My friend had her birthday brunch here last month. She likes Bistro 313 a lot, but also chose to have brunch here because they were participating in HRW. Bistro is connected to Bergamos Spa. There isn't a sign for the restaurant from the road (however there is one right above the entrance), so it's easy to pass it if you're not looking for the Bergamos sign. The moment you walk in, the ambiance is nice and calm. We had looked at the HRW menu online and had a general idea of what we wanted. Unfortunately some of the menu items on the printed HRW menu were different. The online menu offered goat cheese and bacon jam crostini as well as smashed fingerling potatoes; however neither of these items were on the menu. The in house menu had feta and bruschetta crostini in place of the goat cheese and bacon jam crostini and they offered a turkey avocado club sandwich that was not listed on the online menu. Our server explained that they ran out of some of the ingredients for the goat cheese crostini and I believe she also mentioned there were some issues because of ingredient shortages. I had a watermelon mimosa and it was really good. Since it was watermelon syrup it was $9. Had I done one of the juice options, it would have been $5.They had quite a few syrup options to choose from. 1st course: The Feta Bruschetta Crostini was tasty. I liked the balsamic vinaigrette that was drizzled on it. 2nd course: The Migas were phenomenal! Not only were the eggs scrambled with the tortilla chips, it also had a fried egg on top. Very flavorful! I loved it! Other items that were ordered from the group: -Chicken and Waffles: Some of the ladies ordered the Cereal Milk Chicken Waffles (made with Fruity Pebbles milk), but they subbed regular chicken and waffles in place of the cereal milk. -Watermelon Salad -Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes -Banana Pudding French Toast Our servers were really nice and attentive during our meal. The décor is really pretty, and they had a nice playlist. It was a great dining experience.

My coworkers and I came here after work for happy hour. (Thursday around 4:30ish) happy hour doesn't start until 5pm. There was a total of 6 of us, my coworker and I got there before everyone else and got a table. We were sat down, talking... then when the door to the kitchen opens the man and woman working (they're in the kitchen) stare at my coworker and I very awkwardly and say something to each other. They looked surprised that we were there and it was a weird moment. But anyway... We ordered drinks and appetizers- everything was very tasty! Aside from the awkward stare down with the two staff members, this place was pretty nice. Our waitress was very friendly and full of great recommendations. I'll probably be back soon!

Absolutely loved my experience at Bistro 313! The charcuterie board was so good and definitely worth the price. The cocktails were amazing and served by incredibly friendly bartenders. 10/10 recommend the lavender Prosecco cocktail.

Thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant! It's kind of squirreled away in a corner of Friendswood but the building is lovely and the interior ambiance really has an Italian villa in Texas feel. Food was delicious. Paired with a nice wine. My son ate his entire hamburger, sweet potato fries were delicious, I had shrimp and garlic fries - couldn't finish it but loved it. Maybe the shrimp were a tad over-breaded but they were yum anyway. My mom thoroughly loved the crab cake and salad. All in all just great - and the staff was very nice.

Here is a picture of the food we never got. We waited ALMOST 1.5 HOURS and we never got our food. We got up and left - everyone else around us who got there AFTER we did had gotten their food. They didn't even get my friend her drink the entire time we waited. And my friend who was there first never had anyone acknowledge her existence for 15 minutes... until I got there. The service here is ridiculous. This was the first and last time I come here. I drove too far to be treated like this.

I'm glad we stumbled upon Bistro 313. Was a bit shocked as we were driving down FM 2351 thinking umm are we going to the spa ? Is the restaurant for general public... pleased to say it is open to the public and was hesitant to write this review (admittedly selfishly bcz we don't want everyone coming from the City to invade our local spot) but I guess we'll share :-) !!! I liked it because it was quiet and the music was nice. The food was very good even my fruit were sweet. Our server was polite as well. We will surely be back. See photos for what we ordered during our brunch visit.

Service was great. The ambiance was very relaxing. Piano music laid back atmosphere. Great date night place. Food was incredible had fish w jumbo lump crab and crab cake appetizer. Everything was amazing. They have a weird blueberry basil martini. Try it very good. Really like this place my second time here. First time was lunch after a massage at the spa. The spa in my option is way over priced for what it is. But the food here is incredible. Just as good as anything in town. Very relaxing good service knowledgeable wait staff. My only recommendation would be a dress code the place is upscale on the inside for sure but the people eating here didn't dress like they were at a nice restaurant

We came for brunch today and our server seemed to have the entire room of tables. These 4 dishes + all the wait time took 2 hours. Seems a bit excessive. Food was tasty just wish the management had scheduled another server.

This was a pleasant restaurant with excellent customer service and great food! I had a wonderful time throughout my lunch here. The food did take a while to come out but the food was freshly made. I had the buttermilk chicken wrap with side dish of pasta salad and my husband got the turkey avocado club with sweet potato fries (paid extra). The chicken and the fries were crispy and nicely fried. The bacon was just right on the club. I like my bacon crunchy. Simple and healthy and it was worth the price.

Pistachio tiramisu that came without pistachios and had dry lady fingers. It was awful.

We were also informed that they stop serving food at 9:30, so pretty much to order soon. Needless to say I was so disappointed and ready to leave. But it being so late, sucked it up. Came here for the sword fish that apparently they no longer serve as their menu had changed. After ordering, I did voice my concerns about the loud music and thankfully they changed it. I was able to enjoy my late night dinner with my husband. We ordered the Kataifi shrimp as an appetizer. They were medium sized served with a spicy tangy sauce. They were very delicious. For my main course I ordered the American red snapper which was also a unique dish as it was served on a corn husk with rice and beans. 3 whole crawfish, a corn and cold salsa verde sauce on the side of the dish. All was delicious except they should have served the salsa verde sauce warm instead of cold. It was still a delicious dish. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak which was also delicious. It was served with a side of green beans, puréed potatoes with a foie gras gravy. They have a descent drink menu. I ordered the Friendswood 75 which was a little too sweet for my liking and my husband ordered the Gin and tonic. They didn't have Sapphire so he opted for the Tanqueray. Overall, our meal was delicious and our server Sandy was nice.

I was immediately intrigued, especially since they're located in Pearland. It took a few months after HRW before I was finally able to try them out. Take Out: I've done take out a few times. The first time, I ordered at the restaurant. It took about 20-30 minutes for the food to be prepared. Miranda was so nice and offered me water while I waited. She was very friendly and personable. The next two times, I ordered online. My order was ready when I arrived both times, however the second time I arrived, service was extremely slow. I was in a hurry and didn't feel well so I left a little annoyed. Food: Cucumber Shooters - Really tasty! I enjoyed the walnuts and cream cheese. Deviled Eggs - The flavor changes monthly. The first time I had it, the flavor was olive and I didn't care for it. Nutella Board - I ordered a catering size for a party and it was a hit with the party goers. Smoked Salmon - I loved it! It came with an everything bagel, cream cheese, and an assortment of veggies. I had enough food for three days. Dine In: We were the only patrons in the restaurant. It's not a large place, but it was a little awkward because our server could hear our entire conversation. There was a music playlist going, but the volume was low. Our server Cassundra was very nice. She made great suggestions on food and wine and assured us that the amount of food we ordered would be plenty. Wine: We ordered a bottle of Pratello Catulliano. This was our first time trying Lugana wine. You could taste the lime and apple, and it was on the drier side. Cassundra told us that they did a wine and Girl Scout cookie pairing and the Pratello Catulliano paired nicely with the Shortbread cookie. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up buying a bottle to go. We also had a glass of the house white wine which we enjoyed. Food: Butter Board - This was extremely tasty! It's whipped butter with hot honey, garlic cloves, rosemary, and sea salt. The contrast of sweet, salty, and savory was excellent and I loved the flavor of the rosemary! It came with focaccia bread. Deviled Eggs - The flavor this month is dill pickle. They were much better than the olive ones I had a few months prior and I would definitely order this flavor again! The Pearland - This charcuterie board is one of their most popular. There was a nice assortment of meat, cheese, crackers, and fruit. I actually liked the beet crackers with the salami and sharp cheddar. TBTBTCBM never seems to be busy when I visit. It is hidden in the same shopping strip as the discount movie theater. Part of me likes that it's sort of a secret, but I want this business to do well. It's nice to have a wine bar in town and not have to drive to Friendswood, Houston, or Missouri City.

We ordered the bang bang shrimp appetizer, and it came really quickly and was excellent. Wife ordered the ribeye with mixed vegetables and roasted potatoes. She said it was fantastic cooked just the way she liked it and at a reasonable price. I ordered a bowl of the lobster bisque and a side order of the brussels sprouts. The bisque was a little thin, but loaded with lobster and full flavored. Now the brussels sprouts were fantastic. Seasoned really well lots of bacon slightly crisp. I would go back there just for the brussels sprouts. I also ordered the focaccia bread and it was great for dipping in the lobster bisque. The BLT was disappointing, with too-thick bread and very little salmon (maybe 1/4" thick where present at all) and maybe two slices of bacon -- overall it was quite bland, dominated by bread. She described the fish tacos (grilled) as "perfectly adequate" but that the fish had an off flavor like it had been soaked in some preservative.
