I've recently had a trip to Toutle for 4th of July. Not many places were open for breakfast on the holiday. My friend was only able to find this place so we went for it. GETTING THERE At first, we didn't realize this place is inside of a Toyota dealership. It's maybe about 5 min from the I-5 exit. It's extremely easy to get to and easy to find. Literally find the dealership with 100 Toyota cars and trucks parked outside haha PARKING Parking availability is just like any dealership. There wasn't a designated spot for the restaurant, but there was a huge gravel/dirt lot just on the outskirts of the main lot. We parked there since we had a trailer with a car on it. Its maybe about a minute walk to the main building where the restaurant was at. AMBIANCE/SERVICE It was 4th of July and the front had maybe 8-10 salesmen all lined up to greet customers. It was a little intimidating when we walked up since we weren't looking to buy a car, but the one closest to us understood we weren't interested and he helped direct us to the restaurant. Not much for ambiance. It is just like any other dealership. No special decor. Just a few lounge chairs, massage chairs, TV, and a brand new 2026 Toyota Tacoma parked next to the dining area for you to look at. The counter where you order at is fairly small. You just walk up, order, they give you a number, then you just grab a seat somewhere. There have limited seating near the counter, but you can opt out to sit at the tables by the front window where the display vehicles are. The staff was friendly and the food didn't take long to arrive. FOOD I ordered the breakfast pizza. I've had breakfast pizzas before, but this one is a little different. It comes with a biscuit crust instead of a typical pizza dough. Then it's topped with normal breakfast toppings like bacon, sausage, ham, cheese, and 2 fried eggs. The eggs aren't scrambled and mixed into all the fixings like others I've had, but I didn't mind this. This also had sausage gravy which I don't typically see on a breakfast pizza, but I enjoyed it. The gravy and the eggs helped balance out the saltiness of everything else. I enjoyed this version of a breakfast pizza with the biscuit crust, but it was a little too heavy for one person. I ended up sharing about half of it. I can definitely finish it, but I won't be moving for a while. The coffee was pretty standard. I also wasn't wanting anything too fancy, so it was exactly what I needed. OVERALL I enjoyed this place and I would come back. At the time, I didn't realize it was the same business as the location in Lakewood, which I've ordered from in the past on DoorDash. I've been meaning to check it out in person. But despite it being in a dealership, I'd say this place is still a good place to check out if you need a quick stop off the freeway. read more

Let me preface by saying, their food is always top notch. We always schedule our car service in the morning so we can get breakfast at Biscuit House (inside the dealership) I always get the cinnamon French toast (with fresh strawberries and blueberries! Yum!) my husband isn't as predictable, and this time he had the Spanish omelet. He said it was delicious, made with Chorizo sausage, Tomato, Green Onion, and Pepper Jack Cheese. Topped with Salsa. He also ordered country gravy on his hashbrowns. The omelets also include a fresh baked biscuit. If you are not up for a full breakfast, they also have a lighter-side menu, or delicious scones. Standard drip coffee or hot tea are complimentary. Over the years they have become quite popular, keeping busy not only with Toyota employees and customers, but also locals and you will see food delivery drivers picking up to-go orders. Usually our meal arrives in a timely manner (in fact, our typical comment is 'oh wow! That was quick!) but today it took 40 minutes to get our food. We were a bit hesitant since this restaurant is inside of a car dealership but the food looked promising! I'm so glad we gave it a chance - the food was really good! The place is definitely comfortable enough to sit a party of 5-6 people. We had no trouble finding a table. The staff were really nice and efficient. Our food took about 15 minutes to come out. My favorite was the loaded potato bowl and the biscuit sandwich. The biscuit was so buttery and soft! They also had a variety of coffee flavors. It was inside a car dealership. That part stays with you. The air was thick with the smell of rubber and waxed steel and the chemical shine they put on new dashboards. The food had its own smell--grease and salt and butter--but it lost the fight. You chewed through bacon and eggs and what you tasted was tires and upholstery. You drank coffee and it tasted like vinyl. There were families walking the showroom. Fathers with tight mouths. Mothers with strollers. Kids pressing their hands against clean glass. Men in polos circling like wolves, talking fast, laughing harder than they meant to. You sat and ate and they talked about interest rates and mileage and options packages. The biscuits didn't stand a chance. It's a good breakfast. But you cannot eat quietly when the world is trying to sell you something. A man doesn't want torque specs with his toast. He wants peace. He wants coffee without commerce. He wants food that tastes like food--nothing more, nothing less. But here, even the experience of breakfast has a price tag. read more

The first time I went to Biscuit House, I thought, "A breakfast joint in the Toyota dealership?" Yes. A great breakfast place. The food is quite good (the vegetarian breakfast burrito with mushrooms is always Quality) and the people are Fantastic. Customer service is not dead here. This little spot inside the Toyota dealership in Olympia is a nice spot for some quality breakfast. Coffee is free and they have a pretty good menu. I had the breakfast burrito. Loved everything about this place! The service from Zoe(y) & Seth was the cherry on top. They were extremely nice & made the best first impression for the business. My partner went with the Cinnamon Swirl French Toast & I opted for the Something Simple breakfast. The French Toast was absolutely amazing & you can never go wrong with a simple breakfast. The Hash Browns for the Something Simple was my favorite, I love my hash browns crispy (haha). This will definitely be our go to breakfast spot whenever we're back in the area, I'm so glad I found this spot. If this place is on your radar you should definitely drop by! Excellent food made to order. Excellent service, the staff are always friendly. We love their full biscuit breakfast. The portions are large and I always take half home for another meal. Love the concept of having a restaurant inside the waiting area at the Toyota dealership! Super ingenious and this is the first I'm aware of. I've been inside many dealerships on the west coast and Midwest and have owned many vehicles. I have never enjoyed waiting for my vehicles to be serviced. But having the option to have a delicious fresh made to order breakfast/brunch is wonderful! There is complimentary brewed coffee, ice water, and an assortment of Stash tea bags with hot water to choose from. Ask about their military discount and Loyalty Program where you get $10 off after $100 purchases. There are massage recliners in the waiting area so after filling your tummy, consider indulging in a comfortable massage recliner and take yourself a little nap. My suggestion is for the Biscuit House to branch out to additional locations in the surrounding communities with longer hours (24/7 :) ?). read more

Whenever I bring my car to get a service I make sure to do it in the morning first thing when this place is open. They have such a wonderful omelette with Avocado with a chipotle sauce on top. It is wonderful and so filling! Plus, it's in a dealership which I couldn't love more! read more

Service was amazing, i wish i could name the woman who helped us but she had glasses and brown hair, took our orders efficiently and got everything correct. The food was such a great price for 6 people especially for good quality food. Pretty odd location though, my family and so got confused since it is located inside the Toyota dealership (no complaints on that though). I got a latte and it was delicious! The only thing missing that last star was the food wasn't seasoned at all, at least for the potatoes and eggs and the butter on my toast seemed more like oil on top of a crunchy piece of bread. read more

I've never been so disappointed with a brunch establishment in my life. I was so excited to try this place and the breakfast pizza based on the reviews. The meats used didn't taste fresh, the sausage had a weird gray color and the gravy was lukewarm. My boyfriend said his burrito was in multiple temperatures... some cold parts, some warm parts. I only took a couple of bites and threw the rest away. It was such a waste of money. The server was really nice though. Overall, there are better brunch places in the area. read more

The atmosphere is fine; it's in the dealership so you're not in an enclosed restaurant but it's very clean and surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The biscuits were good, but the gravy was not home made, and the hash browns and eggs were fine. The portions are good size, so there is plenty of food. One of my favorites is the Sunshine Pizza; biscuit crust covered with sausage gravy, eggs, and whatever else you want. You'll probably need to share this because it's a lot! Good coffee, GREAT biscuits, omelettes, and much more. We used to schedule service for our Toyota Sienna on the weekend and have breakfast while we wait. We don't do business there any longer but we still go there to enjoy the breakfast and coffee. It's gotten so busy and I'm glad they've added more tables to the showroom. We love Monday mornings at the Biscuit House. Even the vibes are kind of airport, in That there is good people watching, AC, and this morning we watched a Wimbledon match. The food and menu are super ono, love the biscuits, sweet cream pancakes with blueberries, Spanish omelette, hash browns cooked to perfection for a nice crunch, all broke da mouth.
