So many have been waiting for Biscuitville, especially if you've live in central nc where they are everywhere, and I'll say that I was impressed at how they managed their drive through traffic & how efficient they were. They were professional and seemed to know what they were doing. Some new businesses who assemble new staffers take a little time to live up to company standards. Not this location! Thumbs Up! As far as the food, I ordered grill chicken, egg, & cheese on English muffin, fries & strawberry ice tea. My wife ordered a ham biscuit combo fries & tea. Is it 2021 already? Haha, is time even real anymore? Anyway, new year new biscuits! I know Biscuitville has been around for awhile, but this location is brand new and I'd never been to one before, so I decided opening day was a good a time as any to go see what they were all about. Being that it was opening day the line was massive, but that being said the staff was doing a great job of keeping the lines moving forward, making sure everyone had a menu if they needed one, and overall just keeping things running smoothly. Having a drive through only grand opening in the middle of a pandemic sounds crazy on paper, but they managed pretty well. If they keep up this level of attentiveness towards the customers even after the grand opening hype fades they will have no problem getting people to keep coming back. The Food! The ever important part of nearly any Yelp review, how was the actual food? Well, pretty darn good. Again, first time customer to both this location or any Biscuitville for that matter, but I was impressed. I got the Spicy Chicken Honey Biscuit combo with a Sweet Tea and a Hashbrown. Sweet Tea was good, just the right amount of sweet. The Hashbrown was nice and crispy. Think like a McD's hashbrown (similar size and shape) but better and crispier, not too salty. The main event was pretty good as well. Decent portion size. The chicken itself was great. Nice and spicy, touch of sweet. Maybe it was just because they were on their "A" game but it was HOT too, like temperature. Like there's no way that chicken was out of the fryer for more than 30 second before they nestled it in that biscuit. The biscuit itself was good, but I wish it was a little fluffier. Good flavor though, soft inside and a nice little bit of a crust on the top and bottom. Overall a nice little breakfast. Everything was tasty, prices were reasonable and the staff seem to know what they're doing. Definitely going to make this an occasional stop on the way to work. read more

I just love their breakfast, especially the grits, bacon and sausage. It hard for me to choose the meat because i love them both. Their biscuits are buttery but you will need salt unless you are eating their country ham. read more

Best fast food breakfast I've ever had. Everything is fresh, hot, and very filling. Line is a little long due to just opening so be sure to give yourself time. Line is moving in an orderly fashion though. Will definitely be back more often. Thankful to no longer have to wait until I'm in Matthews to eat them! read more

Great customer service and workers are outside taking orders in double lanes!! It was so refreshing, not every place had good and fast customer service. Now the food I was excited to try the french toast muffin unfortunately it was very sweet. I was not able to finish the entire muffin over the course of two days and ended up trashing the remainder. I also had the spicy chicken and honey biscuit. It was so delicious. The presentation wasn't all that great but hey it is what it is. Lastly the strawberry ice tea is wayyyy too sweet, disclaimer I am not from the south so maybe my judgement isn't golden. Oh yeah theyare open at 5:30AM and close at 2PM. read more

When you pull up everyone is outside taking orders, pretty organized. Everyone was nice, wore masks, and had on gloves. I would say the food is OK. I've had biscuitville before in other areas of NC. We ordered the spicy honey butter chicken biscuit combo and turkey sausage biscuit combo one with decaf coffee and regular coffee. I will say the home fries were kinda dry/stiff with no seasoning. The turkey sausage biscuit was okay! The honey butter was stuck to the biscuit so it seemed like it wasn't fresh.. my hash brown was fried to the T. Ordered a chicken biscuit and waited 30 minutes in line at 7:30am. Got to work and there was NO CHICKEN in my chicken biscuit order. How the hell do you mess up a two ingredient order. Also, their name is biscuitville so you'd assume the biscuits would be great. That's not the case at all. Fast food chain biscuits are more enjoyable. It was my first time visiting a Biscuitville location and also my last. When my gf and I got there, there must have been between 150 and 200 people in the building. It was noisy, crowded, and very chaotic. We should have just left then but we were hungry so I thought we would give you guys a try. There was no discernable line at the front or even an adequate waiting area for people waiting for their orders. We placed our order and found a place to sit to wait. After about twenty minutes I went up to the counter and the counter person asked my name "Jefferson?" and I said yes and she handed me a big bag full of someone else's order. It had been so long that I just wanted to leave so I checked the contents of the bag in my car. It was someone else's order. We went back in and they had to remake our order because they had given away our order to someone else. The counter people were just whispering people's names when their order was ready and handing out bags without making sure the right order was going to the right people. Well after waiting for the ridiculous lines to somewhat not be there I finally tried this place. Pulled in and still waited close to 30 minutes from pull in receiving my food. The food was not all that impressive. Add that with the wait and you get a 1 star. Biscuit was flat and dry. Not sure how they cook the egg but it was way over done and almost had a plastic edging to it. Sad to say that McDonalds right next door is a better option. Maybe if there is ever a time where the line isn't too crazy I'll try it again. Until then staying away. read more

OMG!! The wait time is unreal. I know I waited in line for a good 10mins then another 20 before I got my food. Yea it was good and the people were nice, but I am not sure if is really worth that kind of wait. Also, if you order anything with ham, unless you like fatty ham you better check it. I went to Biscuitville today only to have my order messed up. When I got my order I didn't receive the apple pie that I ordered and paid for. I didn't realize it until after I drove off. I called the location after I got home and called. I spoke to the supervisor and explained what happened. I told I would come back to pick the pie up. She told me they would be closing in an hour. I then told her I'll come in tomorrow and pick them up. Sbe told me she woukd give me two and then laughed. I told her I didn't see what was so funny about messing up my order. They were more concerned about making sure I had condiments than making sure my oder was right. After I thanked her she hung up on me. She was very unprofessional and needs to be retrained in customer service. And I still want my pies. read more

My boyfriend spoke so highly of this place that I expected perfection when it came to my food. Well I was wrong and extremely underwhelmed. I ordered the spicy chicken & honey biscuit and it was meh. The chicken tasted dry and it was tough in some areas. It reminds me of a chicken patty from McDonald's. You know, that frozen patty warmed up kinda taste. Thankfully I ordered a hash brown as well, and while that too reminded me of McDonald's, it was good. All and all, I'd skip this place if given the option to do so. read more

Their Biscuits are very good. The food is amazing but I gave this a "3" because the drive thru lane is extremely slow. While in line after giving order a different employee came up and asked me for my card for payment, while he had someone else's card also in hand, then he walked off with it instead of charging in front of me. A little later he returned with card and receipt, again with a few others in hand. I didn't feel comfortable about that at all. My card easily could have been accidentally given to wrong person or had different charge on it. For that reason I hesitate to go until inside is open or there is no line for drive thru. read more

On-site manager KAYLA spoke to me with a very nasty and condescending tone when I asked why I had been waiting inside for 15 minutes for my order when cars behind me in the drive-through had already been serviced. . I asked for the corporate number she told me I could go online and look it up myself. This was a terrible experience! If I could give this location negative stars I would. I received an undercooked pork chop biscuit (I am servesafe certified and realize that pork can be underdone without illness), however O touched the porkchop and it was wet with flour dough. I consumed the rest of my combo and took the entire biscuit back- including the bite that was doughy. Having witnessed the day before an order made incorrectly to a pregnant white customer and the team bend over backwards to serve her, I wrongly assumed it would not be a problem to get my refund for the biscuit only. Instead, Raina inspected my biscuit closely and asked me what was the matter. The GM Kayla proceeded to ask why I was making such a big deal. Kayla went back and forth with me, even shooing me to the side so other patrons could order ( he was a vendor. Not ordering) this is all on video so I invite you to watch who represents your company.
