When the other customer came back to complain about the drink they were waiting at the counter for at least 5 minutes until they went up to the employee working at the side table. The worker disregarded their complaint offered a refund and that was it. Worst customer service I experienced and I love Take Ur Seat in Chino Hills and Take Ur Seat Too in Ontario. Will not be coming back to this location.

Then, because I'm vegetarian, I swapped out the barbecue bacon burger for a veggie patty and hold the bacon ($20). Well, they also managed to hold the barbecue sauce and the flavor. The whole thing was tasteless -- even the barbecue sauce AND the fried onions. I don't know how that could have been. Two of the most distinct flavorings with zero flavor. Mind blowing. I wasn't surprised about the veggie patty because it's never been good. Highly recommend switching to Impossible. I upgraded the fries to onion rings, so + $3 -- they were decent. So all in all, $35 plus tax and tip for one person and the food tastes like that??? Hard pass. Also, no on the parking fee. That sucked. I will say, the waiter knew it was not a good experience and proactively gave a $10 gift card. It was a very kind and appreciated gesture, but I should have requested the burger be removed altogether from the bill; it was that bad. I didn't finish it. The new place is nice.
