Meat: 10/10 -- flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Service: 10/10 -- friendly, fast, and efficient. Price: 10/10 -- surprisingly affordable, especially being so close to Disneyland. Food overall: 10/10 -- absolutely worth the trip. The atmosphere is more of a casual, fast-food-style Mexican spot, and the building itself is pretty small and can get a little warm inside. But for me, a restaurant doesn't need to be fancy when the food is this good. Great food will always make up for a simple location. Easy 5/5 stars from me. I used to eat from this place almost every week because the food is great and I live nearby. It's almost 3 years since I fell in love with this place ever since I moved here. I made an online order yesterday for 12 tacos, 1 quesadilla, and 1 mulita. When I got my order, I didn't find any mulita so I gave the store a call to make sure the order was not packaged so I can either pick it up or just get my refund. I didn't want to cause any trouble. When the female cashier picked it up, she already sounded rude. I just brushed it aside and I told her that I got my order but didn't get my mulita and just wanted to check in case if they had it so I can pick it up or get my refund. She then cut me off and told me that she packaged it and I should have the order. I said I don't have all the orders and just got 4 plates instead. She continued to cut me off and said she packaged all 5 plates and told me to check it again despite me telling her that I don't have all 5 plates. She became even more rude, hostile, and impossible to talk to despite me just asking questions so my family has enough food for the dinner. I know restaurants make mistakes and get their orders wrong sometimes, but if you're not going to admit that mistake and accuse me of lying while giving me false informations, that's when I draw the line. Everything is delicious though the potato and the nachos are like a sharing portion sizes. The tacos are doubled up tortillas and ALOT of meat!! I had two carnitas tacos and one asada taco and they were both excellent. The carnitas was not fatty and they do not skimp on the portions. I'm picky about carne asada and their's is really good. Good bbq flavor, tender and not chewy, and no noticeable fat or gristle in the meat. If I'm in the neighborhood, I will eat here again. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that there are a few sketchy people around the outside premises. Probably due to Salvation Army being right next door. We rarely have to wait here and it's consistently super good. For my family I normally order Asada and Carnitas tacos and burritos. When Los Guerrero is too crazy or when I go there on the weird days they are closed I always come here as my backup. They give you plenty of sides and topping in the to-go containers and all of these are best enjoyed fresh in the parking lot of within 5 minutes if you live close enough. The thing we like most is when you order you hear the grilling start meaning they are making it super fresh, you will have to wait maybe 10-15 minutes for a decent family size order but it it worth it. Carnitas is normally not good at more places but is really good here, it's well cooked and tender and doesn't have that tough, chewy consistency like other places that keep you from ordering again. What great price for so much food here. Tacos are definitely on the smaller side like normal street tacos but it's still super filling and a great quality taco. My favorite was the carnitas meat I can see why they sell it by the pound. Pastor was nice and fatty little sweet for my taste.
