I hope I just got an unlucky drink because I recently discovered Boba while out of town so when I got back home I looked up Boba and came here. Had I come here for my first boba experience I would not try it again. Fortunately I have had delicious boba elsewhere so I will try this place again. My favorite place to grab a drink (or two!) My usuals (depending on my mood and weather) are 1) snow taro with boba, 2) hot milk tea with boba (yes, but they only can do boba on side if it's hot), 3) cold blueberry herbal tea with lemon syrup and boba (it reminds me of sangria), and 4) which is my favorite, honeydew with half and half of boba and egg pudding. I go there often enough that I get stamps and earn a small free drink. Both locations (Campbell and Orange Grove/LaCholla) are equally great to me (one is bigger with board games and one is smaller without games, respectfully). I'm from Los Angeles, the boba capital of the world. I've had a lot of boba and shaved ice. So far, this place is my favorite place in Tucson. I love to come here to do homework, watch TV, and drink boba. The place has free wifi and 2 flat screen TVs. There are also comfy couches and plenty of tables to do work. There are also many board games if you decide to hang out here with a group of friends. The employees are always nice and are quick to fix any mistakes they've made making drinks. I usually order almond milk tea (warm) with boba/egg pudding/taro pudding or green tea shaved ice (w/condensed milk). Both are delicious and reasonably priced compared to places i've been. I've tried other items but tend to gravitate back to what I'm used to. So far everything i've had here has been excellent (taro, coffee milk tea). I've had tastier boba (tapioca), but it isn't bad here. I'm just not a boba person; I usually prefer egg pudding. Try the taro pudding...it's the best! read more

I came into Bing's this morning, the workers were very nice and helpful. The only thing wrong was the boba, it's usually perfect, but this time something was off, they were on the firm side and kinda hard to chew. Other than that, everything was great. read more

Had a nice experience at this location. Had previously only been to the northwest side location. It was a nice place to have a quick meeting with a friend. There was space in the back where we could spread out and work. They also serve light food and snacks at this location. Very nice staff and one of the best places in Tucson to get Boba tea. Love this Bing's! The other location does not have good employees or good tasting drinks. But this one is always consistent and delicious!

Bing's boba has a great selection of teas as well as varieties of popping boba and/or interesting things to add to your drink! I personally like classic boba or red beans in a thai tea. Could be more attractive inside, it's a little bare, but I love that they sometimes play K-pop! read more

Bings has such a wide assortment of flavors. Some places don't have popping boba or pudding- but Bing's has them.. and even has egg and taro pudding! I was happy to see avocado flavor available as well. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Boba here. So did my kids! ok, they don't love boba but the chocolate snow was delicious they said. I get almond or pistachio and yum-o! They get busy but are pretty quick. Great choice of flavors and nice area to hang out. read more

I really like this new location as well. They seem to offer more add-in selections than the one on Orang Grove. I also find the atmosphere of this place to be pretty relaxing around lunch time! Again, their boba is less sweet than other places, but I like it! read more

I love Bing's boba!!!!!!!!! The Taro snow is my go to drink. Definitely the best boba spot in Tucson! The place is always clean. They have board games for you to play. The staff is helpful and friendly. My husband ordered a drink that unfortunately was not at the right flavor level. He told the staff and they made him a new drink that was to his liking. read more

Hope you'll have considerate co-customers or don't bother with anything but takeaway. The drinks are nice and there's wifi, but the staff don't do much once your drink is delivered, and the place echoes like a cave. This means that if there's anyone who can't or won't control their volume (or more likely, their children's), it's 0 to ear-splitting and headache-causing in no time, and the workers won't do anything about it. Could be a nice hangout if effort was put into making it reliably a nice environment. read more

Does this place have excellent boba and a wide selection of drinks? Yes it does; for product they are very, very good. But like some of the other reviewers, they don't know how to implement a loyalty card program. I filled up my card buying mostly the 'regular' size snow-smoothies. But then when I tried to use the card, regular size was a 50 cent up-sell. I think they even charged me for boba. It just pissed me off. Bad enough that I didn't come back for a year. Sure it is only 50 cents or whatever but it was the principle. It didn't make me feel like a special customer. It made me feel like a chump. read more

I'm addicted to Bing's, and I definitely don't get boba from anywhere else now. The boba consistency is always on point, they have a wide variety of tea flavors, and offer lots of other fun add-ins. I like the fact that they have a punch card too (i think it's a free drink after 10 purchases). The atmosphere is nice and very clean, and I love the fact that they have board games and couches in case you want to hang out there. read more

Just as great as the NW location but closer! The parking is pretty terrible but thankfully if you're just stopping in to pick up a tea there are a couple 15 minute parking spots. They take the same loyalty card as the NW which is nice but I haven't seen any check in offers for this location like they have in NW. The staff is super friendly and professional here, something that I didn't necessarily take note of at the other location. There is also more seating here if that's something you're looking for. I always order the same exact thing I ordered in the NW location and it is just as tasty down here so I can't speak for anything except the thai iced tea with boba (amazing BTW) but there are tons of menu options and lots of ways to customize your drink so there is something for everyone. They even have warms options which is nice now that its getting pretty chilly in the mornings (although they do charge extra for this). My tummy is super happy to be able to make it here without driving too far out of the way. read more

I had really high hopes for Bing's Boba Tea... disappointment ensued. This location is closer to my house than my usual boba spot (Miss Saigon on Campbell), so I reeeeeaaally wanted it to be good. My first (and most important) complaint is that the boba isn't good. They taste like rubber balls. Boba should be slightly sweet with a subtle flavor (and not one that resembles that of tires). Now, I'm not going to give Bing's a really hard time for this because most of the other boba locales around town also make boba that tastes this way... I don't know why anyone thinks this is a good idea. In Pasadena, CA, where there is a boba shop on every corner, you would never find boba in such a sad state. The second issue is that they do not offer non-dairy smoothies. They offer slushes, but no creamy smoothies (they can be made with non-dairy creamer, almond milk, etc.). Miss Saigon offers this options, as well as all of the other options given at Bing's. So, after trying Bing's twice and being dissatisfied on both occasions, I'm heading back to my usual tapioca spot - Miss Saigon on Campbell. read more

I wasn't the biggest fan of boba, but now I love it. The best boba tea in Tucson! I recommend coconut, vanilla, and taro milk tea with tapioca. Taro taste like Captain Crunch. Best boba in Tucson, particularly for consistency and the size of their selection. I can always trust that each time I order from here it will taste the same. I go for a large iced jasmine milk tea with boba and extra ice. If you like ice definitely ask for extra, because they put very little. Also their size small is so tiny you might as well size up to a large most of the time. AND they're generously open until 9:30 - score! read more
