Not sure about the other location but i for sure won't be letting anyone else do my nails here. The tech left scabs around my cuticles from using a tool to shave them down. It wasn't painful until she used it on my right ring finger. A couple of days later I can the damage really done due to her lack of experience.

Got a pedicure and manicure done here today with my sister by both Jay and David and we absolutely love it. Their service was so great and they were so patient and kind!

It was my first time here and I found this place on Yelp. Location has lots of parking. Priced well, a basic pedicure in the chair is $28. Lots of choices of colors. Huge bar inside, well stocked and lit up, looks like a bar you'd see in a fancy club. The salon is really big, nicely decorated and clean. Although I didn't understand why the kids section is all by itself away from adults, and why wouldn't they be in area with their parent plus I don't appreciate the fact that it's pink, that's outdated and to imply moms can't bring boys to get pampered (it should be neutral). The staff was nice and my technician was respectful to my needs and her work was well done. She did great job on my toes and her massage was strong yet comfortable (since some places I have gone, the women lightly rub your feet rather than massage). I enjoyed my visit and liked everything about my trip there and will be back. Sidebar: I don't understand why the owner chose to put such a large and sheek salon in this location. The shopping center the salon is in, is barren and gets very little foot traffic. The only way this salon will survive is based on word of mouth or the owner puts in effort for some advertising.

I went to get my nails done (overlay) because, like I said, I have to find alternative places when my original Salon is either closed or booked out. I already wrote a review about Dominique to my pedicure so I decided to try this place out again. I had Michael. Other than his great and vivacious personality that kept me laughing, he was actually very skilled. He was very patient with me when I was trying to decide if I was going to do shellac or dip powder and even looking for a specific color because I'm so used to Chrome at my nail salon. Michael even got my nail shape perfectly on the 1st hit of the file! Also, because my real nails are strong and long, I was very happy to see that he didn't do too much Drilling. It was just an overall good experience. Conversely, I wish he did a little bit more drilling toward the top where the cuticle is after the overlay was applied, but that's something we can fix the next time I come to him... Yes, there will be a next time! So..........anyone who wants to be taken care of, go to Michael for nails!

I came here for the first time on Labor Day Sunday, and it wasn't crowded at all. I had Kay take off my old nails and do ombré for me (nude and soft white). She was patient, listened to what I wanted, got my shape right!!!, and was kind. Will definitely be returning and seeing her again. Love the work. Also the lady at the front (forgot her name) was kind too. Customer service is great here.

OMG, this is my NEW favorite nail place. They are going to know me by name because cleanliness, great service, and luxury are three things I love in a nail salon and this place is it!!! With cleanliness being the kicker! Yes!!! I just yelped the best nail salon near me and I looked at the pictures and reviews and fell in love. In love!!! First, when you walk in you ate greeted right away and walk ins are welcome. There is an abundance of nail colors, it's overwhelming! I changed my mind so many times and they patiently waited because I know they understand. I'm a purple EVERYTHING girl bit the hot pink stole my heart so I went with that and picked a purple pink for my toes. My manicure was a dip manicure that I've never done before but I love it. I was annoyed at first that they had to dip it so much but the end result is sleek perfection. Dominique did my manicure and Tom did my pedicure and I will ask for them every time. They give you a 15% discount by the way for first timers. Dominique did my eyebrows as well and I love them. This place is Huge and it looks luxurious inside. They literally have a bar to offer you free drinks. Sodas, water, Mimosa, and wine. The water bottle they gave me was cold and not cheap. They have an ATM machine which is so convenient. I can go on and on but you get the picture. Gotta pick up some extra shifts at work because I will be here often. Oh, wow. This place is FANTASTIC! 20 stars!

First time here and I have to say I will be back! I walked in and was greeted right away by what seemed the manager then She guided me to the check In tablet. After that she asked if I knew what I wanted and I showed her a picture of the color I wanted and rapidly she showed me the color 543. After that I met Ms.Ariel , she was very sweet and gentle while doing my nails, she knew exactly what she was doing. Such a fancy place, great experience and great price! For the coffin nails In color 543 it was only $45 dollars , Loved it!

Ive been here a couple times & Kay did my nails, she great and she's the reason I'm giving the three stars. Michael did my nails this last time & I want to give him 1 star. He was rude and rushed through my nails because he had another appointment & my nails reflected a rushed job. They're not even (and yes I did voice my concerns ) and lumpy. I don't like to argue so I just decided you all will not get my business again. read more

So the nail shop by my job did a terrible job and I was in need of a new nail shop. I googled and found Grandlux Nail Lounge and was instantly impressed! When I first walked in the nail lounge was beautiful. They asked me what I wanted to get done and instantly sat me down with Dominique. Dominique is purely amazing! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she executed it perfectly. Everyone was so nice and calm and got me out of there quickly. I had Lily as my nail technician and she couldn't have done any better. I am usually very picky when it comes to doing my nails, but Lily satisfied all of my requests. She made sure that I was happy with my nails and everything was perfect before leaving. She was also easy to talk to and made my visit enjoyable. All in all, I highly recommend Grandlux Nails Spa. So today was first time coming here and let me say, this has to be the most stunning nail salon I've stepped into. The interior design was beautiful and left me in awe in how big it was! This is coming from a person that pays attention to the setting of a place and detailed in how a place looks. The service and attendance of the workers was friendly and attentive. I appreciate how much they cared in perfecting the nails I wanted to achieve. My nail tech, Dominique, did a great job in my set of acrylics and I was satisfied in her work. When my friend and I came in, we were greeted right away. She asked us what we wanted and I showed her a picture and she was like okay no problem and told us to pick our colors. The guy asked me what I wanted and I told him a manicure and showed him the picture that I wanted, he told me he can't do the design but someone else can. He asked to take a look and she said to pass it to the other person and he said she's not capable of the design. It was a few leaves on a stem... she responded just tell her we don't know how and rant how she's not able to do everything and she doesn't have time. Unfortunately for them I speak and understand Viet so I heard everything. He came back and was like were very busy atm so we can't do it. Wished the lady at the front could've told me that. I told them it was fine just do regular color cause I needed my nails done for my pictures in a few days and wasn't free any othI did not receive a manicure. He just went ahead and started working on my nails. I got matte dipping nails. He didn't tell me that they have never matte on dipping nails until today after he tested it on one of the finger. I was in too deep at this point so I just finished. In the dark light it looked okay. When I showed my family they were baffled and so was I when I look closer. It was uneven, my nails were flat instead of having a nice curve. It was just outright ugly. I didn't have time to go back so I just erased it and put on some fake nails from Walmart for my pictures. My friend nail polish was uneven like they rushed through the second coat. read more

Wow! I'm impressed. It's huge and lovely inside. There is a large selection of services and products to choose from. The manager is very Nice and called me by name and checked on me frequently. Been here twice and never going anywhere else!!!! Usually my full set would last about 2 weeks before one breaks off and I would have to get a new set. But the two times I've gotten a full set here, it lasted for over 3 weeks and did not break!!!! So impressed! Mary was my pedicurist and she was very sweet and nice. Lily was my manicurist and I love her!!! She took off my 3 weeks old full set with ease, no pain at all! Then she put on a new set and it was perfect. I didn't have to file or fix them when I was home. I love how sweet and nice they are to me and my bf. They always treat us with amazing care and always checking to make sure we're comfortable. The pricing is right, great friendly staff, and the facility is super clean and spacious. Would highly recommend. read more

JK. Today was my last time coming here. Usually service and quality is good, but recently it's just been a mess. I was helped by three different people today because they kept lying to me. I was quoted on 3 different designs and once I chose one they said that wasn't possible. I tried choosing the second then the third option and still no can do. I found this place on yelp and it really caught my attention with the decor and the customer photos. I arrived at 5:30 which I thought would be more than enough time to get my nails done. I originally wanted a full set with shellac and a marble. Dominique the nail tech decided to give me a refill and shellac instead. I'm guessing she was in a rush since they closed at 7. She kept asking me did i want marble nails and she wasn't that good so i told her fine I'll get a nude color instead of the white. She told me she really didn't want to take all the white off which made me feel like she didn't care what I really wanted. I get the marvel design done by someone else. After she finishes I wash my hands and Dominique is already telling me goodbye with her bags in hand. No lotion no oil no massage nothing. I asked for lotion and she squirted it in my hands and left. The next day my nail breaks and I noticed how my nails basically look like blocks. I come back the next day and she puts acrylic on my real nail that broke. My nail broke again. I called today for them to tell me they're going to charge me $10 to give me a full set. I will never go back here. Worst first experience ever. Now i have to go a full 2 weeks with nails i absolutely hate. read more

Went in for an eyebrow service and it was terrible. First, the technicians kept staring at me as if I looked scary. Asked the technician to fix my eyebrow since there was still hair and she acted like my request was ridiculous. A friend recommended them for their nail services but I'll never let them touch my eyebrows again! read more

Currently running a 20% off for the month of January. This is my new favorite place for dipping powder. The nail techs and owners are friendly. All the tools are clean and they take their time with their services, unless other nail shop that they often rush through. My nails lasted for 4 weeks, and often received compliments for my beautiful nails. Time to get off yelp and get my nails done ! #treatyoself ! read more

Unfortunately, I am so disappointed. I've been here before and was welcomed and cared for so much but today, this was not the case. I believe I had a new guy (not sure) and he was not friendly. It's as if he brought irritation from something prior into this service and I did not deserve it. I'm not responsible for whatever put him in such a bad mood. I came in excited to unwind. But to my dismay, he was not gentle, he rushed, and was snappy. Instead of the relaxing time I was supposed to have right before my birthday, I was tense. I kept waiting for him to turn it around, apologize, but he only calmed down when the pedicure was over. I want to give this place another chance because of the experience I've had before but I'm just not sure. read more

After reading the reviews on Google and Yelp I decided to give this place a try. Let me start by saying this salon is absolutely beautiful, with a grand wall to wall bar. The service here is great and they are very organized. I wasn't sure who to request for nail service, so I was blessed to be paired with Lilly and she is amazing at what she does. Being that I'm a bit picky, I'm always nervous to try new spots, but Lilly made me feel so comfortable, gave me advice on what she thought looked good, never pushy, and did an excellent job on my nails. The fact that I didn't have to wait long and my nails look amazing, to me that really speaks volumes for a salon. Thank you Lilly read more

Kay did an amazing job and didn't rush through it even though i was the last person there for the night. She was patient and made the most beautiful set of ombre nails! I'm usually last minute and they always do their best to squeeze me in. They had a promotional price when I first started going which changed after a few months, but it was not a major deal. My lashes are always to my liking, I usually have to ask for more lashes as I like a fuller look but I'm always met with corporation. If I feel like overnight or after a few days too many lashes have fallen off, I'm always told that I can come right in to fix the problem. The shop is quite far from me but I get great quality lashes that it is not a major deal. Overall, I definitely recommend ideal lash.

There's no rushing you from station to station to get you out the door. My nails curve naturally and they take time to shape and protect them from breaking. My natural nails are super long and strong--people always ask if they're fake! The products they use don't leave dips in my nails and my nails are so protected that they survive at least a month of daily typing, furniture assembly, and playing with my energetic dog. I had an amazing experience at Bitcoin Nail Bar today for my mom's birthday, and I truly couldn't have picked a better place. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make my mom feel special and comfortable, which meant so much to me. You could really tell they cared about the experience, not just the service. Our nail techs were attentive, patient, and very detailed. They took their time and made sure everything was perfect, and my mom was able to fully relax and enjoy her day. I live nearby and frequently visit the big lots next door. I kept telling myself to visit but never made the leap. Today my mother was in town and we decided to Look on Yelp for a good nail salon. This was the first one to pop up so I took it as a sign I should visit. I wasn't disappointed. It's super clean and the atmosphere is very luxurious. I got the signature spa pedicure which was $40 but I felt it was well worth it. The 5 min shoulder rub really set the experience over the top. Not to mention I enjoyed a great glass of champagne. I tried this place out 08.26. The exterior is nothing exciting but I was blown away the minute I walked in. It is Huge and beautiful inside. The staff was very courteous and professional and provided a very good customer experience. Wendy and Danny worked on me and they were polite, professional and both did a great job. They have so many colors to choose from, plenty of chairs (even some for little girls), private areas for parties and a bar with wine if you have to wait. I will certianly be going back to this place. I recommend everyone at least try it. read more
