This time around, I added the digital retina scans because I experienced sudden floaters recently. Dr. Claiboine reviewed the images with me in detail and at this time, it is not something I need to worry about which brought me much comfort. We did my usual contact lens and glasses exam. After getting the trial contacts in, you are free to leave or you can check out the wide array of glasses they have to offer. Otherwise, you can get a copy of the prescription to buy it elsewhere. Then the project manager twice failed to return phone calls after they scheduled me to visit the eye surgery office which was WAY over in Maitland, where you have to visit at least three times. Nothing made me confident in this chain clinic, so I asked my insurance firm to cancel them so I could find another firm like one recommended by a surgeon frient. These guys failed customer service 101 and need to take a course in customer relations from Disney, which is an actual ccourse and our Lake County DMV has gone and are much better than this schlock outfit.
