When the food came out the first thing I noticed was how tender the steak looked. First bite confirmed it. The meat was juicy, soft, and had this smoky char flavor from the grill mixed with the sweetness from the bourbon glaze. The glaze itself was really good too. It had that sticky caramelized flavor with a little savory kick behind it, so every bite was a balance of smoky, sweet, and salty all together. The peppers and onions added a nice freshness too. Honestly the rice and potato salad were both bombsas well. The potato salad especially tasted homemade in the best way. Creamy, flavorful, and perfect with the steak skewers.
