This was an A+ experience from start to finish…read more I called and was so pleased that a live human being answered the phone. None of this "press 1 for this, press 2 for that" nonsense. The check in was smooth and easy, and the waiting room was very comfortable. Lots of cozy chairs and pleasant lighting. The two receptionists were very polite and put my mind at ease (I was super nervous.) The technician took the time to explain everything to me and put on the music I asked for. The process was smooth and I felt safe and secure the whole time. The price was great for self-pay and I'm so glad I came here for my MRI.

I just received a call telling me that they cannot do the Cat Scans. The guy told me that they don't do "Gated" chest scans. I said that's screwed up that I'm just now getting a call and obviously he's going to cover for the company and he told me that the people that set up the appointment do not understand the details of the test they do. I said I understand that they don't understand, but the details of the appointments should be reviewed by someone who understands in my opinion about a week after the appointments are made. He said he will make that suggestion, but it's just so sad that nobody within upper management had enough common sense to think about that. So, I'm stuck having to find another place to have my cat scans.

The woman at the front desk was very nice and the three doctors that performed my procedures were very nice, personable and down to earth. They wrote up that my shoulder had over a 50% tear, and unfortunately for me, my doctor scheduled surgery based on that. Had a different radiologist read it, and he said, not even close, wouldn't even recommend therapy, the tear was so small. My wife had a similar experience, with her back, from one of their bad reports. Please do not use this place.
