Thanks to Yelp for helping me find this hole in the wall. I got the deep-fried mushroom tofu which also had small pieces of vermicelli on it. 12 pieces for $3, very inexpensive and yummy. I also ended up picking up some tofu from their freezer because I felt like I needed to support them more. The person who helped me was very nice. I wish them the very best.

This is one of my family's go-to tofu shops for fresh dau hu nuoc duong because it's the best price ($3.50) for good quality we've found. It's not as tasty as some other pricier shops but still great! They also have affordable fresh made tofu and vegetarian sides as well. Fair warning that it's small and not the cleanest shop or nicest location but we're here for a quick pickup so no biggie.

You can find the cheapest and freshest tofu at this hole in the wall! One giant slab of white tofu for $1.50. It is almost $3 elsewhere. Not only it's inexpensive but the quality is up there. I used to like tofu at other places but I come to realized the tofus here are the best. It doesn't foam up when you fry them. You get the full "meaty" texture as you bite into it.

When your preparing and cut your "fresh" tofu and discover a fucking fly!!Disgusting and never buying tofu from here again!!!

We came directly from Thanh Son Tofu to get some fried tofu here (1st line item on the menu). 6 pcs for $1 They fry them when you order so just wait it out for about 15 mins. Good snack like street food, but it does get oily so just tap it down in paper towel

A smaller Vietnamese vegetarian deli, Binh Minh makes its own tofu and soy products (soft tofu pudding, soy milk, fried tofu). They also sell sauces, drinks and a refrigerated case with salads. They have bun bo hue and bun rieu. The menu won't be too helpful unless you understand what dau hu xa ot is. Dau hu tuoi refers to firm tofu. Dau hu chien is fried tofu. There's one table inside. * Plain uncooked tofu slab ($1.25): Seemed a little smaller than some other Vietnamese places, firm, dense, and very creamy, clean tasting, fresh though it wasn't warm * Fried lemongrass tofu cubes (6 for $1): Fried after ordering, hot, slightly crispy exterior, creamy inside with tiny bits of lemongrass, onion, chili for a little heat, good but cubes were smaller than usual * Tofu rolls: They look like and are about the size of big egg rolls. The wrapper is a thin, chewy bean curd sheet. The frying makes it pretty greasy. They come in different flavors. One was a vegetarian ham made out of ground tofu and a light pink in color. It didn't taste anything like ham but had a slightly sweet flavor. Rather bland but I guess that's to be expected with vegetarian ham. The other roll had ground tofu, mushrooms, onion, clear noodles, and lemongrass - creamy and tasty. It's really hot inside...lot of tofu frying going on I suppose.

$6 worth (36 pieces) of veggie triangles and the mushroom squares. Yummy!

I arrived about 10 minutes prior to my estimated pickup time and the egg rolls (netted and regular) were ready but the Banh Khot were still being cooked. The estimated pickup time on the website was pretty accurate. Everything made the 35 minute journey and stayed crispy!! The regular egg rolls were tasty but nothing special. The netted egg rolls however, I'd come back for. They were crispy all throughout and the filling was well seasoned. The Banh Khot were very crispy with a nice and pleasant chew from the coconut batter. My husband loved the flavor and texture. I wasn't a huge fan of the coconut flavor being so prominent but I know that's a staple of Banh Khot batter. Next time I'd skip the regular egg rolls but I'm happy I tried them!

The hubby and I placed our order & we picked up on a Friday night to bring back home. It was not too busy & they had our food ready pretty immediately. I ordered way too much food, but I was excited to try everything. I would have loved to have had everything fresh & hot, but we live a little ways away, so by the time we got the food home, some things needed a quick reheat. I ordered the pork & shrimp eggrolls, banh khot, pork & shrimp net eggrolls, chicken wings w/ garlic noodles, & the pork spring rolls. Needless to say, we had leftovers - it was a lot of food for just 2 people! I really enjoyed the banh khot & net eggrolls - they were flavorful & I enjoyed the texture of the net eggrolls. I had to save the print rolls for the next day, but I enjoyed them (though, I know they were probably perfect the same day.) I just couldn't make room for all that food. I think the one surprising disappoint for me were the garlic noodles. I expected more of a kick and generally more flavor from the noodles, but they ended up being relatively mild. Don't get me wrong, we still ate it all, but I just expected more umph. All in all, I enjoyed the food & would love to order from here again!

The mam tom had a strong flavor (as expected), but it was balanced well and tasted authentic. Mixing it with the noodles, herbs, and peanuts made for a great combination of textures and flavors. Portions were generous, service was friendly, and the food came out pretty quickly even though the restaurant was busy. It's not always easy to find Vietnamese dishes like these done well in the South Bay, so I was happy to find a spot that delivers. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Despite it being in a big lot, parking still took a while to find. Thankfully, we had thankfully just beat the lunch rush and not had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a table. My friend and I shared a Northern spread (Bun Cha Ha Noi) and a Southern style Goat Curry (Banh Mi Cari De). Service was definitely on the slower side that day, but thankfully we were proactive at getting the orders in. The Bun Cha Ha Noi was delicious - pretty much a DIY spring roll - all the fun, all the mess, with none of the clean up other than licking the plates clean. The pork belly was delicious; I was surprised how much I liked it, since I'm not a fan of pork. I devoured numerous rolls, and we also had some extra vermicelli to finish off the rest of the protein. This single meal was definitely more than enough for two! The Banh Mi Cari De (goat curry) was unfortunately quite the opposite. The goat was cooked very well - tough, gamy, and difficult to eat. There were probably six pieces in total, our first was tender, our second had bone, a little harder to chew, and the last was best compared to rubber. The curry was a bit watery, which made the banh mi soggy when dipped in. This was probably an adventurous try, but not a dish I'd ever consider ordering again.

If you can't find parking in that plaza, there's more parking across the road where the Target is. After spending about ten minutes on the written wait-list, our names were called. It's definitely a little easier communicating with much of the staff if you speak Vietnamese, and I find that waiting right outside the restaurant is best because they default to calling your name from the door once it's your turn. The interior is crammed with tables; the atmosphere feels busy and warm. There is a single room women's bathroom and men's bathroom in the back as well. The decor leans toward being classic more than trendy, which I liked. The menu is pretty big, offering a variety of items ranging from mainstream Vietnamese options to ones I don't encounter as often. I recommend eating family-style for many of these dishes, including the Bún Chả Cá Lã Vọng, which I enjoyed with my partner. The prices are pretty average, and their portions are generous. That said, they are cash or Zelle only. There is an ATM that you can use if you forget to bring cash, but this is still something to keep in mind. Overall, I can definitely see myself coming back. I wish I had the stomach capacity to try more of their dishes at once, and I 100% recommend that anyone give this place a shot.
