I am honestly blown away. I was VERY skeptical with the price point, but wow. What I got: build your own 1/2 salad - mixed greens and romaine, corn, carrots, mini cucumber, edamame, Kalamata olives, egg, and pita crunchies with creamy cilantro dressing. BLT - made as is, no substitutions It's made on sourdough which I typically dislike, but they add a wonderful amount of butter to the outside and press it in the panini press just enough to make it soft and crunchy & buttery. So delicious! The veggies are so crisp and flavorful, not bland and watered down at all (if you know you know). Next time I could live without the egg though, it was just way too much. That's a great thing though, they don't skimp on any toppings! The creamy cilantro dressing is legit drinkable. So damn good! They skimp on nothing, and it's the only place I've ever been that actually adds the correct amount of salad dressing! It's very simple inside, no frills. No soda machine unfortunately, but they do have bottled sodas and teas. Clean and professional. Employees are quick, efficient, and very nice! My only suggestions are to add bleu cheese crumbles as a topping option, and PLEASE add a 1/2 sandwich 1/2 salad meal option. It's salad, about what you would expect anywhere else, not reinventing the wheel. The issue is the employees attitudes. Went when they were out of their normal box size, they were using larger ones. This employee took it upon herself to make sure to tell me that "these went the normal size we use," "you can't get any topping item more than once," "extra dressing is an additional charge." All fine replies except I never asked? She just stares at me and says this in a condescending tone. Then upon checking out, my brother tries to hand me his punch card for it to be punched and she says "only one punch per visit." We are two separate people who spent $20+ each separately on a literal salad and you won't punch the same card because why? Makes no sense and I've never experienced that before. Also super tiny half scoop portions. i should have taken a picture to include with this review because it was an insulting amount of salad for $20.
