Food and service was 10/10! We were treated very well by Amy who was kind and all smiles through out our dine! Food came almost instantly as well. The egg coffee was very creamy and delish too. This is the spot to visit every time you get pho cravings!

This restaurant is very popular and crowded, so we were lucky to wait 10 minutes for Sunday lunch. There are many families and friends dining. It was moderately noisy. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet / Special with thick noodles. They were very tasty and the broth had an authentic Vietnamese taste. Our meals came to our table very quickly. However, I felt that the Pho was pricey since it is around $20 for a bowl. I've eaten high-quality Pho that is cheaper. Overall, if you're looking for Pho in Vietnam Town then you should try this restaurant.

Whenever I'm in San Jose, I always make a stop at Pho Ha Noi! I wasn't super hungry this time, so I ordered the kids' pho. The portion was actually perfect, but one thing to note is that it doesn't come with the usual plate of herbs and veggies. It was still good, but I'd probably stick with the regular pho next time. My partner ordered the beef noodle bowl, and wow... it was so flavorful. We also ordered coffee, which was delicious, and the service was incredibly fast. Definitely one of my go-to spots whenever I'm in SJ!

Pho Ha Noi is the only place that I will ever eat pho at, if I am eating out! I am so used to my mom's pho, that whenever I try pho at other restaurants, it just doesn't hit the same. However, this is the only restaurant in the Bay Area that I will go to if I am craving pho. Their broth is very well seasoned and I honestly don't even need to add any sauce to it (hoisin, sriracha, etc). They also give a generous amount of meat and it's very tender and just melts in your mouth! My go-to is the pho tai thit suon bo; flap meat and boneless shortrib. They are known for pho, so definitely get that when you're here! I've had their rice dishes before, but it's not that good, in my opinion.

This is a solid spot. When ordering pho, I feel like you get more meat here than other restaurants. The broth is flavorful and overall just a good place for comfort food. I'm interested in trying the pho ga, che, and smoothies next time!

Service is always fast, food comes out quick. This time we got pork vermicelli- crispy grilled pork on the outside, juicy succulent inside. Well seasoned, not dry or rubbery at all just perfect. Pour over that fish sauce over the noodles, vegetables and peanuts and enjoy refreshing bowl. 2nd dish complimented the first one- Bo ne- breakfast of the champions! Steak was juicy, medium, the grilled onion, oyster sauce was umami and thick. Went well with hot baguette. Only critic- the baguette is not as well done as some of the other nearby places. It's dense, not light, flaky, crispy crunchy like traditional baguettes are. We had a vegetarian with us this time!!!- and only option for vegetarians is tomato rice, egg and veggie spring rolls- I had a small bite and they were not seasoned, tasteless, lackluster. I encourage the business to add couple of vegetarian friendly dishes.

Pho Ha Noi is always a good spot for pho. Their pho with flap meat with fresh noodles is a must. We also got the popular dishes spring roll platter and crispy chicken with sticky rice. We came here on a weekend and luckily managed to beat the rush. Even though it was so busy, we got the best service from Amy.

I've been coming to Pho Ha Noi all the way back when they had their first location at Silver Creek (IYKYK). I've had dozens of pho places in my life and I've gotta say.... Pho Ha Noi is the best! Love Pho Ha Noi's broth. Since it's Northern style pho it's richer, stronger, and I personally love how they break down the rare meat with a tenderizer, I don't think I've seen other pho places do it like that. PRO TIP - get the fresh/wide noodle to enhance your pho enjoyment :)

My family came here for lunch on Father's Day weekend. We checked in on Yelp ahead of time, so the wait wasn't too bad. Unfortunately, our experience went downhill as soon as we got to the front. The hostess was incredibly rude. When she called my name, I walked up to the podium and she immediately started questioning where the rest of my party was. I told her they were literally right behind me, but she kept insisting she couldn't see them and continued speaking to me in a very harsh, demanding tone. It was completely unnecessary and left a bad first impression. After we were seated in the back of the restaurant, it took a very long time before anyone came to take our order. Once the food arrived, things didn't improve. While we were eating, the same hostess came over to grab a high chair and actually bumped into my baby's stroller--with my baby inside--without apologizing or even acknowledging what happened. I was shocked by the lack of courtesy. When we finished eating, it took about 10 minutes just to get our check. To make matters worse, our bill was incorrect. We ordered three plates of pickled onions but only received one. The staff initially insisted they had brought all three, but I pointed out that there was clearly only one plate on the table. Thankfully, they corrected the bill. Overall, the food was just okay, but the service was disappointing from beginning to end. Between the rude hostess, slow service, nearly being overcharged, and the lack of care around my baby, this wasn't a pleasant dining experience. Next time, I'll probably make the drive to Fremont for Pho Ha Noi instead.

Shocked I haven't reviewed this place yet...it might be my most frequented pho place ever so how have I not yet??? The fam and I LOVE the pho here and is our top spot for beef pho. The broth has great flavor and they don't skimp you on meat; there is meat down to every last bite of noodles. What makes Hanoi extra amazing is they make other items just as well. Our other must-get is the roasted chicken with crispy sticky rice - so so SO good (apparently, it's so good my family won't even pause to let me take a photo!). And if one of us isn't feeling like having either of these, they even make a good bowl of Bún bò huế. There are very few places (to my knowledge) where they rock at every dish. But Ha Noi has managed to cater to several of our favorite cravings.

I wanted to like this place because my previous experience with their pho was positive. The pho is good--maybe not the best I've had, but definitely solid. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and is usually packed, which is why I decided to bring my brother with me. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. My brother wasn't impressed with the pho, and I decided to try the bun bo hue. The broth lacked the rich, flavorful depth I expect from a good bun bo hue. Instead, it tasted mostly like watered-down fish sauce. To make matters worse, the soup was only lukewarm when it arrived, which is unacceptable for a hot noodle soup. What stood out even more was the lack of attention to detail. I asked our server twice for water for my brother and me. Both times they acknowledged the request, but the water never came. It wasn't a busy-moment oversight either--we waited throughout the meal and were simply forgotten. Another issue was the portion balance. There were far too many noodles and not enough broth, leaving the bowl feeling dry and unbalanced. Based on this visit, it feels like the quality of the soups and the overall service have slipped since my last experience. I brought my brother here hoping he'd enjoy it as much as I did before, but instead we both left disappointed.

Good lord this was good. The pho was loaded up, the joint was nice and clean. Servers were friendly. What more can u want?

This place deserves a higher rating imo. To satiate my pho craving, we ended up in little saigon and decided on this place after seeing how busy it was inside. And for good reason--all the flavors and textures were on point! We ordered the fresh roll combo with three types: shrimp, grilled pork, and viet sausage. I absolutely loved the array of dipping sauces that came with them...I believe there is a classic peanut sauce, fish sauce, and some kind of pumpkin sauce? The rolls themselves were stuffed to the brim and some of the best I've had. We also ordered one bowl of combination pho, which was huge btw. I tried out the beef curry on a whim and it was absolutely delicious with rice! just wish they added in some more veggies instead of just onions and carrots, and while I appreciated the big chunks of short rib, they were not the easiest to eat. They were also giving out complimentary pandan waffles to every table, and omg these were so fluffy and chewy and coconut-y...such a comfort meal and my stomach was definitely happy after.
