Ac went out yesterday, called at 4:20 and by 5 David showed up, super fast! Took him just a few minutes to find the problem, the blower motor had burned up. He gave me a couple of options and I felt very well informed. He didn't have the parts but he told me that by 7am this morning he would be on the phone locating the part. 8am he called and said he was going to pick up the motor and would be out right after a few other scheduled jobs. He was back on site by 4pm, parts installed and ac working by 4:30....came time to pay the bill and exactly what he quoted me, no surprises...the point to all this...well worth it!!!! David is AMAZING! Our AC died in August on a day with record breaking heat. We had a few places come out for a quote and Biltmore Mechanical was actually our last call. So grateful we made that call! He came out that night and was honest and fair. He gave us a much better rate than any of the other companies and had the work done faster than even he quoted. He also brought us a portable AC unit to help us save on having to stay in a hotel. I am a contractor and remodel houses all over the valley . well I just started a remodel that Biltmore Mechanical installed a new unit and when the drop ceiling came down I was very impressed with the craftsmanship of his work . I mean he installed all new duct work and it was neat organized and all strapped off the ceiling . I have to admit its some of the cleanest work I've ever seen !
