My mouth dropped wide opened when I saw really good stuff on sale. They even had plain colored t-shirts for $3.25 each. My friends and I spent about an hour roaming around the store. So much to see with lots of options also for crafts. We spotted a section for clearance items where my friend bought plastic water bottles for $1.25 set of 3. So he bought two sets for $2.50. Such a great deal. We were all satisfied with what we bought at amazing prices. Can't wait to go back!

I went to return something and then browsed the isles to pick out some new items for my red, white and blue decor at home. (4th of July is my FAVORITE)!! What.A.Let.Down. A large majority of the items looked like complete trash. Many, MANY things scratched and scuffed up. I don't want to decorate with crappy looking decorations. A couple items were even ripped (see America sign photo). What the heck!? Who in their right mind would think it's ok to stock that on the shelves? I contemplated taking these items to someone but it would have likely filled the bulk of the cart. I wish I would have taken more pictures but you can see how bad just the few were that I took. Do better, Hobby Lobby. I really hope management sees this.

Everything here is reasonably priced & affordable. Pretty much all of my special occasions always had something from Fabric Barn. I have purchased 100s of spools of ribbons, personalized ribbons, baby shower favors supplies, party supplies, bags, round mirrors for centerpieces, wedding accessories including my veil and (believe it or not) my wedding dress. Service is hit & miss. Depending on the clientele & how busy it is, you may get helped quickly or you have to wait until the ladies finish chatting with coworkers or clienteles. Parking is tight on weekends but the flow of customers coming and going out of FB has never made me drive around the block more than once or twice. Because FB has always had what I needed. I have never been to go downtown to the Garment District. I have been living in SoCal for 33 years! Check them out!

He seemed extremely passionate in what he does! Giving a low rating just because of our experience with front desk staff. We come in super cordial just to be met with stank attitudes. A few weeks after our session, we called the place to follow up on our pieces and the woman on the phone sounded rude about us asking about it. We went to pick up our pieces recently and the woman at the front desk definitely sounded like the one we talked to on the phone, same voice and same unwelcoming attitude. My sweet, very patient mother has now had to make FOUR separate trips to fix a painting they originally damaged and incorrectly framed. Each time, instead of taking accountability or offering even the most basic apology, Kristen somehow found multiple different things to blame -- none of them being the store. We dropped the piece off for the FINAL time in December. December. We never received a call. Not once. After multiple attempts to reach the store by phone (which went unanswered or unreturned), we finally had to physically go today (in February) to see if the artwork was complete. And instead of even a simple, "We're so sorry for the inconvenience," we were met with callous, passive-aggressive energy and the most aggressively condescending tone I have ever encountered in a retail setting. No ownership. No apology. No professionalism. Just attitude. Shame on you, Kristen! I have genuinely never dealt with someone so unhelpful and unprofessional in all my years at any store anywhere. It was shocking. We will absolutely never bring another piece here again as long as she is employed. There are too many businesses that value their customers to waste time being treated like an inconvenience for expecting basic competence and courtesy. Save yourself the stress and take your artwork elsewhere.
