We rented two side-by-sides (one 4-seater and one 2-seater) and chose the Scavenger Hunt, which was perfect since we had my younger nephew with us. From start to finish, Ben and Tony were absolutely fantastic--extremely helpful, communicative, and transparent every step of the way. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which allowed us to focus on having fun as a family. They even provided a cooler for us to pack lunch, and the navigation was pre-mapped with clear waypoints, making it easy to explore without worrying about getting lost. We stopped multiple times along the way to take pictures, enjoy the scenery, and just soak in the experience. The entire time, my family was smiling from ear to ear. Ben and Tony are true professionals, and it really shows in how well they run their business and take care of their customers. Best decision ever! Although getting to the meeting point was a bit scary as we drove 15 mph through winding roads next to steep cliffs, the views were nice and the ATV experience was totally worth it! We gave ourselves plenty of time to get lost and it took us about 1.5 hours to get to the checkpoint. Luckily Google Maps was on the entire time and we even had an hour to kill on top of the mountain before our 12:30pm appointment. (Also had screenshots of the directions in case we lost service). Upon arrival, we met with the two girls who were wearing face masks and face shields so we felt safe. They had all the sanitizing stuff. They checked us all in, gave us each a mesh covering for our head, pairs of gloves, goggles and helmets. They offered different insurance plans (just like a rental car company), each ranging in price. Then, they walked us over to the ATVs where Jorge was our tour guide. He asked us if we've ever rode before and taught us how to use the automatic ATVs and made us feel comfortable and safe. (Throttle was on the right handle bar and brakes on the left. Second brake was a foot pedal). We drove on wide and narrow trails, over some fun rocky areas, kicking up lots of dust, and he took photos of us the entire time. This was a great family bonding experience and we're all still talking about how fun it was and want to do it again. Know Before You Go: It gets dusty so wear clothes and closed toe shoes that you're ok getting dirty. Give yourself plenty of time to drive to the location because the last thing you want to do is rush through the scary mountain roads. 10/10 would definitely do this again!

The first red flag was that the company did not provide a phone number, making it difficult to get help or clarification when we needed it. We followed their directions exactly and arrived 30 minutes early. We parked in the designated lot as instructed by the person at the gate, but our guide never came to meet us. We eventually had to drive into the park ourselves and locate the guide, who was parked on the side of the road. There was no clear signage identifying the company or where customers were supposed to check in. Once we finally found the guide, the intake process took approximately 40 minutes. After all of that, we paid approximately $700 for a ride that lasted only about 20 minutes. We were also promised pictures from the experience, but no pictures were ever provided. What made the experience even worse was the customer service afterward. Rather than taking responsibility for the poor communication, unclear instructions, lack of signage, and failure to provide what was promised, the company provided little to no accountability. For the amount of money we spent, this was absolutely not the experience we expected. Poor communication, poor organization, inadequate customer service, and failure to deliver what was promised. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company and would strongly encourage others to consider other ATV companies before booking.

This was my first time on a quad/ATV and my boyfriend has been riding dirt bikes since he was like 6yrs old. I love being outdoors & going on new adventures, and he loves riding ... so the mixture of those things i came upon this place. For birthdays I love and prefer creating memories instead of giving materialistic gifts. Example: For his 28th birthday I booked us a little personal speed boat in San Diego. Upon arrival check-in was easy, quick, and they gave us hand sanitizer so we felt assured. They had helmets and other PPE lined up and available for us to use, however we had brought our own (riding gloves, riding jerseys, riding DOT certified helmets, and googles) which they allow. Our guide Jorge was funny and very easy going. The ride overall was really fun!! During our ride our guide also took pictures of us and he took some awesome ones with amazing backdrops! The only complaint I have was that I only booked us the 1 hour ride. Next time we are doing the 2 hour ride for sure! And maybe the Big Bear location as well.

I've worked in IT help desks for years so I know some people are just not good with a computer. That's fine. Just read the instructions carefully and you'll get thru. Or just get help from a teenager. :-) To get to this location they give you very good directions. If you follow them you'll have no issues. It's actually very easy! But GPS is not great for the less traveled roads in the mountains going to a place that doesn't really have a street address. We will be going back soon! Hopefully for 2 hours next time!

The instructions to get there can look a bit complicated bc there's just so much info? but literally you can just find the meetup spot on Google Maps now if you look up 'Rowher Flat OHV'. Maybe bc it wasn't on there before, but the page gives you very detailed instructions, even a video to guide you how to get there. Past Santa Clarita and into the mountains! You'll eventually go off roading and fair warning, it is quite bumpy. Low profile vehicles aren't recommended, and you'll see why lol. I also brought my tesla model 3 here while everyone else I passed by was in a bigger SUV vehicle car. I wanted to be careful and drive slower on the road haha and luckily the road was not busy at all! After making it up to the meetup spot, it's definitely a very quiet and peaceful area. It's nice to experience away from the busy city life. We were on time to our tour, but we wanted to make it out earlier since there was some time needed for prep. Our tour guide, Sagi (?), was super chill and a cool guy! I had no ATV experience whatsoever but I am so thankful for having him to guide us haha. During the ATV ride, we did request a "beginner/easy" path, but the route he took us was actually pretty challenging lol but very fun! It was basically like an obstacle course, but good mix of flat, bumps, inclines/declines, roundabouts, and I feel like we got to experience it all within an hour! Weather was also perfect during the time we went as well, just wore long sleeves and a vest. An hour was more than enough for this experience. The tour guide even will make stops for you to take photos! Overall, experience was great and definitely would do this again to explore another area! Prepare for all your clothes to be dusty.
