When it was finally my turn, he asked me to meet him on the other side of the store, handed me my bag, and said I looked mad and could have the sandwiches for free. I told him I was happy to pay, and he responded by telling me to "fuck off." I was shocked and asked if he had really just said that, and he doubled down and told me to get going. I've been a regular customer for years, but after being treated like that by the owner, I won't be back. Ryan came across as someone who grew up with a silver spoon in Newport Beach and thinks he can talk to customers however he wants. Unfortunately, they just lost two loyal customers.

He then shared that he has gone through tough times that go far beyond a shoulder surgery, and offered me his wristband that reads "Make History" and "Win the Day."
