Not only did she bruise me up like crazy but others too, continuously asking others for help DO NOT GET STICKED BY HER. I am a new patient so I got here 10min early. It's 20 min past my appointment and I still haven't seen anyone. So after waiting 30min for someone to see me, I spoke with the staff. They told me that it takes anywhere from 3-4 hrs and if we run out of time, you can't donate. So we will take a sample and pay you $10. I hate that I went here, because the time I wasted I can't get back. read more

Grifols is to slow for little pay. They have one person doing check ins that constantly keeps walking away. You check in at a certain time and don't get seen til 2-3 hours after your appointment. Restrooms are filthy also read more

My take on Grifols is that they try but unfortunately the staff is unprofessional.To much talking and not enough focus on what needs to be done They don't have good leadership in management and supervisors.Very unorganized and they don't set a team daily routine to make sure that the recipients are seen as well as prioritizing comfort,and out the door in a timely manner.If it was up to me I would fire every last one of there asses and hire people who will practice and apply those standards I just mentioned. read more

I would give it a zero rating. I was there for 4 hours today, 10:42 to 2:40 with a 1 hour donation; another 20 minutes on the phone after donating. I get out and check the balance on the new card because they cancelled my other one, which still had money on it, new card only had $45. Thats like $11.25 for each hour. I call them and said Betty told me my first 4 donations would be $100, they said, 'Betty should have told you better information' are you kinding me; you had 4 hours to tell me better information. First time i came in was last year, the facility in general operated much differently; they had a staff of about ten maybe twelve people but now a days after having donated well over seventy times; they hardly have six or seven girls running the entire building with one much older lady kind of just supervising. I take it this is a privately owned and operated enterprise but geez these people for how much they and let's just be real for a moment, they should be more welcoming and should actually run raffles; instead they rather make your life more difficult than it needs to be. Tell me why they removed the kiosks in the first place if they really care about helping the community. I'm in the process of reporting these people to Better Business Bureu so they can actually get a proper audit these folks are taking advantage of the young adults who really need every dollar they spend with their plasma card. None of this is funny; they're telling me my blood sample is still in Florida not having been looked at; and therefore I can't donate Well if that's the thanks I get after all the bountiful medicine I gave you through my veins, then it will give me joy to say that these people really do make me sick to my stomach; with their condescending nature (whispering sorry every other line, like what's that about) while wearing their wrinkly blue scrubs.... so out of fashion, so out of touch with our reality as it seems. You'll be hearing from very important people soon who are gonna handle this one way or another; I can see why they no longer call themselves GCAM. A $75 donation turned into 35$ and a waste of time and nothing was done to mitigate the mistake they made This was one of my worst experiences as a donor I made the trip to Grifols under the impression I'll be a returning donor and this would be a smooth quick process although when I arrived I was notified that my first donation was lost and that I'd have have to start the new donor process (a 3 hour process) not including trip time and wait time to only have them deduct my compensation $75 to $35 due to me already being a return donor which is a huge waste of time, compared to other a biolife read more

This is the third time I call before donating plasma and each time I have gotten "it's not that busy". Then it ends up being a 3hr wait. No way it went from not busy to 3 hrs of a wait. I arrived within 20 minutes of calling. This time I left within 40 minutes of arriving because I just couldn't stand the idea of having to wait like I have in the past. This is the most poorly structured plasma center I have been to. The only thing they have going for them is that their pay structure is better than their neighboring plasma competitors. read more

The people that work here are completely disinterested. I don't know maybe they work with people that are difficult or in difficult situations I'm not sure. But I did not end up donating, they couldn't verify me. Which I found funny since I go through background checks for my work. The woman that I dealt with just was completely disinterested. I would never go back there. Maybe it's great for some people and I think that's wonderful but for me, if I want to be treated like that I would live a different lifestyle. read more

Horrible experience, I was only able to donate one time . Even then this facility doesn't clean your arm before putting the needle in your arm. Also, the phone app is terrible, you can't make an appointment online until you have donated 2 times. I had trouble verifying my address so now I can't donate a 2nd time.. I try to call to make an appointment and no one answers, they seem to be short staffed. I totally recommend to go to another Plasma center because this place is not very organized, sanitary and low staffed. read more

Absolutely crazy process. The app is terrible, there's next to zero information about how to come in. Half the time there's no one at the front. Add about 45 minutes on top of the high end of how long they say it will take. So glad I only came for the new donor bonus and will be going right back to my usual plasma donation place after next week. Come get your new donor bonus then never come back. read more

Everytime i come here everyone is always so polite and professional. As soon as I walk into the doors I get greeted. They make the process so fast and painless. Grifols staff is the worst. They set and talk and giggle while your machine is having a melt down with lights and sounds going off. I had a bad stick and my arm got all black and blue foe two week the whole time 2 ladies were talking and laughing while machine was buzzing and lights going off. They will set you down and scan you in and ten minutes later stick you. Sometimes they use iodine sometimes they don't but rarely ask if you are allergic to iodine.... Half the scales don't work and most of the time booth #6 will be deferred. Avoid #6 setting down on the job lady at all costs. read more

This place has horrible customer service, and they take their sweet time paying you after you donate. I was at the gas pump for 4 hours waiting for them to pay me. They never answer their phones it seems like , they dig those needles around looking for veins I thought they were trained for this. Takes on average almost 3 hours to get in and out of there not to mention the pay takes a while to receive . Even with the new appointment program I still have to wait at least an hour to get seated . Plus phlebotomist have no brains cells always takes multiple stabs to find a vein . Totally disappointed in my experience. After an hour of various tests and questions got permanently disqualified for being a cancer survivor (melanoma). They now have an over abundant amount of personal information that they refused to destroy. Should have asked the simple question about whether or not you've ever had any type of cancer right at the beginning instead of wasting people's time. read more
