I only wanted my money back for services not rendered. The Dr swiped my credit card with no mention of no refund and it is not on the receipt. I asked multiple times for the policy during the back and forth text messages and he finally sent me a paste of the policy. I posted a review on google and the response from the "Dr" was I was a "no show" but someone sent me a snapshot of cancelled on the paper. Just beware going to this office and leaving money. And I didnt see any results from the first treatment as stated either. I also wrote the BBB to report the harassment of them sending me multiple appts and also stating I would have to pay for the full package and not receive back my money paid for no services. Great way to get more money from me...
