Everything just stands out as soon as the bowl sat on the table. Not being stingy with the components, there's plenty of the spicy ground pork. There's chili oil sitting on the table, I added it to the ramen after a few bites and the ramen is good with + without it. I also tried my partner's Oshinko Roll, that was really refreshing as big chunks of the oshinko sit in the middle of the roll. They were real good with the soy sauce & chili oil. The staff was nice. There service was quick and the food didn't take long. I'll come back to check out the other ramen options to compare to the dry noodle.

The sauce was fresh and depth wise, it was on the lighter side. I think I would have preferred slightly more cream. The pasta could have also been slightly more al-dente as well. The $ amount isn't an issue if the food was amazing... but it wasn't. My wife and I had steak fajitas for 2, at $34. The amount of guac and cheese was insulting...this entree was Priced way too high and did not deliver in flavor, quality or quantity! Lots of better choices all over the area for less money. It was made properly, and I was happy about it. I was delighted to see they made the Caesar salad with real anchovies. The gentleman who made it tableside was friendly and gave us a nice show. Oh and the complimentary bread was awesome. The unfortunate thing about this evening was that they were down one waiter, and they were extremely busy tending to a large party in the back, so we had to wait almost an hour for our entree. However, the pianist informed us of the situation and nicely tamed my flame so to speak. The entree was definitely worth the wait! I had the lamb chops with risotto, which was cooked perfectly with generous portions. My wife's shrimp pasta was fantastic as well. I had low expectations for Italian food around Tulsa, but this definitely tops the list for sure. To round out our meal, we had to try the tiramisu, which did not disappoint (cue the annoying influencer voice). It's likely one of the best ones I've had outside of Italy. Highly recommend! We were sad to hear that the owner had passed away recently, but his legacy will live on, and I can't wait to go back to try the other dishes.
