be a pricey outing but tonight it was well worth it!
