I saw this off the side of the road and visually this place looks amazing. But this may be the only amazing thing about this place. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, service was good but they avoid contact and do not interact with you. When I went to sit down almost all the tables are dirty and it's a bit unsettling. When I received my food it visually was at max a 4/10 at best, the chicken was unappealing and flat. The taste of this sandwich was next to nothing but it was incredibly hot. Do not order from DoorDash. This is the third time they've gotten my order wrong. This last time was the most disappointing. I ordered two sandwiches and three sides. When the order arrived, the bag said "bag 1 or 1" and was completely sealed. Showing that the order was untouched. However when I opened the bag, only the sandwiches were there. I've been passing by this cute little place for weeks and finally decided to pop in and give it a try. My service was through the drive thru. Staff was very kind and friendly and the line moved quickly! While the service was excellent, I found myself a little disappointed with the food. I ordered the original sandwich and some tater tots. The chicken was nicely breaded and seasoned and the pickles were juicy and fresh. It was overall great. What I found disappointing were the tots. They were cooked perfectly, but I'm definitely not a fan of the birdcall seasoning on them. The taste reminded me of eating super salty bbq lays- only worse. I ended up tossing them out. I love having a decent place to eat so close to home. The staff is always friendly and efficient (shout out to CJ!) and the food is delicious! There's even a new veggie burger that is mushroom based and very yummy. the sides, especially the Brussels Sprout slaw, and, of course, the tater tots. Came here and was very pleasantly surprised by how hot their spicy chicken sandwich is I'm left disappointed most of the time but this was the perfect spice level! If you go get yourself a milkshake trust they are stupid expensive but I would say worth it especially for your first time going. I'm not sure what is going on with this place, but the service has gone downhill over the past month. We live nearby and have gone often since it's opening last summer. The food is "generally" consistent and the curb side delivery was great.... until it wasn't. We placed an order last month and after waiting more than 20 minutes in the car for our food, I went inside. It took a while for anyone to even acknowledge me, and when they did, they brought me a bag of cold food. It had been sitting there for a very long time. After getting in the car, I realized they forgot to give us our drinks and shakes. Went through the same process again of trying to find someone to help me. Finally got the rest of our order and started driving out of the parking lot and realized they didn't give us straws for the shakes. We were not heading home, so needed them in order to drink them. Back in the store for the 3rd time. This whole process took an hour from ordering online to finally having our most of our order. The food was cold and they forgot the sauces. Miserable experience. Well, we decided to try again last night and had the same issue. I sat in my car for more than 15 minutes until I gave up and walked in to get my food. Again, it had been sitting there for a long time. The tater tots were cold and rubbery. Let's be clear- the restaurant was empty. There were a handful of guests dining in, and a couple cars in the drive through. They were not slammed, the bartender was goofing off. Bottom line is don't offer curbside if you have no plans on delivering it. Train your staff. We won't be back and it's a shame because we had so been looking forward to some new options in this neck of the woods. read more

You expect it to be fried potato, but when you take a bite, and it's just fried exoskeleton. I honestly don't know what else to call it. Filling-less fried crunch nuggets disguised as tots. Ate here for the first time tonight after getting a flyer in the mail. Tried the nashville hot and southern style chicken sandwiches. Both were excellent. The slaw was so-so but the tots and brussel sprouts were incredible. The ordering process with kiosks were a little overwhelming for an older couple we saw walk in, but the manager didn't miss a beat in helping them and making sure they were taken care of. The staff were very attentive. It was a nice surprise and if the service doesn't wane as time goes by this place will be a regular stop for me and my wife.
