I was very disappointed especially when I love their food so much and as much as they can be very expensive. I really enjoy having their food. They're usually at the haster Park at the food truck and I usually go there a lot now. I will admit that I was getting here on the later side but I got here at about 8:35 and I knew that the truck closed at 9:00 but as soon as I got there not only was he very rude but he was saying that they practically already closed up. So practically all of the options were gone and essentially said if I want food I must order tacos which was fine. But I just was really ridiculous that they closed at 9:00 and it was not even 8:45 when I was told this. I think it's really unprofessional. If your truck says 9:00 then that's when you should be staying there and I think you shouldn't be rude about it. Especially when we're paying about $60 worth of food every time. It makes me not want to eat here anymore. I'm just really sad that the restaurant and the company allows these guys to do that and be rude and disrespectful. I don't usually go for asada as a protein option but it was definitely my favorite of the three because meat was smoky and juicy. I did not order the consome for my birria but the meat already soaked in so much of the broth that you can get away with not ordering the consome, but order it if you can!
