Incompetent staff injured both my arms during a donation. I tried calling them many times for 3 days straight after they injured both my arms and they never ever answered the phone no matter what time of day I called. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. got pricked, got blood pressure, got tested. WAITED FOR TWO HOURS FOR PHYSICAL. finally got fed up, asked how much longer. nurse said 3 hours and i asked if i could reschedule then. the nurse for my physical came out to get me, as they rescheduled me BUT THEY WOULDNT UNDO IT. So i had to leave. now my whole process was lost and i have to redo ALLL OF IT for the rescheduled date. I'm taking this to corporate or i deserve a compensation for wasting my time, blood, and morning on disrespectful nurses. read more

I have been coming here a few times now and the techs in the front are great and fast. Once you get to the beds my issue is the techs that should be working are too busy having a conversation non work related and machines are going off bc people are done yet they leave you sitting for an additional 10-20 min with that needle stuck in your arm. Today several techs would not acknowledge me and i sat a good extra 20 minutes when they know they heard my machine was done. Then when the lady walks over she acknowledged the latino girl whos machine had just started beeping instead of me. Then the girl told her i am first and i said to the tech ive been waiting almost 20 minutes. She didnt bother to say im sorry or anything. Instead she said something in spanish to the other tech and they both started laughing. This is not good buisness and i feel discriminated against. Im going to start going to a different center if the techs are going to treat african american people so poorly. read more

I wish I could recommend this Biolife but having 31 people in the vitals line in front of me with one vitals station running is betraying the forced appointments BioLife imposes on us. Doing the math: 5 minutes for vitals per person (generously) means I will be in line for 2 hours and 35 minutes just to get to vitals . . . I'm starting to think it's not worth coming here anymore. Update I can't believe how accurate my earlier timing was. They sent more people for vitals and that led to a new line of people to get stuck. My appointment was at 2:10 and it's now 4:50 and I still have no needle in my arm. BioLife should have a warning disclaimer on their app "You must be on time, and budget 3 to 4 hours per appointment as we don't know how to operate a center effectively". read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The staff are very rude and disrespectful and they were even worse when many patients are there (which is all the time). They don't care about peoples time (I had an appointment at 1pm and donated at 7:30) and also some of them don't know how to find a vein (took 2 people to find mine and I did all the pre-donation things like drink a lot of water etc). If you are looking for a good friendly donation center don't come here. I recommend Moreno Valley. read more

Staff is very friendly & professional! My appointment started at 11:30 by about 2 I started donating there is a process for first time donors. I didn't get to make a full donation my left vein got swollen and slowed the blood flow and my right vein also got swollen I believe they told me . I was still compensated for my time . Not sure if I'll try it again since I have small veins but I definitely recommend it if they don't have a hard time finding your veins at the lab when your doctor sends you for blood work read more

This place is by far one of the worst experiences I've had with a business. Aside from the wait times (to be expected), this place is rude and unprofessional on so many levels. My fiance would go at least twice a week for over a year to donate until one day he got a letter in the mail from Biolife saying he was HIV positive! Naturally, we both were taken back by the news. Being 8 months pregnant I contacted my OB asap to get tested. We BOTH did! Within a day of receiving the news we were both tested and by the next day our results came back NEGATIVE! My fiance called biolife and the female that answered the phone laughed at the possibility he could be infected and said he needed to speak with the nurse. When the nurse was addressed with the issue she casually stated "oh yes! 9 out 10 false positives do occur but even though you are negative you aren't welcome back here as you were identified to have the disease". The STRESS that we were both under in this time was unmeasurable! People's lives can be ruined with news like this and to be disregarded by the people who gave the false positive is garbage. If you attend this facility and don't think this could happen to you, you're wrong. Regardless you're still black balled. Biolife Riverside, YOU SUCK! read more

Had an appointment at 3:40 and I got there I 3:30. Didn't get my physical until 7 just for them to tell me I can't donate. Extremely unorganized they were letting people who got there after me get the physical before me. They didn't do anything until i went up to the first desk lady and then suddenly I was next. other than the wait times everything is good here! most of the staff i've came across is very nice and helpful. except for one her name is catelyn she is very rude and apparently only knows how to be nice when it's a man sitting in front of her flirting with her. read more

DOLORES AND DANY ARE THE WORST. I called to make sure I could show up 15 minutes early and still start my test, I still get an error when I start my test, I go to the front and Dani is there I tell her I just talked to someone over the phone and they said that it would be fine if I was early and right away with an attitude she says "oh no that's not happening we don't do early appointments you can either wait or leave" i say then why did they just tell me that on the phone "don't know but it's our policy" I say ok can I talk to someone else she tells me no! I say there has to be someone higher than you she says their isn't, I say ok well then I'll just call corporate and she magically finds another supervisor goes and gets her, this one DOLORES just as nasty as her, she says "idk who you talked to but they gave u wrong information" like ok then why don't you monitor the phones better? Been donating plasma for a couple months now and everytime is a delight. From the staff greeting you at the door to the staff getting me ready for the donation process. Jackson is one of the first few friendly faces that made the donation process easy for me and always has a great energetic vibe to him. Joy is one of my favorite techs there she always makes sure I'm okay and checks in with me if I need anything. Last donation I had brought my squeezing mechanism and wasn't helping with blood flow so she recommended a rolled up paper towel and it worked MIRACLES ! I was glad she was there to make my donation process so much easier and faster. I also like the way she attends donors and frequently makes sure there are no problems. Joy makes the donors feel safe and makes the donation process feel less of a pill. Would recommend this place to all my friends and family ! Thank you all for what you do. read more
