Food was ehh, service was horrible. Ordered the lunch platter, majority of the plate was cold. I even visited the restaurant as soon as it opened hoping I would be guaranteed fresh food. The server never introduced himself just put ONE menu on the table when it was obviously two of us. Never came back to see how we were literally only dropped the food off. The flavors are deep and full just as Indian food is meant to be. We got the boneless chicken biryani, chicken curry, and samosas. My husband and I were extremely satisfied and couldn't stop saying how excellent the food was. I can't wait to order from them again. This is comfort food for me. I'm West Indian so very familiar with the cuisine. Our food is a bit different, but I grew up with many East Indian friends whose mothers cooked just like this. Since I've left my hometown, the only Indian food I've been satisfied with has been in the U.K. The only dish missing that would make it even better for us is vindaloo, but I know that's a different regional style. I got the paneer tikka and garlic naan, both of which were very good! The garlic Naan had a generous amount of garlic and the well-spiced paneer tikka had the perfect level of heat. I would definitely oder from Biryani Hub again. read more

My fiancé and I have been to a fair number of Indian restaurants and this is probably one of our favorites. The food was spicy (we got Indian spicy medium rather than American spicy medium and it did not disappoint ). Service was a little slow if you're in a hurry although we ultimately enjoyed because it was a date night. We tried the rose lassi (he liked it) and the Limca (basically an Indian sprite) for our drinks.. Our appetizer was the Keema Dosa (ground goat rolled into a thin type of flat bread with fun sauces to try)- definitely a must try.. we then did the tandoor chicken and gosht biryani (goat in rice dish) and they were fantastic with lots of flavor. For dessert we had some sort of cooked apricot with vanilla ice cream and cashews- it was cloyingly sweet and probably a little too much after 3 big dishes- would've been better served with some sort of cookies or bread to spread it on as it felt like we were eating a dish of heated jam... overall a great spot with good food if you're up for trying something different.. don't forget to bring cash and you get a 10% discount on your meal! read more

Pretty excited for a new Indian place, especially a place named after my favorite food, biryani. I ordered a vegetable biriyani and garlic naan, my husband got a goat curry and the regular naan. We ordered to pick up, and they said it would take 40 mins to an hour, which is a long time, but not unusual in my experience with Indian places. Our food was pretty hot, I asked for medium spicy and it was almost too spicy, and I love spicy food, so be aware of that. My husband's curry didn't come with rice which is annoying considering the price, so he had to wait to eat till he made some. The naan was pretty good, would have probably been better in the restaurant, so I hope to try it there. We'll be back for sure. read more

This place is seriously good. It's rather small on the inside, but the decorations make it feel more upscale. Service is a little slow, but I chalk that up to them being relatively new and food is cooked to order. Everything tasted really fresh and they have more authentic items on the menu that a lot of Indian restaurants. I did knock off a star for cleanliness- when I went to use the ladies restroom the toilet seat was covered in blood (like somehow the whole seat was smeared with it), so not only was I unable to use the restroom but it kind of turned my appetite off. We ordered vegetarian biriyani during week end. Tastes good. During week end, it costs $11 + taxes however during week day it cost $9 but comes with naan and other sides. Week day lunch is a good deal for variety however week end its just biriyani + curry(salna) + Curd(Raita). Week end quantity may be more but Iam not sure as I havent took week day lunch.
