You can also add two veggies to your sandwich. I went with spinach and the hot homemade giardiniera. To be frank - the sandwich is MASSIVE. And it smelled incredible. The bun was toasted and buttered, adding another layer of delicousness to the sandwich. The chicken was slightly dry, but with everything else added to it, it didn't take away from the flavor. The giardiniera is NOT to be missed - a really spicy, crunchy kick to round out the richness of everything else.
