Came here for the first time and I left loving my nails. Kim was amazing, she was very nice and sweet. Probably the best nail tech I've ever experienced in my life. Price was reasonable for what I got as well. Definitely will be coming back here

Messaged Kayla for a last minute appointment and she was able to accommodate me! I asked for a jinx inspired nails from the show arcane and my nails came out so cute! We did chrome on one of the finger with the smiley.. and added cat eye just to be extra. Thank you to Lana as well for doing my gel pedi! One coat OPI funny bunny and two coats OPI bubble bath came out soo cute!

Did not feel like she was rushing my service even though it was towards the ending of the day. I got the royal pedicure with gel polish. Very reasonable prices for the quality of service. Will definitely be back again and with my out of town guests. Mahalo Sweet Nails and Kayla for coming to my rescue after a long day's work!

I went as a walk-in and would not recommend it. Needless to say I did not have Kayla who has received glowing reviews. I requested a regular manicure and needed gel polish removed. At first the service was fine until the nail technician cut my cuticles so close they bled. I asked that my nails be shaped and rounded, and when she finished, none of my nails were consistent length, and a few seemed too pointed (not what I asked for). The polish application, after drying, was not even and looked unprofessional. Never have I walked out of a nail salon and had polish still stuck to my fingers. I didn't have time to complain to the manager, nor did I have time for a re-application. All I can say is buyer beware. read more

I Just had the worst pedicure ive ever had in 25 years! It lasted a half hour. Every pedicure ive ever had has been at least an hour. This was basically a polish change with a washing of my feet. She did nothing and super expensive for what she did. Go somewhere else. Theres nail shop on every corner this place isnt quality. read more

This Sweet nails is in Southern Highlands. Went in to have old gels taken off (they were only on half of the nails). Took less than 5 minutes to remove gel. Trimmed cuticles and called it a manicure. I requested no polish, but did not even get oil on my cuticles. Whole thing took aproximately 15 minutes (and I am being kind) and she charged me $35.00. Won't be going back! read more

Was charged $10 to soak my hands in this chemical that burned my skin and made it insanely dry. I came in and asked to have my acrylics taken off. Every other time i have had this done they cut and use objects to pop off the acrylic and it takes 10 minutes or less. I soaked my hands for 15 minutes and she said i needed to soak for 10 more. I told her it hurt my skin and she said she can't take them off for me and to wash my hands. Sent me off looking like this!! So disappointed and frustrating- had to go to another salon to have them fix. Which they used tools and popped the nails off just fine read more

Nails came out horrible. During the process I told her there's a gap between my nails & the fake nail. She said she'll fix it and used glue to close it. It's chunky underneath now-way too thick. She rushed and my nail is already chipped. The quality is horrible. read more

After I got home and took a closer look, I noticed that my toenails were trimmed unevenly and lacked a consistent shape. The massage portion of the pedicure was enjoyable and well done, but the nail care itself was not up to the level I was hoping for, which was the main reason for my visit. With so many excellent nail salons to choose from in Las Vegas, I do not think I will be returning. Spending over $70 plus a tip for this level of service did not feel worthwhile. I hope they place more emphasis on consistency and quality in their nail services going forward.

However, I recently attended a wedding overseas where the nail tech doing the bridal party only worked with acrylic, so I ended up with acrylics and just needed a fill to maintain them. I booked an appointment online for an acrylic fill, which their system confirmed, and also got a basic pedicure. I arrived on time and the entire visit took almost two hours. Right from the start, instead of being welcomed, I was greeted with visible annoyance for showing up. I'm still not sure why there was an issue since the appointment came directly through their own booking system. The pedicure was fine, but the acrylic fill was honestly one of the worst nail services I've had. The technician was clearly talking about me and mocking me to other technicians which felt incredibly disrespectful. If they didn't want to do the acrylic fill, I would have much preferred they simply decline the service rather than making me feel uncomfortable for the entire appointment. There were also several issues with the service itself: No hand washing/brushing nails between the acrylic work and polish which I've never experienced i wasn't really allowed to choose my own polish color - they kept pushing certain colors The technician opened the door super dramatically while talking trash under her breath - I guess because of the acrylic smell which made the whole service feel even more chaotic. My cuticles weren't pushed back or even trimmed at all which was shocking. No lotion or quick hand massage, which normally comes with even a basic service. I also mentioned it was my first time, yet they never offered the new customer discount they advertise on their website. On top of that, the salon appeared unclean, basic sanitation steps during the nail service seemed to be skipped, and they had children working to clean up the salon and doing custodial work. Between the attitude, poor acrylic work, and lack of professionalism, I won't be returning. Save your money and go somewhere more professional like MJ's or Nail Forum

It's also reasonably priced, though be aware this is a cash only establishment, so no cards, but they do have an ATM. Overall, Good Times Barbershop lives up to its name. It is always a great experience coming here and I highly recommend this business.

I only write reviews if it's exceptionally great or insanely bad. This place has lost both of my sisters' and my business before (I used to live in Vegas). I don't know why I decided to give them another chance. Maybe it was the banner that said it was under new management and I was visiting from out of town? Bad mistake. First off, DON'T EVER GET your eyebrows WAXED AT THIS PLACE! They double dip their wax sticks, meaning, they don't use a new stick to dip in the wax. And that means a hot wax pot sits there with all other people's skin oils and bacteria brewing in it all day. This lady also went tweezer-happy. She was plucking so fast that she plucked my skin half the time and I now have two slits of blood on the side of my eye. I started to question how clean this place is because the lady got the tweezers from some drawer, not from a UV sanitizer. Every other place I've been to gets tweezers from some kind of sanitizer. I bolted to Walgreens once out the door to get some Neosporin. This place isn't as good as it used to be. New management made it worse. By the way, they aren't nice to you if you don't get a lot of services done either, which leads me to believe that they are fake and money hungry. Hint - you don't readily see a price chart anywhere. The lady got really rude when I changed my mind about getting my nails done after the answer I got about the cleanliness of their tools. They may make nails look awesome and make you feel good with the hot stones but think twice. I don't think the risk in catching some type of fungus or possibly getting an infection from unsanitized tools is a good price to pay for beautiful nails. I'm not a crazy germ-a-phobe by any means but I don't want another person's dirty toenail residue getting on my feet or somebody's skin disease on my hands. Would you want that?? Washing isn't good enough. It needs to be sanitized not once a day but after each individual use!! Makes you wonder. Why aren't they up to other salon's clean standards? Unfortunately, I had such a bad experience that I had to write about it. Shame on me for not listening to my sisters' bad thoughts about this place. My one sister stopped going because they didn't even help her very pregnant self put her slippers back on after her pedicure, while they helped put on slippers on women who weren't even pregnant. They were too busy trying to talk the next customer into getting more services done. You call that great customer service? I'm never coming back here and I'll make sure all my friends won't either. read more

I have been going to this establishment for quite some time and Doan has been my nail technician. I called to schedule an appointment with Doan and they stated she had turned in her notice and "had no way to contact her." I find this very hard to believe. Be forewarned!!! If you find someone at this establishment that you REALLY like, get their personal contact information! The salon will tell you they do not have any contact information and I am confident they could if they wanted. NOT going back if for no other reason than being lied to. If anyone knows where Doan is please let me know!! read more

Sweet Nails now has a horrible reputation throughout the community due to dirty tools covered in Fungus, over charging their customers, long wait times, & shitty nail work that only last a few days to a week if your lucky, plus multiple bad reviews on Yelp, Google, & Facebook. Business has gone down hill for Sweet Nails & their reputation is garnished which forced the owners to open up Cactus Nail & Spa right down the street! READ all the bad reviews before you come here! I wish I would have. I caught a fungus from a pedicure here & the owner could care less! Stay Away!!! read more

Kim is the best nail tech around unfortunately she is out on maternity leave. I have been coming to the salon for 3 years. The techs have a hard time remember the same face, and seem to not take a liking when customers come in while they are on their cellphones, iPads etc. Kim is very personable with EVERY customer including myself. I have a hard time draging myself to the salon while Kim is away. I hope that the other technicians learn customer services including the manager, maybe take some notes from your newest tech at the salon? Hats off to you Kim (: read more

They do awesome nails, but their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Especially Ivy, she is very rude and has no sense of customer service. I have been told 3 or 4 times in the past couple of months that I cannot be seen AFTER already having an appointment. It saddens me to know that there is such blatant disregard to loyal paying customers. I love Vanna, Donnie, and Tom. It's just shameful that they will lose customers because the regard for their clients is not there. read more

She does an awesome job making sure I'm happy with how she holds my hand to an awesome job with the way she polishes my nails. I tried the cat eye color on c-36. Wow! Not sure how they justify the $95.00 cost of a gel mani,pedi. Nails and feet were in good condition and needed very little TLC. Was disappointed by the cost and bloody toe that my pedicurist hoped I would not notice. It does happen, but it tends to comes with an apology. Not this time.
