I went to this Nail spa for the first time and asked for a gel pedicure. I specifically asked for the $40 treatments, then I informed my nail tech that I am very allergic to latex and she ignored me. Her name was Lisa. I am usually very kind and don't leave bad reviews because I just would rather leave good ones, but this experience was really not a good one. Lisa literally made 4 of my toe nails bleed and !!! She was literally throwing all the nail tools in her cart with a bunch of dollar bills touching them and she wouldn't clean them, so I was very scared to get an infection because of my nails bleeding. The gel nail came out so bad, but I didn't say anything I just wanted to leave. I ended up paying $75 dollars and still gave her a $10 tip and I broke out with a rash because of the allergic reaction from her latex gloves and my toes are bruised and hurt. I have been to several nail spas and I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I will not go back. read more

They do not tell you when they are upgrading your service or how much the cost is, and just go ahead and do it. Then they give you a high price when you are finished. I came in for a regular pedicure. She continually asked if I wanted a longer massage or oil, etc, and I said no thank you just regular. She scrubbed my feet at one point but did not mention anything about extra callous removal. At the end she increased the price by $20, saying she did callous. I normally don't like to leave negative reviews of small businesses, but I seriously have to after the fact that they completely ripped me off. I go in for a mani pedi. No gel. Simple enough. One gal starts my pedicure and asks which one I want. She hands me the menu, and I choose the $50 option. I can't remember everything but know that it definitely included callus, 10 minute massage, hot rocks, and the basics. About a minute after this, she gets up and grabs some extra stuff to put in the water, and instantly ups the price to $55. Like what? She just did it. Didn't even ask me. Just said it. "This is now $55." Whatever. I guess I'll pay for it, since I like to enjoy my pedi, and hopefully this will be a nice addition. Nah. She's finished in 10 minutes. Didn't do half the items on their little menu. Now, after someone has been working on my nails for a while, another woman comes up and just starts putting this mask and lotion on my arms. They were clearly leftovers from another client. She continues to do the paraffin which I never asked for. She literally just came out with all of this stuff?! I never said I wanted any of it. She proceeds to tell me that this will all cost $115. I'm like what? How? She said the pedicure is $60, and the mani is $55. When did that happen? It was supposed to be $50 for the pedicure and she didn't do half the stuff that was listed?! And I just wanted a basic manicure. I did not ask for any of the additions. She literally just bombarded me with all of it!! And my nails looked awful after. Definitely not worth $55 at all! I was absolutely shocked. They really did me dirty. I ended up only giving them $100, which I'm not proud of, but whatever. I should have just walked out. If you're a kind looking young gal, you might want to take your business elsewhere! I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience here was genuinely upsetting. While the staff were friendly, the service quality was shockingly poor, especially for the $70 price tag. I received a basic French Tip manicure and pedicure, but neither looked clean or even remotely straight. The first pedicure was so poorly done that I had to ask for it to be redone, which is something I've never had to do before. The entire staff laughed about it. One worker even took an unsolicited photo to show other, further away staff. Even after the redo, the polish was still rushed and uneven. One toe had a French tip that covered half the nail, while others were jagged and mismatched. White polish was left smeared under and around my nails and never cleaned up. The manicure wasn't any better. The polish didn't fully cover some nails, and the French tips were inconsistent from one nail to the next. The filing and trimming were done so quickly that it left my nail tips splitting. Not a single nail looked uniform. I also found it unhygienic that neither of the two staff members doing my nails wore gloves during the service. The moment my top coat dried, I was rushed to pay and leave. read more

I really wanted to like this nail spa but unfortunately it fell flat. I made an appointment for 12:30 but wasn't seen until 12:50, which is fine but it is nice when appointment times are accurate to when you're able to be seen. The tech was sweet and worked fast but you can tell it was a rush job. She used gel x on a few of my nails (the longer ones) and the other half were my (shorter) natural nails. Now half my nails are medium length with the other half being short. The nails that she used gel x on have an insane amount of gel adhesive built under them, like a helmet on my thumb. She also used a very thin layer of bio gel, and I am used to a thicker base to add strength so there is no apex to my nail. Also after coming home and doing some chores, there is debris stuck in my nail so I don't believe they were sealed completely. I now have dark specks all in my polish :(. All in all for $60+$10 tip I will not be back. read more

My pedicure was good. My gel manicure was done by a male, who was a newer technician. I didn't request anyone specific and since I look young and easy going, I think they put me with the newer one. He CREATED cuticles for me. He cut out a lot and basically carved out the sides of my nails. It is quite annoying since I used to work at a high end nail salon and they always told me not to cut my cuticles too much because I didn't have much to begin with and the more you cut the more grows back. So now I consistently have hang nails and a ton of cuticles that I need to go back regularly or it doesn't look feminine. Pretty pissed. read more

Horrible experience. I came here because a couple weeks ago I had went & got a solid color & was pleased by the outcome. This time, I requested a design that I really didn't think was going to be that difficult to manage. To start off the experience, the man doing my nails nicked the side of my thumb nail when removing my previous color and clearly was aware of it because he reacted. I assumed I didn't need to tell him to file it down so it would go back to an even edge but he never did. Then the color I chose apparently takes 48 coats to not be transparent in the light (it still is) and he was bothered that I wanted a third coat despite being able to see through my nail. Mind you, the color is a dark green so why do they purchase colors that take several coats to get to the color advertised on the example? Oh forgot to mention, after shaving off my old color, he didn't bother brushing off the dust or having me wash my hands so of course as he started to put the color on, the specs were showing up on the nail. I mentioned it to him and he said he would fix it, yet never did. As all this was happening, they decided it was the perfect time to do some construction, so I had the lovely sound of a drill and several other things blaring in my ear most of the time. That type of thing shouldn't be done until before or after hours or maybe give a heads up when people are booking, that there's going to be a ton of unnecessary noise during the appointment. Getting your nails is supposed to be relaxing and everything about this appointment was just the opposite. The saga continues. As I mentioned, the design I chose was not very difficult. Two solid green nails, one nail with simplistic flowers, one with a mushroom & polka dots & tiny stars and one checkered. Nothing wild. The flowers are a mess, one of them isn't even closed while the middle dot doesn't even align properly on half of them. It was insanely difficult for him to achieve the mushroom and when he finally did, there was no room for the stars so he went ahead and just did polka dots that are bulky and unpleasant. Finally, the checkered nail. He decided it was going to be too difficult to get the green dark enough so he said we need to choose another design. He gave some suggestions I wasn't into and I was so done that I just asked him to do some squiggly lines. Somehow he couldn't manage those either. There's gaps between the two colored lines although I asked him to please fill them in. The green smeared into the base color on both squiggly lined nails and it looks so sloppy. $75 for that experience is infuriating. Won't be coming back for obvious reasons. I felt like an inconvenience whenever I mentioned something that wasn't right so eventually I just stopped saying anything. If you don't know how to do designs, don't volunteer to do a set for someone who is requesting designs. It's unfair to the customer who is apparently a bother everytime they open their mouth. It's not my fault you don't know what you're doing. read more

First time at this spa- in the beautiful Westlake Promenade. Look for the tesla chargers all the way in the back- they are next to Charles Schwab. Very relaxing massage chairs. I have been so stressed with tax season and body been tense and migraines- this is just what I needed! So many nail polishes and color options, I think gel is only $15 more.
