This is not the original restaurant like we expected. It's the room space with lock box. We decided to give it a try . We ordered through this iPad then pay then they will send you a text to pick up your order in a box on the wall. 1st my whole order was wrong . We ordered through 2 original chicken sandwich. 2 chicken and waffles. Both of the sandwiches were spicy. Both chicken and waffles with no syrup. Cold fries. No Napkins nothing but ketchup for those cold fries. Wow. So who do you complain to about this. We didn't notice until we got back to the hotel room. Visiting the Anaheim area this will not be my to go lock box or not These kind of places will make the restaurant name go BAD with this kind of service from the box location This is not for me. I am disappointed with my order my $72 bucks is not worth it.

Bird-N-Bun is located in a business district and shares its kitchen with 25+ other small restaurants. One has to place and pay an order online and then one will receive a text when one's order is ready. The text also says not to go inside until you receive a text saying the order is ready and to just wait in the parking lot until such time. I wanted to see how this place stacks up to all the other fried chicken spots popping up so I went with some chicken tenders and a biscuit bird. Chicken Tenders ($9) - I probably should have gone with the spicy option as these tenders were a little plain to me in terms of taste. They also weren't that crispy. As for the size of the tenders, they were about the same size (big) as compared to some of the other popular fried chicken spots. For my sauce I went with bird sauce which was like some comeback sauce. Biscuit Bird ($5) - This consisted of a small fried chicken breast piece with mustard on a toasted honey butter biscuit. I was a little disappointed with the size and taste of this. The mustard definitely didn't go with the chicken. Overall I loved the efficiency of the ordering and pick up here. I thought the pricing for everything was the going market rate at other fried chicken spots. The chicken tenders here are big, but not so crispy and don't have much flavor. I'd probably pass on this place as there are some other better spots in the area.

I found this restaurant on Yelp. You'll need to order online because of the way this restaurant works. They only have a place to pick up your order. As for the food. The waffle fries were delicious and I had the deluxe chicken sandwich. The sandwich comes with Cole slaw on it and they works together well The chicken was cook and flavored well. The sandwich was delicious. I'll be going down to try out the menu items

Came to this location for there Grand Opening Tuesday night around 7:15 p.m. I ordered off of yelp @7 p.m. I ordered the $5.00, Spicy Bird-Fried Chicken Sandwich, (fried chicken breast + spicy bird sauce + pickles on a brioche bun), I also added pepper jack cheese for an additional cost of $0.59 and a side of waffle fries for $3.99. So finding the place is a little complicated. It is located in a business area next to the Ice Skating arena. Parking is difficult to find as they have a lot of spots for no parking. I walked up to the door and saw you could scan for a QR code. I walked in and they had some tablets available to order if you didn't order ahead. They have two benches to wait for your food. Also have these spots to wait to go up to the counter. I went up to the counter and asked for my order. I was surprised when the young gentleman said what restaurant? I was confused because I didn't know they have several restaurants to pick up from this location. So I said, "Bird 'n Bun." He then asked for first and last name. So after the gave me my order I went out to my car to eat my meal. They give you cute paper bag that is stapled closed. My meal was ok for the price. The sandwich was very spicy but lacked sauce. The chicken was juicy and very spicy (coming from someone who loves spicy). My waffle fries were a different story. They came in a cup with one side of ketchup. 1st set was cold and hard to eat. So I went back to exchange them and my 2nd set was also hard and cold. Very disappointing for a $3.99 serving. It's like they have them already cooked sitting under a heating lamp. Just know this place is not an actual restaurant and looks like a regular business building. This was there 1st day so hopefully they will improve and I can come back to try it again.

    Oh so cute packaging!

Came to the Grand Opening. The food was quite tasty. I ordered both the sandwich and tenders. Both were extremely generous in portion. The chicken was juicy and tasted very fresh. The batter was seasoned well and crispy. Neither tasted greasy or oily. Congratulations on your launch and best wishes. I look forward to trying some other menu items next time.

Doing my part to " Spread The Bird" The location may be in odd place(back part of an industrial park) but the food is excellent!! I tried the Deluxe spicy sandwich with pepper jack and it was delicious!! Big portion of chicken breast, not dry very juicy, sauce was on point, and the coleslaw was great Also tried the tenders and they also did not disappoint. Just enough batter, great crunch and also very juicy Waffle fries are also excellent Sorry Chick fil A and Canes but Bird N Bun in my opinion has both of them beat!!

I've tried more than ten different chicken sandwich places and this place is the absolute best. What makes it the best for me is how juicy the chicken was. Every bite of the sandwich was very pleasant with a very crunchy but not overwhelming breading on the outside complemented perfectly with the juicy chicken on the inside. The buns were great as well. I highly suggest you try the waffle fries as well. Generous portion and very well seasoned.

Garbage. Not a restaurant. Not fast food. Not even good. Tiny portion is overpriced. There is absolutely no service. Who thought people would want to get their food out of a locker? Easily one of the worst food experiences I've ever had

(There are also small paper menus available but the aesthetic is a treat!) it's a small spot, but it exudes personality and a homey vibe. It's like a pub setting you see in Shaun of the Dead but much more comfortable and low key. The servers were very friendly and attentive to our table. I tried the French Dip and the BLT. Both were delicious and packed with meat. One thing about Windsor Brown's is they DO NOT skimp on the meats! Huge points! I executed a beautiful cheese pull upon my first bite, but could not capture it on picture because I ate too fast! So you'll just have to take my word for it. My family also enjoyed their sandwiches. They tried the Devil Made Me Do It and another sandwich with ghost peppers. We all left with our bellies full and our spirits high! 5/5 WILL return next time I'm in town.

What made the stop even better was the service behind the bar. The employee taking our order and serving the sandwich was genuinely pleasant, attentive, and accommodating, offering great recommendations that made choosing easy and the experience even smoother. The sourdough was exactly how it should be: fresh, crisp, lightly toasted and sturdy enough to hold everything together. Inside, Calabrian deviled egg salad met a perfectly jammy egg, spicy mayo and peppers for a creamy, tangy kick with just the right amount of heat. Messy? A little. Worth it? Absolutely. This was a lip-smacking, reach-for-another-bite kind of sandwich. We didn't have time to dive into the beer selection, but there were plenty of tempting options. With its business-district location, this would be an easy stop after work for a cold brew and a seriously good sandwich. Quick stop. Great service. Killer sandwich. The Devil Made Me do it.

We were headed toward REI to grab some outdoor chairs and decided to stop at GHOST Sando Shop in Huntington Beach. I've driven past this place plenty of times and never really knew what it was. It also happened to be one of the only places open in the shopping center that early, so we figured, why not? Man, we had no idea what we were missing. We ordered the Melrose for ourselves and a Club for our daughter. Marco took our order and was also the one making the sandwiches. A few minutes after we sat down, he actually walked over and asked me, "Are you sure you want the pepperoncini and tomato on the Club?" My first thought was basically, uhhh... yeah, of course I do! Then it clicked. The Club was for our daughter. Marco had remembered that from our conversation when we ordered and knew that a lot of kids probably aren't exactly excited about pepperoncini and tomatoes. Meanwhile, Dad over here completely forgot to ask for them off. That might seem like such a small thing, but THAT is customer service. Marco wasn't just taking an order, collecting payment, and moving on to the next customer. He was actually paying attention. He remembered who the sandwich was for and took the extra few seconds to come over and double check before making it. Good looking out, Marco. Seriously. And that wasn't the only interaction we had with him. Marco was incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in. He talked with us, answered questions, and even gave us suggestions on other sandwiches we should try the next time we come back. Nothing felt forced or scripted. It was just genuine conversation from someone who seemed to actually care whether we enjoyed our experience. There were only two guys working while we were there, yet everything was running smoothly. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, the bright green interior gives the place its own personality, and there's plenty of seating inside along with a really nice outdoor patio area. And most importantly, the sandwiches were GOOD. The Melrose was a great first choice, and Melody enjoyed her Club, thankfully without Dad accidentally loading it up with pepperoncini. We also grabbed some Calypso lemonades, which went perfectly with everything. We originally stopped here simply because it was open and convenient. Now it's somewhere we'll intentionally come back to. There are thousands of places where you can buy a sandwich. What makes you remember a restaurant is usually the people behind the counter. Marco made us remember GHOST. Excellent food, clean restaurant, great atmosphere, and genuinely outstanding customer service. We'll definitely be back, and next time, Marco, we're taking you up on those recommendations.
