Bisonte WAS my favorite pizza in Charlotte. This place has gone downhill. Pizza is undercooked, low quality ingredients (cheap pepperoni and fake cheese that doesn't melt), added water to ranch to make it super runny so they could save money and spread out batches to more customers. They also shorted us on the amount of wings that we paid for. Not only have they gone downhill, the price continues to increase. One of the most expensive pizza places in Charlotte. Absolutely terrible, it's a bummer. Mark my words- this place will close in the near future. read more

I stumbled upon this place while I was exploring the area by our new house. I got a Bacon Chicken Ranch Pizza and some BBQ wings to go. The wings were fried then grilled which were like nothing I've ever tasted before. My family has found their new pizza joint. We have been to Bisonte many times, and they have never failed to impress us. Having lived in Buffalo for many years, we really enjoy their Buffalo style pizza. Hope they can hang in there.
