Today was our first time trying this place due to being in the area. The granola pancakes are delicious, and I recommend that you give them a try. The inside isn't huge, but it's not small at the same time. You can fit a good amount of people in there. The customer service was good, and the inside of the restaurant was well-maintained. If you are ever in the area and hungry for breakfast, give this place a try. The prices are also reasonable.

Not bad for a random diner in a desert of a strip mall. Bitzy's is pretty straightforward - breakfast, lunch. Menus are already laid out for you as you seat yourself. I ordered the ABC omelette ($15) - avocado, bacon, cheddar. You get to choose your two sides! Other diners automatically serve you toast and you only get to choose one side, but here at Bitzy's, you can choose with your heart. Should you want rice, they have that for you too. I myself opted for the home fries and a hotcake. Because I'd never commit to a sweet breakfast, having the option to order a single pancake was magic. My omelette was good and hearty. I could care less for the home fries - a lil too burnt and mushy for my liking. But the hotcake was hotcake-ing. We also ordered the country mix ($14) which is a lot like a skillet, however, here it is not. 3 eggs are scrambled with home fries, diced ham + onions served with a side - toast, biscuit & gravy or a hotcake. This was okay. Had it been served in a skillet, the potatoes would have been a little less mushy. I also felt like it could have stood for one more veggie ie green bell pepper. Prices are reasonable and service is friendly. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to eat here, but it's nice to know that this place exists should you happen upon.

This was our first time trying this location. The food was absolutely amazing. The portions are great. The service was so fast and the interior was super cute and super clean really enjoyed this new breakfast spot we found!

My now wife and I have lived about a mile away from this place for about 2 years now and wow we have been missing out on a gem. This place was amazing! We got there at 1pm on a Sunday and they had a pretty large crowd. Only 2 open tables and we took one of them. I don't want to say the menu was overwhelming but it just had so many items that we wanted to try. They have all the breakfast staples from short stacks, biscuits and gravy all the way to chiliquilles. Staff was super friendly and checked on us often! Bitzy's will most likely become our Sunday thing. The food was so good and the service was just as great. Give it a try. Oh they also have free refills on iced coffee, that was a sweet surprise.

This is a cute, small, quaint little restaurant tucked away in a plaza near the ice rink. Service is always great. Stopping here a second time, I decided that I wanted to order the super spuds. I noticed a very small photo of it on the menu and commented that it looked so much like the spuds that Local Spot (rip) used to have. I decided to look at reviews later in the day, and sure enough, pretty much all of the staff was from the Local Spot! I don't know why they had to suddenly close, but it's great that they are not gone forever. The pricing here is better than a lot of places these days, and service has been great during our first two visits so far. I appreciate that they always offer us tea refills to take to go, as a lot of places don't even offer refills these days unless you ask. Now we can continue to enjoy breakfast at a place similar to one we always enjoyed. Once the word gets out more, seats will probably fill up quick. There is already quite a crowd despite it being a little hidden.

Five stars!!!! We are former customers of the Local Spot, and we were so sad they closed overnight. I remember pulling into the parking lot to go for our usual Saturday morning breakfast and surprised to see the doors were closed. Since then we have been looking for another local breakfast spot. We recently saw online that Bitzys opened and we couldn't wait to go! The cooks and servers are from Local Spot. It was so nice to see familiar faces. The food was the same familiar cozy food that we love. The pancakes are just so good here, no other restaurant in the area can compare! One highlight is the kids menu. It is just unbelievably cheap for the amount and quality of food you get. I'm so excited to go again! It's our new local spot!

My wife and I recently came here during one of our Sunday breakfast trips and I was really happy with the choice. I had previously bookmarked Pam's Cafe which was in this spot and never made it over. Upon realizing the business had changed, I did not want to make the same mistake and decided to make this my choice. The restaurant is still fairly new but was not busy when we arrived near opening and we were told to sit wherever we would like. The server was friendly and quickly took our drink order and after a few minutes the drinks came and the food was placed. I went with the Rancho Omelette and it was made nicely and tasted great. I do with the cheese outside was more melted but that is a minor nitpick on my part. Overall I was quite pleased with the dish The food was prepared well, the restaurant was clean and the service was good as well. The price points were quite reasonable as well and they have a fairly large lot with which to park which is always nice for me as I hate driving around looking for a spot everywhere. Bitzys made a good first impression and I will definitely be back again sometime fairly soon . Check them out if you are in the area.

Came to check out Bitzy's on a Sunday morning and they just opened on Thursday. Place is freshly painted, clean. Loved the country music vibe. Staff were super friendly. Food was delicious and the pancakes were our favorite. Coffee was good and I loved the freshly squeezed orange juice in a frosted glass mug. Looks like we'll be returning to try other items on the menu

We had a huge craving for pancakes and decided to try Bitzy's after drooling over their photos. They had a decent amount of patrons on a Friday morning. We ordered the hotcake combo and popeye's omelette. I was shocked at what a great deal the popeye's omelette was -- it came with the omelette and a choice of two sides. I chose the home fries and pancake. The portions were huge, and I had leftovers to take home. The omelette was flavorful, and the pancake was soft and fluffy. Home fries were just ok. Nevertheless, I'd be happy coming back!

We found this place on Yelp. Simple little brunch diner. The food was great and the prices very reasonable. We had traditional breakfast platters for the most part and the waffle with berries. We will definitely return if we're in the area in the future.

Bitzy's Kitchen - The Big Rig Experience Bitzy's Kitchen has that rare charm where comfort food, good vibes, and genuine hospitality all meet in one place. I stopped in for breakfast and ordered The Big Rig, and honestly, it lived up to its name in the best way. The plate arrived looking like a morning feast: buttery oatmeal pancakes stacked high, fluffy yet airy, with just the right amount of crisp on the edges. The blueberries and bananas melted into the batter, giving each bite a velvety sweetness without ever feeling heavy. Alongside them were crispy homestyle potatoes -- golden, crunchy, and tender inside, the kind you keep picking at even when you're full. The atmosphere adds to the whole experience. The old‑school rock 'n' roll playing in the background gives the place a fun, easygoing energy, and the walls are decorated with artwork that makes the space feel personal rather than cookie‑cutter. It's the kind of spot where you settle in with a cup of coffee and feel like you could stay awhile. And the service? Fantastic. Our server, Kat, was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind -- the sort of person who makes you feel welcome without hovering. Overall, Bitzy's Kitchen nails that balance of great food, cozy atmosphere, and warm service. If you're craving a breakfast that's fluffy, crispy, creamy, and comforting all at once, The Big Rig is absolutely worth it.

One word...WOW! Wanted to try some place new for breakfast/brunch and this was on my list for a little bit. Had just missed them on Saturday but made sure to be up and at'em on Sunday. Got there around 12:30 and there was a small wait, but well worth it! The staff is super friendly and engaging! The food...yowza! Ordered the biscuits and gravy and the big rig. The big rig was plentiful. When it came out I was like "Yeah, there's no way I'm finishing this." The biscuits and gravy were huge and probably some of the best I've ever tasted! Get it with a runny egg, trust me! Cute and cozy little place, funny pictures on the walls. 10/10. Will definitely be back!

The tables and chairs are fairly old and well used. Our server had little to no words for us, which was fine. She gave us a kind look. We had ordered a breakfast burritos, eggs, bacon, coffees all around, and an omelette. The food came out a few minutes later. Very quick, but hot and crisp. I wasn't a fan of my latte and their house coffee was a bit watery. I did enjoy my breakfast burrito and bacon. My dad enjoyed his breakfast platter, too. My fiancé's omelette was okay and wasn't fantastic. We finished our meal rather quickly and left. It's nice to have a local breakfast restaurant that has been well loved by the neighboring residents. After we put in our orders, we saw this HUGE ASS COCKROACH crawling on the window and basically edging onto our table. We got an employee's attention and let them know about the cockroach, and the employee basically just grabbed a napkin and snatched it, and I got the vibe that he was used to it lmao. Then he walked away. Another server asked us if we wanted to move to a different table and obviously we did. I feel like at that point I should've walked out but we had already put our orders in and I didn't really want to make a scene. It was hard to finish our food tbh just because of what we'd seen. The menu takes familiar Vietnamese flavors then gets a little creative with them. The space itself has that same trendy Kei Concepts feel too. Cute, lively, but still casual enough to stop in for brunch or coffee. The workers here were super attentive and friendly throughout our visit. Everything on the menu sounded delicious, but we narrowed it down to the Seafood Ceviche, Matcha Cloud Latte, Egg Coffee, plus the Beef Belly Banh Mi Chao. The Seafood Ceviche comes with scallops, shrimp, calamari, mango, coconut, Thai chili, plus shrimp chips. This was such a clean and bright bite with a little tropical flavor from the mango and coconut. There was a nice kick of spice too. They gave a good amount of seafood, so you weren't just eating toppings and sauce. Scoop everything onto one of those crispy shrimp chips... so good. The Matcha Cloud Latte was dangerously easy to drink. I genuinely think I could take down three of these. It's made with oat milk then topped with matcha cheese foam. It was creamy with such a vibrant green matcha flavor. Slightly sweeter than I normally prefer, but I'm sure you could ask for less sweetness. I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but the Egg Coffee surprised me. It's Vietnamese milk coffee topped with egg foam and cocoa powder. That cream was DELICIOUS. Last was the Beef Belly Banh Mi Chao. It comes with beef belly, black peppercorn sauce, sunny eggs, pork roll, pate, tomatoes. We added Chinese sausage since we were sharing, but honestly we didn't even need it. They give you a MOUNTAIN of beef belly. I loved being able to build each bite however I wanted with the bread, beef, egg, pate, plus everything else on the plate. Such a fun dish to share. Of the noodles, the Tom Kha was my favorite, super fragrant, creamy but not heavy, and flavorful - followed by the Bun Ca which was clean, comforting and filling, and the Dry Bun Boe Hue, which unfortunately wasn't too memorable.
