The Chivo was sensational. I can honestly consider it the best Birria I ever had. Highly recommend all items on the menu .

Una buena birria. (A very good Birria) Liked how quick was to order and have my food ready to eat. The birria is flavorful and the people giving the service are very kind. This location doesn't disappoint if you looking for a quick bite.

I went hunting for this truck with my bf cause his mom said it's delicious and she wasn't kidding. I got the Birrieria ramen & was soooooooo good. The service was pretty quick too considering the amount of people they were serving. It's definitely street food vibes considering it's from a truck and they do have a seating area too which is perfect for the food truck vibe. Definitely plan on coming again to try their other food.

Where do I begin with this? Let's start of eating it right away. I heard about the place and decided to try it out. No doubt, one of the best birria. We got here around 9a on a Friday. Parking is of by a market, can be tough but street parking is available. Go here early to avoid long lines and wait times. We ordered taco and taco dorado (goat and beef). Consome is delicious and so are the tacos. Goat is definitely delicious, I would get the goat itself dip it in their consome. Yum! Will definitely go back here and recommend it for early bird. They're here until 2pm. Psa: they only take cash.

This food is good! There is a seating area where you can enjoy your meal! The workers were very lovely! The sides aren't given in plentiful! The consomé was OKAY, the meat was cooked nicely but again it was just good. In my opinion it was 7/10 but if you're in the area and are craving some Birria taste for yourself

This place is a gem. My son and I had the best birria quesa tacos. The tacos are cooked in a sauce until they are lightly crispy. Served on a plate with a wonderful surprise of a small bean taco. I ate the bean taco first, as a dipped it into the flavorful consomé on the side. We both chose to eat the goat meat, which was tender and tasted good.

We stopped by on way home to Sacramento. I found this place because I watched a Mark Wiens review on YouTube. The Birria was amazingly delicious!! We ordered the Birria plate, quesabirrias and Ramen. Everything was so delicious! We even took two orders of Birria to go! Definitely coming back when in LA.

I've been on a hunt for these tacos for a long time. My vision was someone's mom over a hot clay oven or cast iron skillet with sweat of love dripping down her face. Well my vision was way off and it was a food truck by the way. But still well worth my dream. OMG NO CHICKEN LOL. My friend was down in the dumps but I was in heaven. Soooooo goooooooooooooooood. All of my favorite meat selections. Goat too.... wow. I'll be back to your truck and that liquor store right behind you for a beer and tequila shot with a lotto ticket on the side. Good job. I should have posted all three of my plates. Sorry this was the survivor till that night now its in stomach heaven with its taco siblings.

Hi , I just to like this place like a year and half ago before the pandemic and just today I was in the area and I told my wife let go and get some birria and I was very disappointed on the long wait time to get my food at least 30 minutes also when I got my order I noticed they shrunk the size of the plate and not only that haft of my plate was bones and skin . before I was telling everyone to come to this birria spot it's really good but now I will never come back they started good but now they change the game

    My view to yours, enjoy!

Fully recommended spot... Never had a bad problem with service or my orders. There near from my job so why not have birria tacos for lunch. Service always been great especially when you get greeted with "Q-vo Primo". So go ahead and try you'll return for more. Oh now they have hand made tortillas, you know tacos taste better... Have a nice day.

If you're craving authentic antojitos from Ciudad Guzmán in the southern region of Jalisco,…read moreAntojitos Los Cuates in Compton is absolutely worth the drive. As someone who grew up enjoying the flavors of Jalisco, I had been yearning for the famous raspadas--large homemade tostadas--and the variety of traditional antojitos that are so popular back home. My family and I decided to give this place a try, so we made the drive all the way from Riverside County to Compton, and I can honestly say we were not disappointed. This is a small, family-owned restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food tastes homemade, just like the meals your mamá would make in Jalisco. You can tell that every dish is prepared with care, tradition, and pride. We ordered the tostadas, tortas ahogadas, and tacos duros, and every item was packed with authentic flavor. Unfortunately, we arrived around 3:30 PM and missed out on the pozole because they had already sold out for the day. That alone tells me it's a favorite among their customers, so I highly recommend arriving early if you're hoping to try it. The service was excellent, and despite the restaurant being very busy, the staff remained friendly and attentive. Keep in mind that this is a small family-run establishment, so your food may take a little longer to arrive. However, that's because everything is made fresh to order, and the quality is well worth the wait. Places like this are becoming harder to find. If you're looking for authentic flavors from Jalisco and want to support a hardworking family business, Antojitos Los Cuates is a hidden gem that deserves a visit. We'll definitely be back. A little taste of Ciudad Guzmán, Jalisco, right here in Southern California.

We asked if they had any plant-based or vegan options. They only sold burgers however the lady that helped us was very sweet, polite, and kind. She told what they had and what we could order inside instead. We walked in and the gentleman named Oscar G. cashed us out. He was also very friendly! Very professional and knowledgeable about the menu and non-dairy items. Provided us with what we needed right away, the container for the salsa and brought out fresh ones for me. Very nice guy. The food came out right away. The portions were big in my opinion. The prices were decent, the portion was great, and best of all the service was good. Their self-serve condiments was a PLUS! I've been to a lot of taco spots and these were by far the freshest and crispiest cucumbers, fresh cold salsa, onions and cilantro was also fresh. The food was good and filled us up. It was simple but fulfilling. Will definitely be back and highly recommend it. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor seats as well.

I ordered the asada, carnitas, al pastor, tripas, cabeza, and lengua. The asada was tender with a nice grilled flavor, but my favorites were definitely the tripas and cabeza. Both were a little greasy, but in a good way--they had a lot of flavor and were probably the standouts of the meal for me. One thing I liked was the condiment bar. You can load up your tacos with as much onion and cilantro as you want, plus they have radishes and lime wedges available. They also offer two salsas, a red and a green. Both tasted good and had solid flavor, although I was hoping for a little more heat. Overall, it's a solid taco spot, especially on Taco Tuesday. Good variety of meats, reasonable prices, and plenty of toppings to customize your tacos. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area and craving some tacos.

We normally get the carne asada/pollo fries and they're awesome. Fries are cooked perfectly (I swear there was a period of time where they coated the fries and that wasn't it, but thankfully they stopped), comes with the usual toppings like guacamole, onions, cilantro, etc. They top it with a hefty amount of juicy meat - both carne asada and pollo options are solid. Recently though I've been straying from fries and getting different dishes like the chicken flautas, enchiladas, and mulitas. Chefs kiss for each one. I ordered the Birria quesadilla and my fiancé ordered the Al Diablo Shrimp Burrito (ADSB). The ADSB was delicious and worth the price. The Birria Quesadilla should have included chips and salsa. It was only 3 taco sized portions with a side of consome and a slice of lime. In regards to the flavor of the Birria Quesadilla, it was delicious, but something I wouldn't order again. Overall, my experience was a great one. I would go back again to try something new.
