My only personal critique is that the food is served in to go containers and plastic utensils are given. If I'm eating AT a restaurant, I prefer plates and non-plastic utensils. My most recent visit was to pick up a birthday cake for a friend. He's been talking about it so I figured it would be something nice to surprise him with. Hopefully he enjoys the surprise and is able to share the cake with all his loved ones. Due to the holidays, Lady M is busy and sells out so preordering is best. I was just extremely lucky they had a Signature cake available the day I called. The person on the phone took down my info and asked what time I was going to pick up the cake then put it on the side for me. Unfortunately, they don't hand write Happy Birthday on the cake but they did provide me a complimentary Happy Birthday cake topper which was nice. Overall great cake option for any occasion.

You will also see a wide selection of Royce Chocolates display on the right side of the wall and in front of you the glass display of the world's famous Mille Crêpes. Kevin helped us decide on our black box Royce Chocolates. It's a little pricey but the black quality of the chocolate is divinely melt in your mouth full of rich, creamy goodness and delicious chocolate!!! Royce' is famous for the Nama chocolates all the way from Japan. But guess what?! You don't need to fly to Japan to get your hands on them! Just drive yourself to Beach Walk in Waikiki and I guarantee you'll thank me for it!! Yup, you will! ;) We also picked up a few flavors of the Lady M Mille Crêpes. We got Amedei Chocolate, Pistachio, Chestnut and Tiramisu. Each layers of the cake is made with perfection!!! I paired mine with an ice caramel macchiato. It would probably taste better with a hot caramel macchiato but it was a little sunny so I opted for the ice drink. The coffee is also sooo good!!! It almost remind me of the coffee I had in France! I had yet to try a Loco Moco since we arrived in Maui, I have had this dish on the other islands and it's been good. Tonight I tried Aloha Mixed Plate Loco Moco, they offer it with a choice of steamed rice or fried rice so I wanted to try the fried rice. What a difference in flavor combos. The fried rice gave the dish a much richer taste than the steamed rice. The hamburger patty was incredible, I could taste the char noting it was not fried on a flat top. Excellent dish. My wife did the sirloin steak special prepared with mushrooms and onions and cooked to perfection. Juicy and flavorful and plenty of it. Cocktails were outstanding, we tried something different from our first visit. Loved the evening feel of the room, the night vibe with the exterior torches and landscape really brought the tropical feel. Then came an amazing sunset which you could experience from any table in the house. Couldn't leave without trying the Aloha Pie, so decadent and light. Glad we came a 2nd time, have to say we have not experienced the Hawaiian flavors like we have tasted at Aloha. Food was amazing, we had the shoyu chicken plate and coconut shrimp plate, chicken was tender and delicious, shrimp was crispy and came with a sauce that was sweet and not too spicy. Plates come with rice and mac salad which is a must have combo when in Maui! Customer service was good too, the server checked on us regularly and food came out fast. So glad Aloha Mixed Plate is back and better than ever!
