They have the worst service here. I placed an order through yelp and it charged me, but placed the order for tomorrow. I came in and explained my situation, they did not care or would do anything for me. I would not recommend this place and I will never be back. They could've easily made my order for me since I was charged and it was a clear yelp mistake placing my order for the next day. HORRIBLE SERVICE The person i spoke to was luisa. Edit. I only came for the tacos and for an everyday price of $2, you can't beat that. Service was nice. I waited about less than 10 mins for my order. Ambiance is decent. I was lowkey surprised they only had birria in different styles but I shouldn't have been lol. Opted for the #2 which is 1 quesadilla and 2 fried tacos. Overall, pretty tasty! Fair warning: the food comes out piping hot! The quesadilla was so-so and could've used more cheese and a crispier texture. The tacos on the other hand had a great crisp and I'd probably order 3 of these next time. The mild spicy still had a kick to it and the consumme had a nice tomato taste to it. There are probably 6 parking spots though, luckily we grabbed one. The quezabirria was beautifully made and thick with cheese. The tacos dorados were crispy and delicious. The star of the show was probably the birria ramen. It was full of big chunks of beef that were super tender. The fresh tortilla taco plate came with 3 tacos and a side of the consume, which was flavorful. I felt like the meat did need a little salt. Even though the birria was very meaty and tender, it tasted somewhat bland imo. The order came with onions and cilantro on the side with limes and salsas. The jamaica drink was overly sweet. I wanted to get horchata like usual but tried the jamaica on a whim. The restaurant is very small. You basically walk in, and boom, you're facing the menu and the ordering counter. There's about 4 tables with 4 chairs each. There is outdoor seating, which is bigger. Service was fast. They don't really care they just want to take your order fast and give you your food so you can go. She asked if I wanted red and green sauce while ordering, and I said both, and she nodded, but they only gave me red sauce in the bag. Oh, well. That shows you how much they care. However, the amount of meat given is very generous. Their consome was fairly decent but definitely not the best I've ever had. Been drooling over the pictures from this place and figured it was time to try it. Even though it's a tiny place on the inside they have a really large nicely set up patio with umbrellas and hand sanitizer on every table. Inside had a beautiful LCD menu with animated flames. The smell inside is drool inducing from the delicious birria stewing away. Only beef birria is served here but you can get it as a plate, tacos, burritos, tortas, and what I came for, ramen. They have a clover register so they take apple pay. Place has a surprising amount of staff and it was a well oiled machine. I ordered two ramen birria's to go and they were ready in a few minutes. The bowls had a tight fitting lid and were put in plastic bags to avoid spillage. Came with flavor packed hotsauce, diced red onions, lime wedges, salt packets and chopped up cilantro. Bowls were huge and packed to the brim. Thick rich consume, surprising amount of birria, and plenty of noodles. It was more of a stew since by the time I finished eating all the meat and noodles there wasn't much broth left behind. Plastic utensils was all that was needed since the meat was so tender all you had to do was look at it and it would fall apart. Flavors were so rich and satisfying it lived up to the hype I had for it in my head and was even better than I imagined. I appreciated they provided salt packets on the side because the consume was not salty at all which is what I prefer. I've had birria at other places that's just way too salty. The hotsauce that was provided was delicious and I'd dip the meat chunks in it before eating. My wife on the other and added her hotsauce to the broth. I ate all mine like a pig but my wife had leftovers. She made nachos with it the next day :-D. For $11 I was full for the rest of the day and didn't eat anything else. WARNING: Do not go here on your first date or if you're trying to impress someone. If you're eating the tacos, be prepared to make a huge mess. Likes: They gave A LOT of cilantro and onions and aren't stingy like some taco places. Their salsas were pretty good, but extremely spicy. The consome was flavorful, and the meat was somewhat well seasoned. (I got the 3 tacos de birria). The service here was good and the employees seem nice. Dislikes: The portions are WAY too much. This is just my opinion as I am aware everyone eats different portions. I was only able to finish 2 tacos and felt like I was pushing myself to finish the 2nd one. I would've been totally okay with eating 3 smaller "street tacos" size. My boyfriend also said his quesabirria was too greasy. The tortilla was too big and thick and just didn't taste good - it was like a rubbery texture. It also ripped so it was messy and difficult to dip with the consome. Overall, I don't think I'd come back, but it was an experience just to try it. It wasn't horrible, but definitely not worth the hype and the price. I would consider coming back if they added smaller taco portions on the menu, but for now it seems like their menu is small and each item has huge portions.
