We just ordered a slice of pepperoni and a slice of cheese with salads. We are in . It's a fast food atmosphere we were there around 4 pm Friday afternoon. The pizza was very good , tasty not greasy. I won a free large pizza during an Instagram contest the company was hosting. I was on a diet so I held off long as I could from cashing in on my free pizza. I finally gave in on the last day the offer was good. When I tell you this was soooo worth me saying the heck with my diet haha it was amazing. I got the meat pizza & it was loaded with so much meat & different cheeses. I always looked at their pictures on Instagram & yelp thinking about how good the pizza must be & let me tell you they did not disappoint. Now in another note I did order some wings & those weren't really all that good & that reAlly surprises me seeing that they won the chicken wing competition last year that yelp hosted. This was my first time at Bisonte Pizza. Some of the locals in the area really spoke highly of this place. Overall I was pretty pleased with the dining experience. Nothing unbelievably different going on here, but they were pretty solid across the board. The inside of the restaurant has a pretty open floor plan with a tv's on the outer walls. You walkup to the counter to order and then the food is brought to you. I heard really good things about the philly steak sub, but I wish I would have gotten all wings, but I was persuaded to get half a sub paired with 6 wings. The wings were excellent, especially the carolina-flavored wings. I can see this place being pretty popular on a Saturday night or Sunday afternoon when big games are on. The rating directly reflects the rude and unprofessional service I received over the phone. Short story short, I ordered Uber eats and all items weren't delivered. Called to inform them and was randomly told to come and get it and was hung up on. Totally nullifying the purpose of delivery I told the rude person before "it" clicked me. I immediately called back and then I heard huffing and puffing and phone eyes rolling. I pushed the issue to see how unprofessional the person would become. The food is okay but overall this is a poorly run establishment. Anytime I call in a takeout order the food is never on time. Even when they are slow with customers they are constantly late. This is a huge mismanagement problem that needs to be addressed. Perhaps the fact that the manager hired a bunch of ill equipped teenagers is the culprit. I have to say this visit was terrible. I got there about 30 min after calling it in. They said it would be a couple more minutes...No problem. About 10 min went by and I asked about the pizza and was told that it was never made so I had to wait another 15-20min. They told me they were making wings over as well. I got home and the wings didn't even look like they were cooked. I don't know if they ever made them over or they were sitting in styrofoam for 50 mins. The pizza was barely cooked on the bottom. Stopped in for lunch today with some friends. It's a little bit out of the way, but I think it's worth the trip if you're in the neighborhood. There are two doors and two counters in the restaurant. Enter on your left for dine-in, place your order, and your food will be brought out to you. Enter on your right for carry-out. I decided to order the meatball sub and a side of fries. The sub was excellent! The bread was soft and the meatballs, which are made in-house were terrific. The fries were average. I asked them if they could do some garlic fries and they used garlic salt to season them for me. The staff was very friendly and I observed them assisting carry-out customers by actually carrying orders out to their cars. If this place was closer, I'd frequent it weekly. We've been ordering a sheet pizza and bucket of wings ($100) for a couple years. The last few orders have just not been worth it. Maybe they got new cooks? The wings have been soggy and the pizza just mediocre. This was our "go to" Buffalo place and the wings tasted like home. The last three orders have not been very good. Shame.
