We ate here twice in two days. The first time was in the afternoon for lunch. it was great. There were two young men who were in the front working with customers. They were great and got our orders perfect the first time. that visit was a 5. Based on our great experience we went back the next morning for breakfast. The second visit was a big disappointment. The two women took a couple of tries to get our orders right. They were short with us, tourists, and treated the regulars differently. I sent another question recently about why they don't respond. Never heard back. The bagged coffee cost too much. Some running as much as $30. Bisbee Coffee Co. is located in the heart of old Bisbee inside of a large complex. It has plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. They make all the popular espresso drinks plus the have pastries and sandwiches. If you want to purchase a bag of beans to go, Bisbee Coffee Company roasts and sells several blends in store or online. With hotel coffee usually being mediocre, it is nice to have a good coffee option within walking distance. The Mexican Mocha is one of my favorites. read more

This is a great cafe in a small charming Bisbee town. Inside a complex just next to the entrance. Good interiors and great tasting coffee. We got a cappuccino for our morning caffeine and loved the taste. My wife took a biscuit too and it was a very nice tasting. The staff was welcoming and nice. Great experience overall. Bisbee is a pretty small town, so if you are looking for a place to eat there are not too many choices. This place is right in the center of town, so I decided to stop in for lunch on my recent visit. They have a variety of sandwiches here. I ordered "the bird", which was a chicken sandwich. This goes for $11.99 and comes with a bag of potato chips. I also ordered a lemonade to drink, which was $2.59 which I thought was fine. The sandwich was okay, but they smothered in way too much mustard, which in my opinion ruins the sandwich. I should have known better and asked for that "on the side". read more

Stopped in to grab some coffee before our trip back to Phoenix, this place did not disappoint! I had a medium iced Bisbee Mexican Mocha (tasted like a Mocha with I think cinammon?), and my husband had a large iced caramel latte. Our drinks were made pretty quickly and we enjoyed sipping all the way to Tombstone! This location is near the Library and inside of a building that has a ton of cute little places (bookstore, bodega, etc.) and a restaurant at the end. The coffee shop had plenty of indoor seating and outdoor seating too (would love to enjoy coffee on this patio on a warmer day). Seemed like a local favorite and I can see why! read more

Took a stroll from the hotel Im staying at and stumbled to Bisbee Coffee Company. I needed my coffee fixx and I was greeted by Max. I scanned the giant screens of what they have to offer and decided give me a classic cup of joe. Max was friendly/welcoming and truly has a colgate smile in which I needed it after a wild night of partying in this quiet picturesque town. The Bisbee Coffee Company is located in the retail building on Main Street. There is a small patio outside, and several areas of seating inside. Being that there are no other coffee shops that aren't full-on restaurants, this coffee shop is always very busy. The amount of tourism in the shop is directly reflected on the faces and in the attitudes of the staff. Each time I have been in the shop, and we have been coming since they opened here, the attitude seems like the staff is completely done with having to deal with tourists. There is snark and almost a condescending or annoyed retort each time, and you feel like you are bothering the employee by making your order. While they do have a decent selection of local teas, the list is not conveniently placed, and you have to weave through the opposite side of the ordering line to observe the list. I also noted that there were no teas that were of a fruit or berry note, which was unfortunate. Mr P settled on an Oolong, which he wasn't a huge fan of, thinking is was quite bitter. I ordered the Bisbee Mexican Mocha. Not bad, but not my favorite. I expected more of a cinnamon essence, like an abuelita, but I got more spicy chili. Wouldn't order again, but it wasn't bad. To nosh, we ordered a cheese danish and a hunk of NY cheesecake. Both were delightful. The counter gal was a bit dismayed when I answered "yes" to preferring the danish heated. The cheesecake was dense and creamy, with a buttery graham (and nut?) crust. Lunch items, other snacks, chotchkies, apparel and bagged coffees are available for purchase. Mr P and I do enjoy sitting at the shop and relaxing over a bean or leaf water, watching the cars and people go by. I visited Bisbee coffee co two times on my trip to Bisbee. Once at night, cozy and quiet, smelled great!! We ordered a hot cocoa and a Mexican mocha latte (both were lovely)! I also bought some beans to try at home. The second time we went during the early afternoon and it was a beautiful day to sit outside so that's what we did. Enjoyed our coffee while people watching and relaxing for a bit. Again we ordered the Mexican mocha because it was too good. The staff is quick, friendly, you can bring your well behaved dogs and sit outside too. Lots of places to sit and enjoy your drink. read more

We stopped here to kill some time before heading over to Tombstone. I can see what the hype is about! I ordered an iced chai latte with almond milk and it was very good! They also have a few unique drinks on their menu. The whole vibe of the place is small town and quaint. The guy before us didn't even need to put his order in as it appeared he is a regular and they already know his drink of choice. We ended up sitting outside (they have some tables right in front and then a larger patio just to the side). It offered great views and an inside look at the everyday life of Bisbee. We were looking for a coffee/desert place before leaving Bisbee and found Bisbee Coffee Company. They have a large variety of coffees and espressos, loose leaf teas, sandwiches, and pastries. The Scottsman in the family loved the loose leaf Earl Grey with cream and butter, I enjoyed an espresso Cubano Macchiato with cinnamon. The espresso was rich, dark with just a little bitterness offset but the little bit of cinnamon and sugar. For desert we had a 4 seasons mousse cake that was light, bright, fruity, creamy and not too sweet. We also had a very rich pB caramel bar that was full of peanut butter, dark chocolate, and caramel. It was gooey, rich and very sweet but a perfect match to the espresso. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided everything to go so we could take anything not finished home. The place has the same vibe as most of Bisbee and we left feeling satiated and relaxed. read more

Been visiting Bisbee since 2018 and have been a regular customer of Bisbee Coffee Company since that time. No more as of today. Unfortunately I had the displeasure of meeting a rude young lady who left me this message after paying $15 for one of their wraps. Before the surprise she left me with here I shared my opinion that I thought the sandwiches are overpriced and as a result, I was not able to leave a tip. Seems like an overreaction on her part not to mention this is no way to treat loyal customers!!! It is a fact that these wraps are overpriced compared to other similar food options in Bisbee and if they are employing idiots like this so far out of touch with good customer service that just reinforces it. Came to Bisbee from Jacksonville Florida to visit some friends. Stayed at a hotel very close to the coffee company. The coffee company was very nice, had a great vibe and the staff were very cool. One of the ladies working had also lived in Jacksonville at one time in her life, chatted with her for a couple minutes. Super cool place. My kids and I got breakfast croissants and I got coffee. I ordered the copper sandwich and the person taking our order was attentive to a bread I asked for, but when I asked what their "lto" meant (it's not a common thing where I'm from, I had to ask) she said "lettuce tomato onion" really berating. She almost seemed as if I was being aggressive or rude. I WORK in a cafe, I was approaching her with super patience and understanding with calm tones the entire time, she just had an attitude.
